No complaints from me and would try again! My tres leches crepe was delightful and not too sweet, the milk on the crepe kept it nice and moist with the cream filling. Then the fruit on the side freshened up the plate. My chai tea latte was yummy too. The little interaction I had with the staff was pleasant, you do order at the counter and then the order is brought to your table, self seated. The inside is adorable overall, I could see coming here to get some work done or for a brunch date and it hitting all the marks!

First visit here. It is rather nice especially considering you place your order at the counter and then they bring it to you. I tried the Huevos Ranchero. What a crazy thing to order this at a crepe restaurant!! Let me tell you that every single ingredient was amazing and fresh. Best pinto beans and I wish I could describe the flavor to you but I can't. When that happens, you know it is remarkable!! The eggs, chunky tomatoes are so fresh and rich with flavor. The avocado may be the very best avocado I have ever had. The two small corn tortillas were not the crunchy kind and I loved them. This dish was so good that I don't think I could ever order anything else from there!! However, their Chicken Tortilla Soup looked good. Lots of specialty coffees to choose from. And gelato!!! At least I think it is gelato. Looked so, so good. I will say it is quite expensive. There are cups on top of the display unit with pricing. BUT!!!! If it is good, it would definitely be worth it. Maybe I will try one next time I am there. The photo of my dish is pretty much with everything on the side as I requested. The normal presentation would not be like mine.

As we walked in, Freddy was at the door opening it for customers. We told him it was our first time here and he went over the menu. I tried a sample of the chocolate hazelnut gelato...it was rich and delicious. I ordered the cinnamon butter crepe. It was very cinnamony!

My wife and I were excited to have breakfast at this place. My wife kept telling me how good the food and service are. We ordered our breakfast plate with coffee and lemonade. The eggs and bread came cold. I wanted to take it back but my wife talked me into not saying anything so I just sat and drank my lemonade. Her eggs were cold as well and when she finished her coffee, no one came to check on our table and the tables on both sides of us. I finally got up and walked up to the kitchen area and told the two gentleman's in the kitchen that we have been waiting for a waiter to check the tables so that we can get a coffee refills. The gentleman pointed to one of their young guys to get my emptied coffee cup. The young man, brought a cup full of coffee and before I went back to my table, told them to please check the other tables for refills and service. I don't think I'll come back here to eat their cold breakfast again. If you come, ensure you tell them you want your breakfast "HOT" not cold.

Second time back to Crepeccino, they're 2-0 in my book. I ordered a Pistachio Latte & Pecan Waffle - awesome!! The Waffle is light and tasty. It looked too big to eat but, I guess I was hungrier than I thought. The service here is Top-Drawer, professional and friendly!! The atmosphere is classy euro style with a bright open feel. There is seating both inside and out to enjoy breakfast or a mid-morning break with friends. Hope this helps you find something different. If you received a gift card for Crepeccino, your friend must truly like you. As Always - Eat in Good Health.

Server suggested the Italian cappuccino on our first visit and we returned for another! They serve it in big mugs makes you feel all cozy and at home when you're sipping on it. They have nice couch areas around the walls which provide a comfy/homie ambience. Highly recommended!

Great service and perfect location. The dining room offers lots of seating inside and patio seating outside. It's a great space for adults and kids to enjoy. My food wasn't very hot so the chef prepared a whole new meal. It still wasn't hot enough for me, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be. Very attentive employees. I'll try again for the gelato.

It's the best place to eat. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I had the Chicken Florentine Crepe it was delicious .

It was good. I loved the inside decor and setup. Service was awesome, people are moving around and checking on your needs. The food was good. Not out of this world good, but good. My thing is - with those high prices, they gotta be better than just good. I have nothing bad to say at all about my experience there. I just need to drop the prices about 18% so I afford to bring my whole family here. I for sure Love that we have one of these in Cibolo!!

