I found this adorable cafe on Yelp and decided to give it a try! My friend & I shared the Nora's raspberry salad & Brandi's spicy wrap w/ sweet potato wedges! Everything was delicious...especially the salad, which we both really loved! Also the sweet potato wedges were delicious and came with a delicious dipping sauce! I met the owner, Jim, who was very nice and helpful and told me this is a non profit that employs special needs adults! The inside is decorated very nice and colorful...I LOVED IT! Came back for lunch and had the house made salmon burger. Super yummy. Got it with a side Caeser salad that was very fresh. I like how they defaulted to dressing on the side - puts the power of dressing saturation in the hands of the consumer. read more

After a full day of driving, spending some time in Douglas, Tombstone, and Tucson, we arrived in Casa Grande ready to eat. After checking Yelp, we decided to eat at the Creative Cafe. Our decision was a good one. My wife had the orange/whiskey chicken with rice and asparagus and I had the Italian sausage marinara. Our meals were excellent. Everyone associated with the working staff were friendly. That included the host, the drink person, our waitress, and another waiter who inquired about our dining experience. If we are in the area again, we will definitely return. read more

Must Stop for CG - This is a unique café and by far one of my favorites in Casa Grande. First and foremost the food has a very thoughtful flavor to it. What the hell dose that mean?! Well when you take a bite you can really tell someone took time to make your meal with pride and heart. They do this one meal at a time and it shows. I absolutely love that this establishment supports the working Autistic Community. You can tell a lot of heart goes into many things there that normally would be overlooked at many other places. My favorite is lunch time. The sandwiches are generously sized and the salads are fresh and well complimented by the homemade dressings. If your in a mega lunch rush this isn't always your quickest stop, but if you have a few to spare its very much worth your time. read more

My hubby was sure I would be hungry before getting to Tucson from Phoenix and said to pick out a place in Casa Grande. I was able to check yelp for assistance and chose Creative Cafe. What a great find. Jeremy T. was on the spot with the fact that there is a lot of heart in the the establishment that supports the Autistic Community. The cafe was busy on a Friday. Service was speedy and the staff were wonderfully attentive. I had the Sarah's Spinach Salad with chicken and my hubby had the Bleu Chicken Salad. They were awesome. The Triple Berry Smoothie was one of the best smoothies I have ever tasted. We'll be back this way again to try more cafe specialties! read more

The Creative Cafe is a good place for a great meal. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted promptly and seated. I was a little worried as only a few tables were occupied. It was slightly before the normal dinner time. In a little time a few other people came in and then more and more. Almost everyone entering was known to the staff and it appeared to be a popular local dinner destination in Casa Grande. In just a short amount of time the place was buzzing. It was just a matter of time and I could clearly see why. I ordered the fish and chips and my wife went with a salad. Looking at the prior reviews we also went with the sweet potato wedges. From where I was seated I could see inside of the kitchen and three cooks were busy preparing the food. When the food arrived the presentation was remarkable, especially the salad. My wife went with the jalapeno ranch dressing and was very pleased and asked for a little more. My fish was battered just right and was crunching and flavorful. The fries had just the right amount of crunch and the slaw appeared to be fresh. The sweet potato wedges were no disappointment either! Casa Grande is located between Phoenix and Tucson with interstate 10 running through it. Several people stop here for food and gas. If you are traveling through the area and want a great meal take the extra 5 minutes it takes to drive here. It is well worth it! Great food and service. read more

With an open mind to the terrible things going on in the world today this "Creative Cafe" is an Oasis and very essential to our society today. Well, yelp, you got me good on this one. I was fly expecting something super delicious based on the great reviews and 4 star ratings. Not the case. It's a cute hole In the wall place but nothing to rave about by anyways. Chips and salsa was not edible. No other way to describe it. And when your special salad of the day can't even have fresh fruits in it (the strawberries, peaches, raspberries- all going bad) that's pretty sad. Came to Casa Grande to visit my parents and Yelp'd for someplace to get lunch with the kids. We found Creative Cafe and headed over. Overall, the place was great, friendly staff, good cause, and the food was very good. We had a Margarita pizza, it was great and bigger than expected. Also a chef salad, which was good, but not great, and a fried chicken sandwich which was good. Prices were very reasonable and I love going to places that are independent. read more

Four of us ate dinner there last night and we have all been asking ourselves....What took us so long to go there! Everything we ordered was tasty, delicious and served hot. We will come back to try other items on the menu. The food portions were than adequate and none of us had room for dessert, which we heard was outstanding. Another reason to go back. There was not a wait time for a table when we arrived at 5:00, but the restaurant started to fill up after 6:00pm. Probably the best place to eat in Casa Grande! If you're looking for quality food that's reasonable priced then look no further, stop by and give them a try you will not be disappointed. Some of my favorites are the coconut shrimp, a chi wa wa burger( topped with green chile & jalapenos) and the club. Honestly everything I have tried there is fresh and flavorful. We passed Creative Cafe while looking to purchase home in the area. They appeared busy, and went in. Upon entering, we were greeted by the hostess, and seated. Immediately servers took our beverage order, and made us feel welcomed. The menu was extensive, along with daily specials. I ordered the special ( half pound burger with Munster, w shracha sauce. My wife had the same, only with a turkey burger. She said it was the best she ever had. Both items were served with fries that tasted hand cut. Service was good and prompt. I ordered a mushroom onion burger and asked for guacamole instead of cheese. They didn't charge extra for the guac. The toppings were fresh and didn't slide around or fall off the burger. The burger was flavorful and wasn't greasy at all, but over cooked. I ordered it med-rare, it was med-well. My receipt said med-rare, so I can't fault the server. The rest of the menu looked awesome so I'll definitely go back, but I'll be trying something else. read more

Came into creative cafe on 7/1/2019 and waitress Sara was fabulous . She had the best assistant brandy who was serving the best unsweetened green tea I have ever had . I had the beyond burger which was tasty and fries that were prepared extra crispy at my request . The whole meal was delicious . I love this place not just because of the food, but the way they treat their customers like they're part of the family. I come to Casa Grande two or three times a year to visit my aging mother. This is one of our go to places. Excellent food and they cater to my wife's extreme food allergies. They are somewhat of a philanthropic organization always training new staff. One of many family owned resturants in town and it's amazing! I don't go here very much because it's not down the most busiest street, but when I do it's amazing. Fish fry friday... This place is cool trendy and not what you would expect for casa grande. Service was attentive our tea was never less than half full. We mistakenly got the sweet potato fries silver lining was the sauce. A mildly spicey siracha sauce that pares extraordinarily with the sweet potato fries. The fish sad to say was just good.. decent batter ok fish just not spectacular... still good. The coleslaw hit the apot and then some best coleslaw I have had in a really long time. Try the place the burgers looked to be a hot menu item and damn sure looked delicious. Great service!!! read more

We stopped in here due to many of the good reviews, but we will not return. We both ordered a Southern French Dip sandwich with aus jus, and it was pricey, at $13 a plate. The sandwich tasted off, and not fresh. I did not finish mine. The side salad was good as was the blue cheese dressing, and the customer service was very good, and the people working there very friendly. But for the poor quality of food and smaller portions, we feel it was way overpriced. read more

SInce the original reivew of this place I have returned and found that I like this place more each time I do. The Food has stayed the same, well prepared, tastey. The service is slow, however I have since learned that this place does something special, they employ the challenged anad give them an opportunity that others may not.
