After waiting over 20 minutes without any update, I asked around 9:34 a.m. how much longer my order would take. Instead of simply apologizing or providing an update, the employee checked my payment time and told me that the wait was "right on target" for a good breakfast. When I politely expressed that the wait seemed excessive for what I had ordered, she reiterated that this was normal and that good food takes time to prepare. I didn't feel those comments were necessary--they made me feel dismissed rather than understood. She also stated there had been a long line ahead of us, which wasn't accurate. When I arrived at 9:13, there was only one customer finishing her order at the register. I finally received my food at approximately 9:38 a.m. While I understand that fresh food takes time, a 25-minute wait for two breakfast sandwiches and two iced coffees, especially with no proactive communication, felt excessive. A simple acknowledgment of the delay or a more empathetic response would have made a significant difference. Instead, I left feeling that my concerns were brushed aside. Between the lengthy wait, the dismissive interaction, and the overall experience, I didn't feel the service justified the price or the 20% tip that was included in my purchase. I love these seats cause you can see the coffee station and what's going on back there. Basically people watching. It was a little loud today, so I put on my head set and listened to some music. My server was Joyce and she was sweet. Took my order, which was breakfast tacos and a pineapple mimosa. My drink came super quick, and my food didn't take long at all. I mean like a couple minutes quick. Tacos were outstanding. And honestly as soon as I asked for a corn tortilla over the flour I thought, they're going to fall apart. But they didn't. And when you see the size of these tacos it will blow your mind that they didn't. Good corn tortilla. Scrambled eggs are fluffy, the potatoes are seasoned a little. They added bacon for me a that was chopped up inside the taco. Honestly it was a lot of food. I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it. But I did, and enjoyed every bite.

I typically order a white chocolate mocha iced and sometimes I get dark chocolate mocha iced, which is fine but not what I want. Inside is clean, not a ton of space but nice to sit for a minute and they have clean restrooms. Good variety of options here, and the staff are always nice. I like to use the punchcard as well to gain rewards. Took off a star only because the consistency of when I order a white chocolate how it is a dark chocolate sometimes.

As for the food I went with the Connecticut-style lobster roll since it was a warm afternoon, but the menu offers a solid variety of seafood and non-seafood options along with some delicious desserts like the key lime pie which I also got to try. Prices are definitely on the higher side as expected with quality seafood, but I had a coupon that helped offset the cost. I can't say I'd come here regularly because of the price point, but if I'm in the area and craving seafood this would easily be my go-to place.

Five us ordered this dish about two months ago with the same results but thought it was maybe just that visit. Onion Rings: they have started preparing huge batches in advance so they come to your table within 3 or 4 minutes and they are over coated, with gooey batter falling off and barely warm. To me it seems that the steam from them sitting under a warmer ruined a good dish. My husband got the chicken fried chicken and loved his dish. Also, I can no longer ignore how dirty this place is. The white doors entering are nasty as are other doors and surfaces. The AC venting is dirty as are the decorative items on display.
