That's what I get and it's usually between $40-$50 for a basic full set. They last me a whole month

It really depends but most time is $35+

Yes, $35 -$40 per set.

$20 for pedi and $25 for gel pedi. They have a menu of options to choose from.

It felt more like a beginner-level service. Everyone has to start somewhere, so no offense intended, but it didn't reflect the price we paid. Overall, the experience did not match the cost, which was disappointing. My daughter was also disappointed, and her neck became very itchy on our way home. I get there in like 15 mins, not 5 because I still had to get ready, that's on me. When I get there he tells me he now has availability for a manicure only, which I'm totally okay with. I took longer than I had said. I was just glad they took me in. Probably 20 mins in with my manicure he came and said they now have availability for a pedicure, which I was happy for, saving me the trip to go somewhere else after... Kathy did a great job with my manicure. As soon as another lady started with my pedicure I told her I had an ingrown nail in my right toe and I would appreciate it if she could get it out. I could see her trying to get it out and I see she pulls a piece of skin and I am thinking she will stop and cut it as soon as she takes it out, instead she keeps pulling my skin to the point where she peels off the front of my skin. A think layer by the way (as you can see in the picture). The gentleman that answers the phone walks around and he did noticed the lady had hurt my toe and didn't said anything. Looks like he is the supervisor or something, I thought he would say something when I was paying, but he didn't. I didn't want to argue because I already knew I wasn't going to come back. I should have taken the advice from one of the bad reviews they have here. Too late to regret it now. It's unfortunate that I paid $98 and walked out with my skin peeled off. I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that this won't happen to someone else. Save yourself time, money, and a bad experience. Go somewhere else. Not worth it. They don't even deserve the one star I have to give to post this.

I was really impressed by this nail salon. Just moving to the area, I was referred by a friend who told me they had a great experience here. My appointment was December 20th - a week day - so I was hesitant to make it in time due to rush hour traffic. I called and told them I was running a bit late. The guy was so nice and told me it was fine as long as I got there before closing. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with my experience and plan to go back regularly. When I checked out, they gave me a free bottle of nail polish as a Christmas gift and a $5 gift card that I can redeem if I left a review. I got a dip manicure on my natural nails by Amy, who did a great job and was so nice. The 3 pics are of my nails right after I got them done, 1 week later, and today - almost a month later. They need to be redone due to normal wear, but they're all still in tact and look decent for lasting a whole month later! I got a mani-pedi and I decided to do gel on my pedi because it always lasts longer but my mani I did normal since the gel always got weird for me after. I had Cherry do my regular mani and Kim do my gel pedi. Kim's work was spectacular! honestly I would give HER a 5/5. She really focused on my nails despite us chatting away. She got rid of all my dead skin and my feet look super cute. I would come back just FOR HER only. She only started chatting AFTER she finished my pedi to make sure she focused on the service which now I truly appreciate. My manicure on the other hand was a complete disaster by Cherry. We related a lot because we spoke the same language and honestly she reminded me of an aunt. I didn't even realize HOW bad it was until I got into my car and I already had to leave. I did notice that she didn't spend a lot of time on my hands and she didn't do an extra layer of polish like most other techs to make my nails even looking. It also hurt when she was working on me as well. You can still see streaks of regular nail on them and the paint job was just bad. I understand its regular mani but I've never had it look like this before. I got my mani on Friday 8/8 and today is tuesday 8/12 the paint already chipped and my fingers look damaged. I paid roughly $80 since I had to tip both of them, and it was definitely not worth that price. I wanted to be a long time customer but after looking at my hands, I don't want to come back. For her its definitely a 1/5. Yeah, we talked but I think she slacked off bc she assumed I wouldn't say anything or complain. The blonde woman at the desk was clearly annoyed with me for not paying in cash, and told me, "next time bring cash."

Unfortunately, the last few times I've gone, the customer service has really gone downhill. I even reached out to them on Instagram after my last visit to explain what happened because I genuinely wanted to give them the opportunity to address it, and they apologized. Today I called to make an appointment for a gel builder manicure and pedicure. I mentioned my previous experience and simply asked if they could make sure I received good service this time so I could feel comfortable coming back. I was told that the same girl was the only person who could do gel builder and, 'If you don't like it, maybe we're not the nail spa for you.' When I asked if it was okay for a customer to be given attitude and made to feel uncomfortable, he laughed and basically told me they couldn't help me. That response was extremely disappointing, especially after I had already tried to address the issue privately and respectfully. The nails themselves may come out good, but good work doesn't make up for poor customer service or making paying customers feel unwelcome. If you're okay with possibly getting good nails but dealing with bad service, that's your choice. Personally, I won't be returning.

Ann was super nice, sweet, and helpful!! I wasn't sure about the pink nude colors, but Ann swatched the options on my fingers and let me see which was better! When she asked me about other preferences, I told her to do what is best and she did not disappoint! I'm OBSESSED with my nails! The pictures do not do it justice!! She only is able to do basic nails designs, if it requires drawing. However, I heard she's really good at doing chrome and cat eye. Ann works pretty fast and I was very impressed the entire time. 10/10 experience!

From the moment she chose regular nail polish instead of gel, the staff gave her attitude and made her feel like she was an inconvenience. They told her they didn't even have a fan to dry regular polish because "everyone gets gel," as if choosing a standard manicure wasn't a valid option. When my mom politely mentioned that her polish looked bumpy, instead of fixing it or offering a solution, the nail technician blamed her. She was told it was her fault because she chose regular polish, and that if she had gotten gel, they could have made her nails look nice. They essentially told her that her nails looked bad because of her choice and spoke to her in a condescending, disrespectful way. No paying customer should ever be talked down to or made to feel ashamed for choosing one service over another. If your salon offers regular polish, then it should be applied with the same level of care and professionalism as gel--not used as an opportunity to pressure customers into spending more money. My mom deserved kindness, respect, and quality service. Instead, she left feeling embarrassed, insulted, and crying. That is completely unacceptable. We will never be returning, and I hope the owners seriously address how their customers are treated. No one should leave a nail salon feeling worse than when they walked in. It was a guy that helped her.

The station where I was seated was clean, and all of the tools appeared well-maintained and hygienic, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The prices were also very reasonable for the services offered. My only suggestion would be to organize or store some of the product boxes out of sight, as it would give the salon a more polished and inviting appearance overall. Despite my initial concerns, I had a positive experience and would definitely consider returning.
