Visiting from Houston. Disappointed in service. 3 orders, waited longer than 25 minutes. Feel bad for the people that came after me. I don't know who the adult is in this place, but they have a bunch of kids behind the counter. We were going to here a refund, but they were liter making our order and decided to wait. We waited another 10 minutes. Horrible. Don't come here if you are in a hurry. read more

Creamistry may be the best ice cream on earth! The ingredients are fresh and rich. The topping assortment is more than one could ask for. And their signature creations are expertly crafted. I have had the Party Animal (animal cookie ice cream, marshmallows, animal cookies, and sprinkles), the Unicorn (birthday cake ice cream, mini marshmallows, unicorn dust, and marshmallow creme), and the Speculoos Overload (cookie butter ice cream, marshmallow creme, biscoff cookies, and cocoa powder). All of them are incredible, but my favorite is the Speculoos Overload -you have to try it! They also offer pints to take home and ice cream sandwiches with either brownie or fruity pebble treats. Stopped in here last weekend and I was impressed. I couldn't decide what I wanted but the guy working the register was very patient. There are all kinds of flavors and add ins to choose from. While I did end up with just a simple scoop of chocolate, it was thick, smooth and flavorful! They make it right there in front of you with the liquid nitrogen which was kind of cool to watch. It might be a little pricey but I still recommend trying it out! Vegan, dairy-free and organic options as well. read more

Okay so I actually NEVER write a negative review because I am usually able to see that a place is trying and I would hate to put down someone's business but OMG! I have never seen such a disaster! We actually stood in there for 5 minutes listening to kids mess around in the back (like other reviews had said) also I should mention that I am only 21 and these were actual children (at least they acted like it). Also the place is a mess and they did not even have any DAIRY.... It's called CREAMistry. I'm sorry but just WOW. read more

Walked in and there were about 6 people sitting inside waiting for their ice cream that they ordered. Walked to the register to order my ice cream and was told it would be a 30-minute wait. Never been told by an ice cream place that I'd have to wait half an hour just for some ice cream. I don't care how fancy your ice cream is, that's ridiculous. Walked right out. read more

Almost 10 dollars for a regular ice cream is ridiculous. The active board shows it being 6.95 and then once you get to the register, it's 8.95 plus tax. If I didn' t promise my daughter ice cream, we would have gone elsewhere. read more

Damn this ice cream hit the spot!!! I went with my boyfriend who ordered the Nutella with banana and I ordered the coconut ice cream with almonds and chocolate fudge. The ice cream was actually thick and didnt melt! It was super creamy and delicious! I wish I could've have gotten more flavors to try. I definitely will be back for more. The only thing that upset me was how expensive it was. One basic bowl of regular cup size is 6.50 and every additional topping was another dollar. So far my order I spent $14. read more

Went on Sat night in May 2022. After waiting 45 min, we got a refund. 4 morons working there who couldn't care less. While there were ~15 people waiting, the employees had dirty bowls on the floor, and spent lots of time in the back talking and even eating. Health department alert!! Store is very rundown and ice cream quality seemed a bit subpar compared to other Creamistry locations. Bathrooms were very dirty and the store had no napkins. When I asked for napkins, I was handed some squares of toilet paper...no joke. I was thankful for the TP, however, as I had ice cream dripping all over me. read more

I am obsessed with Creamistry. I've been a customer for years and was so excited to get one in Las Colinas. The experience can be overwhelming for a first-timer, but don't feel pressured to make a decision. Take your time and really look at the menu because there are so many amazing options! It's pricey, but I like to think of it as gourmet ice cream. The creaminess of the ice cream makes it more than worth it. ALSO, I am obsessed with the cashew base. I am lactose intolerant but tried to stay away from the coconut base because it threw the flavors off a little. Try the cookie butter!! read more

This place is a shithole. We tried to get ice cream for kids. Place smelled like a dirty football locker room. Only one clown working and pretty sure he was outside hitting the pipe as no one was working when we walked in. There Water all over the floor and equipment and no AC. No spoons for the ice cream. Took 15 minutes to make one ice cream. I have a bunch of disappointed kids on my hands now. This place needs to close, we asked for our money back and left. Who ever owns this place, you are a f&$king disgrace to the ice cream business. read more

The ice cream here is amazing. It's super delicious and fun to customize. They make it in front of you with nitrogen and they have vegan/lactose free options. If they lowered the price by just a tad and hired some servers that actually acted interested in explaining the product or pricing, they'd be killing it. My husband and I go regularly as we live nearby and without fail the servers are far less excited to be there than we are. It's ice cream! It should be fun! read more

I really enjoy this place, the prices are a little bit on the higher end for ice cream. But the flavors are well worth it. I personally got that they offer, it was $8.95. I just got ice cream and a couple toppings. I can definitely recommend their birthday cake ice cream, it's awesome. My husband got the Strawberry Shortcake in the largest ice cream that they have available. It was another $8.95. But it was very satisfying, and tasted awesome. You get to watch it and make it, right in front of your eyes it's definitely an experience especially if you have small children. Considering the fact that they make this ice cream, it comes out very quickly. I think I found a new favorite ice cream place! read more