I don't think this place has been open for three months yet. It has a vast space with two different seating areas: one on the left, where you place your order, and another on the right with lots of room for large groups. Went in today for dinner, and the ambiance was tranquil, not much traffic coming in and out. I like that they have an ice machine with cups to get your water. The young lady and the register taking our order lacked energy and enthusiasm; she did not welcome us, ask if this was our first time, or recommend anything for us to try. When eating at a new place, I don't mind any recommendations. I like that you can clearly see how your food is being prepared. I am glad to have a different type of food in the area; there are too many fast foods in Cibolo already, and we need no more. What we are lacking is family-owned restaurants with originality and flavor. Sadly, while this place is different, the food lacked flavor. I could tell that everything was freshly prepared, but I had to add salt to my pasta because the chicken had no seasoning. The pasta brand was not the best; it lacked flavor as well, and even though it was well-cooked, it had a hard texture, as if it were undercooked. I might give it another chance and try one of their crepes and a cup of coffee next time, even though the crepes look a little sad.

This quaint eatery offers delicious crêpes, sandwiches, gelato and coffee in a delightful setting. We tried the sweet cream cold brew, cold brew black and the lemon sugar crêpe. The sweet cream was smooth and not too sweet, and while the cold brew was not as strong as I prefer, it was bright and refreshing. The crêpe was tangy, sweet and cooked perfectly. Met a friend here today and we ended up staying for three hours without realizing it. The service was inviting and space felt open and calm, perfect for catching up. I had the ranchero omelette, a blueberry waffle, and an americano. Everything was fresh and really hit the spot. We also sampled a few gelato flavors and the pistachio was my favorite. Took my dad to Crepeccino for the first time today, and it was such a great experience! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. The door was opened for us, and a gentleman greeted us with a smile, shared some menu highlights, and made us feel right at home. At the counter, the sweetest young lady helped us out. I simply asked for her recommendation, and I'm so glad I did! I ended up with the Cinnamon Butter Crepe and an Iced Caffè Mocha with White Chocolate, while my dad went for the French Burger. The café itself is spacious with plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is really inviting. Once we ordered, we found a table and relaxed. Our drinks were brought over first, followed by our food not long after, both beautifully presented (I only wish my photos did them justice!). My dad couldn't stop raving about his burger he said it was the best he's had in years, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. My crepe was light, sweet, and absolutely delicious definitely the right choice over something heavier. Before leaving, we made sure to thank the staff for their wonderful service. We'll definitely be back soon the menu has so many more tempting options to try. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend giving them a visit!

Only came here on Mother's Day. The way to order is a line however they let you make a reservation that does nothing, you still must wait in a line. The line is to the register which you pay at before you get your food. Find your own seating. For some reason when your food is ready the staff has to find you and your number (given at the register) so they are running around the whole restaurant with your food. I think the experience would improve if the restaurant worked more efficiently. Personally I think assigning waiters to tables and getting rid of the line all together, so the people who paid for food already don't have to wait over an hour to get their food. Adding alcohol to the menu would make sense, mimosas, vodka coffees. The food was good, however it took an hour and a half to get it after paying. read more

The restaurant ambiance is beautiful. The staff is very welcoming here. We ordered the chicken and waffle , side of potato and the California crepe. The Cali crepe would have been great if there wasn't as much sauce and all the raw onions were piled into one area so I got a mouth full of raw onion in one bite . The guys working here were so nice and they've been a busy bunch. I appreciate the music they play which has livened up the outlet and I had a crepe with chocolate and strawberries and bananas and it was delicious! Also my friend got a savory one and I tried it was very good, forget which it was though. I've been looking forward to coming and was not disappointed. I asked for a Belgium waffle without the chocolate sauce on it. Cashier stated that it cannot be done that way. No other option was offered. So I ordered it with the milk chocolate. It came out brunt and white chocolate on it to cover the burnt waffle . It also tasted of maple syrup which it didn't list as one of the ingredients on the menu. Nasty. EXCELLENT. I've tasted good. But this is as EXCELLENT. Im still in the restaurant, I ordered the La Crevette Crepe and my mom a sweet Tres Leches Crepe. We tasted each others, it was love at first taste. Lol I kept saying Cibolo better not mess this up, we need them to stay and be supported so the quality never falls and the customer service never changes! My mom kept saying "if I could lick the plate I would." They have a lovely atmosphere and customer service felt polite, sweet and courteous, much like the caramel Macchiato I had (sorry forgot to take a picture). I tried this new crepe and waffle restaurant this morning, and I'm already planning my next visit. The place has that warm, cozy vibe that just makes you want to slow down and enjoy breakfast for once. I went with the sweet turkey crepe.. it was good and full of flavors. The crepe was soft and buttery, the turkey had this perfect hint of sweetness, and the whole thing came together like it was meant to be. I paired it with a hot chocolate that tasted like someone melted a fancy chocolate bar straight into the mug. If you're looking for a new breakfast spot that actually feels worth getting out of bed for, this is the one. Go try it... and definitely get that crepe. You'll thank me later. read more

