Huge germaphobe here, so I prefer to do my nails at home. Occasionally, (every couple of years) I get the itch to have them done professionally for a more clean/dressed up look. I tried this salon based off of the reviews here and on Google. I walked in and right away it didn't feel upscale like the area it's located in, there were only a couple of customers and techs inside, completely quiet, but I gave it a try. I asked for a long almond shaped French manicure, but my nails look nothing like the pictures I showed the tech. He applied mismatched nail tips because that's all they had. He also had trouble gluing them on, and at one point he blew on my nails for the glue to dry, which is a no-no for me. The cost was $70 - I will have to pass on this salon next time. read more

I had an appointment today for a pedicure. I was probably the worst I have ever received. Very disappointed. I paid $100 for a pedicure and gel to be put on my toes. This included an 18 minute leg massage, which I always look forward to in. She didn't remove the calluses, and maybe spent a total of two minutes on the massage. I had to ask her if the massage came with it and she said yes. It was literally the worst pedicure I have ever received. I definitely will not be back, and I'm currently at the nail salon across the street having my nails completely redone and pampering myself to another pedicure. the gal who did my pedicure was very young. hurried through it, and inexperienced. what a waste of money. will not be back here. read more

I went into creative nails and it was so peaceful and clean. The ladies were so nice and helpful. They did not push unwanted services on me. The lady asked what I wanted to have done and she did it. I got a fill and pedicure. The organic pedicure. It left my feet and legs so soft for a week! Everything was sanitized. The rest room was clean. The lady that helped me name was Ivy. The whole process went by quickly yet perfect. I love my nails. I get so many complements. I have found a close shop to go get my spa day. The designs are awesome!!!! This nail salon is so wonderful! It is pretty, quiet, and relaxing. Ellen is the best nail tech I have ever had since I moved to Scottsdale in 2012. She is so sweet, accommodating and always chooses the best color for my skin tone. Ellen always take extra care to make sure my nails are just what I wanted that day. The salon must have 1000 colors in polish, gel and dip all so perfectly organized and so easy to peruse. My nails are perfect every time, just so pretty, no lifting or chipping. As for pedicures, Kim is the best! She gives the most wonderful massages that I usually after go home and take a short nap. I cant say enough about this very special nail salon. read more

Just got a dip manicure and pedicure for the first time at Creative Nails. This nail salon was recommended to be by a couple of girls who are loyal customers. I am so happy I came in and was introduced to Ellen. I absolutely love my nails and really enjoyed the whole experience. Ellen kept making sure I was satisfied with my nails. She also gave great recommendations as for what style/color I should go for. I loved that she cared. During my pedicure she gave the best massage and also checked to make sure the pressure was okay. First time in a nail salon since before the pandemic and my nails were long and my cuticles were thick.... Easy to find...super clean and sterile...reasonable pricing...Ellen did an amazing job on my hard as rock cuticles and was able to match the color from a pic I showed her....acrylic nails were the perfect length and thickness...she made them look so nice and natural...she is seriously a master and spent so much time making sure they were perfect for me...Kim does an amazing pedicure definitely worth it to get the upgraded pedicure with the skin removal...so nice and for only $10 more read more

man o man do I have a lot to say about this place, first of all, the services were absolutely spectacular. I have never had an experience so swell and comforting. I got a manicure and foot massage. Out of all the manicures and foot massages I have had this was the best and most memorable. Not only was the service amazing but the vibe of the place was nice and welcoming. I have been going here even before it was Creative nails! I was concerned it wasn't going to be good when they changed hands. It has been great! They always get me in when I call and even called me when they were running behind so I wouldn't have to wait! Very good customer service! I get a gel mani when going on vacation and they are worth the extra money, as they last upwards of 3 weeks. The staff is friendly and place is clean. I have been to many many nail salons over the years and this place is by far my favorite. They have a good color selection and I always get the DIP. Ellen helped me grow my natural nails long and healthy. I could not be happier with my experience and their professionalism. Very clean which is a problem I have run into before. Oh my goodness! I love this place! After Ellen took over the service has been incredible! I love SNS dips and they do a great job. Ellen has been doing my nails for a few months now. She is so creative and always had new ideas for me. I have been to a whole lot of different salons and Ellen does the best job consistently. They last me about 3-4 weeks. I really enjoy coming to Creative Nails in Scottsdale. Everyone is great and the place is clean and tidy! my nails and toes always look great and last a while. I love how Ellen cleans up all the parts of nails (acrylic over my natural nails plus gel) and the order of products with lotions and things after painting my toes so the oils don't affect the polish from lasting.
