Professional, great at their job, and just fun people. So with that in mind I thought I would come see Michelle for Botox, and she didn't disappoint. In fact, I would say she's probably the best I've been to! She made everything easy for me, gave a great consultation beforehand, and the end results couldn't have been more perfect. Doesn't hurt that I think she's hilarious too! The front ladies message you days in advance for confirmation, then remind you the day before. The office is clean, the decor is cute, and their prices are totally reasonable. Highly recommend!

It seems Sasha, front desk, didn't like my asking and assumed I knew who "Michelle" is aka the owner. Once I learned the owner was who I'm working with and had seen the day before for the consult, I was more than good but then they made up a story about having an emergency (not true) and cancelled my appt a few hrs before I was supposed to go in. Bummer. When I asked to reschedule they were acting off and told me their "system was down." (Not true again.) I suspected I made Sasha uncomfortable by the time I got to her initially after speaking to their call center that claimed they were the front desk but Sasha confirmed they were not. I'm from the east coast so admittedly my tone may have been a bit direct after she said I was meeting with the injector I met with previously. I told her I've never been injected by anyone there before. What she meant is it's with the same woman I met with during my previous consult the day before. Slight miscommunication. No big deal. After feeling off about what I was trying to get clarity on, around credentials of my injector since new to their business, I decided to text the apology below to preempt any possible misunderstanding. (Long green photo below.) I then called after a couple hrs of not hearing back about the new date and they blocked my number which I only knew because it was a busy signal & who gets a busy signal in 2025? So odd. I then get a text below refusing to work with me. This whole experience is so unfortunate. I was actually excited about having the privilege of working with the owner and was going to move all my Botox appts over to them etc. The only thing that makes sense is they've worked with some difficult clients and for some reason I reminded them of someone who might have been a past nightmare client. Have never been treated like this in my life. God forbid a new patient wants to know who their injector is since new to area and doesn't know who "Michelle" (owner) is when asking for their last name and credentials etc.

Up until recently, 2 weeks ago I got my eyebrows done & she nicked me below my eyebrow with the scissors, I didn't see it when she held up the mirror (this was after she wiped my brows with the toner). Now, the woman who did my brows- I wanna say she's new- I've never seen her but for this post I'll reference her as D. So she was nice & did my eyebrows fairly quick cool, she didn't bring me the mirror when I was finished, it was whatever. When I left & checked the mirror in the car. You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Yes, I know threading is another way of pulling hair, don't get me wrong. But never in my life i've ever seen these marks with my eyebrows! AND she didn't clean up the whole area, there was still sparseness i went home to pluck myself. Like I said I never had an issue with them, but I will not be coming back.

LaserAway misrepresented my Clear + Brilliant balance, insisted I had many treatments on my account…read more(even when I told them I didn't think that was correct), and pushed me to use them. I became excited and planned around those treatments -- only to be told later that I actually had NONE because their system "glitched." They took no responsibility, offered no compensation, and even acted like this was somehow my fault. The emotional whiplash of being told you have treatments you paid for, then having them suddenly disappear, was completely dismissed. I emailed corporate multiple times and received no real help or accountability. They also overcharge, charging the same price for face-only Clear + Brilliant as other med spas that include neck and chest. Unprofessional, careless, and untrustworthy. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Avoid.