We went today on fathers day, took my whole family to treat my dad out and it was a terrible experience sadly. For a strawberry waffle it took 40 minutes for them to bring it out, when we went up to the counter to see what the hold up was it was sitting on the counter collecting flies with the staff conversing with each other. Waffle came out dry and didn't bring us syrup. Please go to Babock location instead. This was not a good experience. read more

I'm so happy Cibolo has a sit down breakfast and lunch restaurant. Restaurant has a lot of indoor seating and they do have outdoor seating with a little pergola over it. The restaurant looks nice and clean wood furniture. I'm getting the minimalist vibe. The menu has a lot of goodies all different crêpes you can think of from savory to sweetness, the drinks are delicious. I love the iced caramel macchiato. They have a great variety of teas and coffee. They do have water and an ice machine over to the side from the cash register by the windows. You can get free filtered water to drink to wash all that sweetness down. Nice location Right off of Cibolo Valley Drive in the same shopping center as Chick-fil-A and P Terry's. I ordered the smoked salmon omelette. The omelette itself was yummy. The potatoes I really didn't care for them. I don't know if they were a little old or whatever but they didn't come out hot and fresh to me in my opinion so that's why they got four stars. The macchiato was delicious. The service was great. Definitely will be visiting regularly. read more

We were so sad about our experience this past weekend. My husband and I decided to try this place after seeing a great review from their soft opening. We arrived early and waited until 9 AM for opening. We were the very first ones in line. Unfortunately, despite being open, they weren't prepared. Staff members were everywhere, but the digital menus weren't on, and the cashier told us that not everything listed would be available. We took a little time to go through the physical menus, which had lots of variety, though it felt a bit overwhelming. My husband ordered the strawberry ricotta crêpe, and I ordered the eggs Benedict: $37 with tip. We chose to sit outside on the patio since we had our infant with us. We placed our order at 9:04. By 9:20, I noticed it was taking a while, but I gave them grace since they were new. By 9:30, almost every table inside had their food and was already eating while we still hadn't received ours. When I went inside, the manager initially thought our order had already been served. Once I explained, he realized we were outside and said they couldn't see us sitting out there. He reassured me the food would be out soon. When our food was finally brought to us, (about 7 minutes later) it was immediately clear that it had been sitting out the whole time. The English muffin and crepe were soggy, and everything was cold. We were starving, so we ate it, but the quality was very disappointing. What made it worse was the lack of communication or apology. We were left waiting and forgotten about, and no one ever checked back in. We truly had high hopes for this spot and wanted to love it. Hopefully, these issues are just growing pains while they work out the kinks, but based on our experience today, we left more disappointed than anything else. read more

