I've been to this Crema multiple times in the last year. I usually use this location to meet my clients and it never disappoints. The food and atmosphere are great. I decided to try this location out because the one in the gables is so good! I ordered a prosciutto sandwich with red peppers and arugula. My grandmother got a lentil soup and a cup of fruit. We thought the bowl would be a bit bigger but it wasn't a problem for her as she really enjoyed it. If Abuelita approves...that means A LOT! This place is quiet and perfect to catch up on some work. Located in "Downtown Dadeland", this place offers all sorts of great brunch and breakfast options. The service was fast and the food was tasty. Visited with a friend for a brainstorm meeting for an upcoming project. The coffee & breakfast was fast & delicious. Lots of seating options indoors & outdoors. It did get busier as the morning went by, so busy that we decided to not get a second cup of coffee because the line was just too long so if you want to check it out I recommend going before 11am. Food is good and coffee and pastries are great. Service is horrible, made worst by adding an automatic 18% service charge for counter order delivered to your table. If you happen to order coffee with your meal and specifically ask them to bring it after your meal, they will either bring it immediately or you have to go back to the counter to remind them. They seemed to have gotten 2 of the orders incorrectly, forgot a side dish and it took a little while before my new & correct plate of food could arrive. It seemed like we were constantly having to get up from our tables to get things (utensils, extra sauces, & get the servers attention). I understand we were a big party; of 9 people, however that should not be any indicator of decreased hospitality. If you want someone extremely casual, then look no further! The service is subpar at best, the employees are distracted while they ask you what you're ordering so you have to repeat yourself but then to top it off they charge you a 15% service fee to force you to tip them. AND a 1% charge for Miami dade??? What is that?? The food isn't even that good. Avoid this crema at all costs and just go to the one in pinecrest. read more

Crema will serve what you deserve, and I - apparently - deserved a fantastic omelette with ham, bacon and cheese that would make your grandma's panties drop. It came with toast and jam. Top of the pops. I'm also getting an Acai Berry smoothie. The coffee is top-class. The ambience is spacious, a mix of lofty with old school furniture, lots of lighting at the right strength, and the music is loud enough to hear but enough to not talk without a background. That has changed now thanks to Crema and the neighborhood is grateful! Crema is delicious and offers breakfast and lunch, both made fresh to order. I've tried their salmon sandwich on multigrain, scrambled eggs with turkey, spinach and cheese and their avocado toast with egg & the fresh, chopped tuna version as well (not together lol) - all amazing. Not to mention their iced latte made with oat milk and lavender ; a delicious infusion. The owner is very hospitable and kind & so is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