Quality, good. Location, good. Menu? Confusing. I got oreo "topping," but it's actually a mix-in. They charge $1 extra for organic and vegan bases. It's written way at the bottom of menu. They need to put it near the actual menu item. I ended up paying $6.98 for just the ice cream. Topping was free because of yelp check in. The texture is really creamy and nice. I wish the topping wasn't mixed into the base so I can taste the ice cream alone. I got the coconut milk/matcha combination (a very popular choice apparently). Would not recommend. The counter girl told me it would be better than cashew milk/matcha. I'll try cashew milk/strawberry next time since I signed up for their rewards (buy 10 get 1) with my phone number. read more

Summertime hangout! This is so fun to watch because of science. The liquid nitrogen and the way they make your ice cream is very cold and fun. You can get your ice cream in a cup, or with a brownie, or any edible chocolate cup. You can get organic ice cream too! So many different flavors, and right across the way is a fun place to eat your ice cream. There is a fountain to play right outside too! They appreciated my business!! read more

I could give them one star for the slow service but what do you accept when everyone else has quit and left four young kids with two machines to run the place on a Saturday night! They did an amazing job with letting people know the wait and worked with they had! We waited an hour for our items but like I said they lacked machines and people on deck. I applaud the gentlemen that worked tonight shift. Ice cream was amazing and not once did they snap back at any customers who were extremely rude, once again they let everyone know it'll be 45-60 min wait it was their choice to wait. Nitrogen ice cream place! Heard about this place in Addison and I was so happy that new one had opened up in Irving. Tried the regular size of nutella w/ banana and tiramisu w/ strawberry. Love the chewy and milky texture of nitrogen ice cream. It was one of the best nitrogen ice creams I have ever tried. Only downside is the price. One ice cream costs about $7! read more

The ice cream was so delicious! I went there with my family and my grandparents and it was absolutely mouthwatering. There was a lot to pick from. Many flavors to try out next time! The only bad thing is that it takes about 30 minutes for only three glasses of ice cream. Another wonderful thing about this ice cream shop is that it is located in the perfect place! There is a fancy restaurant in front of it called Pacific Coast with the lake right in front of it! It also has a little running place up front and beside it, it has a flower garden. The taste is good but the service is worst. On some days, they are out of milk, and then there are days when they run out of nitrogen. They don't take orders over the phone. Be prepared to wait for 30 mins for a single scoop (does happen at times). read more

I don't remember our waiter's name, but BABY... he was GOOD! He gave us the full rundown of the menu, and what really impressed me was that there wasn't anything on the menu he hadn't personally tried. That made his recommendations feel genuine because he could actually speak to the flavors, portions, and what he thought we would enjoy. And based on his recommendations, I'd say his palate was ON POINT! I ordered the truffle fries and blackened fish tacos, and both were delicious! I also had a cocktail with gin and lavender bitters (or something lavender-ish ), and it was really good and refreshing. My husband ordered the fish of the day, which was some type of red fish served with a caper sauce and mashed potatoes. He said it was REALLY good--and judging by the empty plate, I believe him! There were several other things on the menu that caught my eye, so I already know I need to come back and try them. Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere with friends. Cork & Pig Tavern, you've got a new customer! I'll definitely be back!

I went to creamistry this Saturday and I was very displeased with the atmosphere.While trying to make an order with the cashier the other boys were just horse playing in our sight while an african american gentlemen was hard at work in the backhouse doing dishes I believe.The cashier gave me a sassy attitude when I interrupted his conversation with another employee because the line was very backed up. It took about 20 minutes to get my icecream and in the proccess the countertops were messy and the employees seemed to not much pay my ice cream any mind. The amount of disregard for the customers right in front of the workers in the front end is terrible and I dont think I will be coming back anytime. read more

I was shocked to find that a single cup of ice cream costs $11 here. The price seems exorbitant considering the portion size and quality. For the same amount, you could easily get two generous cups at Braum's, which offers better value. If you're looking for a more satisfying ice cream experience without breaking the bank, I'd recommend heading to 31 Flavors or Braum's instead. read more

I hated this place the workers are literally teens and the manager is also a teen, they sed it would take 20 min it took 50 min im so pissed it was not worth the wait at one point they just stopped working, would not recommend, pls creamistry get some help with professional employees instead of teens or close your f@$:@ng store read more

The fruity pebbles shake tastes exactly like the milk you drink after eating a bowl of cereal! It was soooo good! I can't wait to try the other cereal flavors! Also the smoke show was so cool and definitely worth the hype. I'll definitely be back soon! read more

When I asked for that flavor, he almost sounded disappointed I didn't get the dark chocolate flavor (one of the ice creams I asked to sample) saying that's one of their best sellers. Sir, if I would've been able to actually TASTE it, I may have very well chosen it. We were visiting town and let me just say that based on that poor experience, I won't ever consider going back nor would I be able to recommend it.