Oh my Goodness, second visit just as great as our first. Love, love love the food and espresso. The floors a little sticky from such yummy syrup, but even my husband( meticulous) could look past it for the taste of food we got. Thank you, our new favorite crepe and coffee place. Not much criticism over the food, it is decent. I like the fact that you order your food first before sitting down, it's fast and efficient. The reason for the 2 star review is that I am convinced that this establishment needs a bit of a revamp on training their workers on pretty basic customer service skills. This was only our second time here. During the first visit, as the servers delivered our food to us, some of the food spilled into the floor and then onto our table as they went to set the plate down in front of us. The server did not apologize nor did he smile or even utter a single word. We thought it was kind of strange. But we looked past it. Today, was our second time around...we figured we would give it another try. This time, one of the servers dropped an entire raspberry Brie croffle on my back, I literally felt it hit my back, roll down my hair, off my back and hit the floor. The entire thing spattered on the floor right behind me. My hair was sticky from the sauce, my jacket and dress stained. The server was not quick to apologize. I feel like he was kinda embarrassed, baffled even, that he went straight back to the food counter and picked up the rest of the order and when he returned, he apologized then. Perhaps he didn't realize it actually got on me, is what I'm assuming. I am normally calm and non-reactive by nature that I was telling the server it was all good. Regardless of my reaction, you would think the right thing to do was to be super apologetic, clean up the mess behind me asap, offer me something to clean myself off with, and then tell the manager on duty so the manager can also approach the table and apologize on behalf of the establishment and offer some sort of resolution as well. But none of that happened. Keep in mind our family of 17 easily spent a couple of hundred dollars just now. My husband even got up to tell another worker at the counter and another gentleman who seemed to be a team lead of some sort. Even after all that, no resolution was offered. We ended up leaving after we finished our meal. As we left we called the business and asked for the manager. One of the 3 managers picked up and we told him what happened. He placed us on hold to certify with the workers on his end. Unfortunately, I was not surprised that he did not even know that anything happened at all. To sum up what we told him is this: at this point, it's not so much a personal issue with the server himself, it's clear that the entire establishment can benefit from training their entire staff to work better as a TEAM. It's not a server problem it's a business system problem. None of the servers or bus boys smile nor greet or even utter a word to their customers. Therefore it reflects in their performance while serving. Restaurant type businesses can only thrive when customer satisfaction is taken seriously. I told the manager that they were lucky they this happened to me an not anyone else, but I can almost bet, anyone else would have been LIVID. He even said, "had I known we would've comped your meal..." I told him "that is exactly my point, they fact that you didn't even know what happened when it actually took place baffles me, it tells me that yall have some things you can improve on as a business, procedurally and with customer service skills etc..." He offered to comp our next me should we ever decide to come back...he didn't even ask for our names before getting off the phone. I had to ask him if he'd like to take our names down otherwise how would he even know? Seriously debating if it's even worth going back. read more

On Mother's Day, I was a customer at Crepeccino and witnessed a very concerning experience involving another table and the owner, Bara Ekhlayel. The table next to me (a mother and her children) ordered before several other guests, yet multiple tables, both inside and outside, including larger groups who arrived later, were served before them. I arrived shortly after this table, ordered similar items (crepes and waffles), and received my food first despite them ordering before me. Based on this, it was clear they waited well over an hour (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes) while others were continuously served ahead of them. There was no clear communication about the delay or the inconsistent service order. When the issue was raised, the owner, Bara Ekhlayel (who stated he owns multiple other locations), was repeatedly dismissive and interrupted the customer while she tried to speak. A refund was requested after the long wait without food and was denied. He then stated he would no longer serve her, only agreeing to bring food after she pointed out her children had not eaten, saying it would be "only because of the kids." I also personally observed a curly hair on top of the huevos rancheros tacos, which is a serious food safety concern. Despite the wait and intervention, the table still did not receive their meal while others continued to be served. They eventually left without eating, visibly upset. I also witnessed the owner throw a to-go box toward a waiter when he realized it was for their table, and heard him make a personal comment in front of the children, telling the mother she was "not a good role model for her kids," which was inappropriate and unprofessional. Beyond the service issues, the emotional impact was clear--the mother was left extremely distressed, and the situation affected the remainder of their day. Overall, this reflected serious issues with service organization, communication, food handling, and professional conduct. While busy days can cause delays, the handling of this situation was unacceptable. I would not normally leave a review, but what I witnessed warranted sharing publicly. I would not give this establishment a single star, but since the platform requires a rating, I am forced to give it one star. I have been to this location 6 times and every time I am greeted with warmth and kindness! Freddie has such a lovely personality. He speaks to everyone and is extremely accommodating. At this point I have had almost everything on the menu and everything I had has been delicious! My favorite is the smoke salmon omelette and the Dubai crepe! Went for breakfast and coffee. Food was great and reminded me of Europe but I wish there were more choices. The service is always great, the manager is always roaming around talking with guests.
