Not to mention that around the time I got my lips done COVID was hitting hard but the girls in the location did every right thing to keep safe (for example staff wearing mask at all times and hand sanitizer on deck) definitely made me feel at ease ! There was some swelling for like a couple of days afterwards but nothing too noticeable or uncomfortable. I was delighted with the final result and plan to return to have them soon. Not only that, but I am also a registered nurse at an urgent care facility so I know exactly what to look for....I am not sure what the other reviews are exactly talking about regarding their licenses, registrations and stuff but they had a whole wall dedicated to it....so either people missed it or they didn't have it up at the time of the other people's visits in case anyone is concerned. As for methods of payment, I did pay with credit card so there were no issues there. I did their Glow Up Package with my jawline, lips and chin and I'm going to be honest....even though they walked me through everything, it went in one ear and out the other because I was so nervous so I ended up messaging them after my treatment and they were so lovely and patient in answering all my questions (cause I'm sure they get the same questions every day). I want to share my experience with Enrique as both a masseuse and as the business owner of Face to Face NYC: Enrique gave me the "Ultimate Massage". When I came into the office at the lobby Enrique quickly acknowledged and greeted me. He went to make sure the room as perfect and then came back outside to take me into the room. The room was perfectly lit and air conditioned. He politely gave me time alone to get ready for the table and came back several minutes later to start the massage. The Ultimate Massage: I have never done a deep tissue massage before and so I was not sure what to expect. Enrique delivered in the perfect amount of pressure to apply onto my hard knots both on my back and my shoulders. He started off on my shoulders and upper back and I had such difficult knots on my shoulders it was so painful feeling him loosen them up gradually. But that "pain" was pain of relief and comfort. Enrique did a wonderful job on my neck, shoulders, and back. He then proceeded to the rest of my body: legs, feet, arms, and hands. I had no idea that I had secret hard knots all over my forearm and legs. Enrique used his professionalism and history of his craft by doing techniques that helped to ease up painful knots that has never been touched before; especially in a deep tissue massage. Overall: I felt very relieved and satisfied at the end of my Ultimate Massage that I had asked Enrique if he had time for 30-45 minutes more for a deep tissue massage specifically for my back and shoulders. Money is taken within seconds but no email confirmation. I emailed them at 5pm and asked for a response because I had requested it to start at 6.30pm the same day. They respond right away and say they dont have availability and will refund. The point is, even if its same day and you dont have anyone available, then get back to the customer you took $220 from. Had they responded and booked for another day I would have not felt so disrespected but the lack of customer service or responsibility tells me everything I need to know, to know they are shady.

This place was recommended to me by a dear friend and I'm so happy she did. I have NEVER gone back to hot wax and never will. First its way more sanitary. they are not using the same hot wax that has been sitting in that heat all day that has been dipped into over and over. Also it does not burn your skin so if your like me and your sensitive, it works. It takes about 20 min and best part, its way cheaper than that hot wax crap (about average $45 for Brazilian depending) and way less painful that's for sure. I have since then recommend several people all who swear by this place and go faithfully every few weeks. The owner is definitely accommodating. I call or text her and she makes my appointments no problem. If I am late she tries and works with me. I love her. She is the sweetest.
