The Unlimited Ultimate 360 pass is only $5 more per month than the regular Ultimate pass . My vehicle really looks great after the 360 wash, very clean and a good shine. I also appreciate that they were able to clean all the bugs off my vehicle. The bumper and windshield had been totally covered with bugs when I came in, and after the wash not one bug remained. They pack vehicles in WAY too closely. My wife was going through (we go through weekly and have for a few years now) and the person in front of her did something weird and her van started screaming at her to hit the brakes, she waited til the last possible second and the hit the brakes hard to not collide with the person in front of her. The person behind her hit her softly as a result. Our bumper was slightly dented and the other vehicle had no damage. The guy working reviewed the footage and verbatim said "Wow! thank goodness you hit the brakes! You couldn't have fit a piece of paper between you and the person in front of you!" And reiterated that this was not at all her fault. A week later, a member of their corporate team called placing the blame on my wife for hitting the brakes, saying that she should've rammed the car in front of her and THEN Crew would have assumed responsibility. All this despite the fact that they had another similar issue back at the entrance and when my wife was talking to the manager, they mentioned that they also almost hit someone. It's frustrating as customers for many years that they wouldn't own up to their own mechanical issue and instead tried to overwrite the statement of the on-site manager and place the blame back on us. They MUST put greater distance between cars. It's just absolute insanity how tight they pack them in. Here is a picture of the camera showing how close the car behind us was here recently. TERRIBLE for preventing accidents. This car was literally inches away. As we've shared this story with the community, tons of people are coming around saying they've also had similar incidents. There is a new Prime Car wash on state Road 32 where you will get customer service. There car wash system broke my antenna, the stated it wasn't them, then showed them video and they handed me a form to replace. Second, got new tires but my truck is too wide at 72"- there standard is 71". The Turd Manager didn't catch it until entering the wash. Took 20 minutes to back the line out. Go somewhere else! I will never be back, and every social gathering will be a chance to spread the word. There system has scratched my paint, tore off my antenna, and there stafff has the "touch of a rapist." Crew Car Wash is locally owned. I have been a long time member of the Unlimited Club, which allows me limited washes for $31/month and bills my credit card direct. This was my first visit to this particular Crew. Getting to the location requires some maneuvering around a shopping center. Getting in was easy early in the morning and there was no wait. The lane to get onto the belt at this location seems to be a little narrower than other locations and we had a little trouble getting lined up in the track. Thank goodness, the (friendly and attentive) clerk was there to guide us. That said, the water was clean (which is why I go early in the day) and the wash was good. What is with Crew Car Washes in Hamilton County? I pull out of the wash bay and I have pin head sized white dots all over my windshield. Then when I drive into the sun there is a film on the windshield that magically appears. A nasty foggy streaked mess from front to back. That has not always been the case. So I run the wiper with a squirt of wiper fluid and most comes off only to collect in a streak at the edge of the windshield. read more

How can I express my disappointment strongly enough? I have a Jeep Wrangler with a bumper which extends ~12 inches from the front of my vehicle. The rotating brushes in the wash were not calibrated properly, and they forced themselves against the front of the vehicle, such that when the base contacted the bumper it ablated it in several locations. I pulled felt out of the abrasion, and immediately discussed the damage with the staff. They wrote up the report, without letting me see the pictures, video or their explanation. After CREW corporate denied my claim, I called them. They were very rude, and advised that I fix it myself, make a claim with my insurance, or take them to court - which they acknowledged would be a waste of time. To pour salt into the wound, I asked CREW to buy back two of my coupon books, which cost ~ $80.00 each, and they refused because I didn't have a receipt to document that I bought my CREW car wash coupons from CREW. What a horrible, rude, short sighted business. They have lost me as a customer for life. $20.00/week*52weeks/year*20years = $20,800.00 revenue vs. an $800.00 bumper repair. read more

I appreciate the offer of a free carwash on Veteran's Day, but the attendant would not let me have a basic, only an Ultimate wash. Your chemicals ruin my ceramic coating so I only get a basic wash. Well, who really likes to hand wash their auto anymore? Time consuming as all get-out, tiresome, and perhaps more often than not, you wind up with more water on you than the car. For the money, I'll take Crew every time. In and out quick with a brush-free wash and air-dry, leaving your ride spanking clean every time. And you can add in a bit of hot wax for another couple bucks to make that paint gleam even more. In the winter months, the Crew Wash and Underbody cleaning is a must in getting all that salt and other slushy crud off your vehicle, which always seems to accumulate in the more inclement weather. Just got yelled at by the manager. I signed up for the unlimited washes through a promo which skyrocket in price after three months. I refused to put their giant sticker on my windshield, door jam was not allowed. So, I called and cancelled. I was told I'd be able to use the unlimited washes through the end of the month. The manager came out irate before I entered the car wash and told me I was banned from the location. Classic misplaced anger and poor customer service. read more

Used this carwash several times over a few years. Suddenly after a bad snowy winter weather event,my car came out badly scratched...huge scratch down the hood and swirls on the passenger side. Took my new car to the Carmel location off of 31, called 30 mins later when I got home and noticed a panel missing on the side. They found my panel along with many other "black panels from that day". Great to know I wasn't the only Ct that was damaged that day I picked the part up which was unable to be put back on by myself or their staff, filed a report to be compensated for the repair and here was their response after reviewing the evidence PLEASE BE REMINDED THE PART WAS LITERALLY FOUND IN THE CAR WASH AREA!, you have cameras what more evidence do you need? CONTINUALLY INCREASED MEMBERSHIP RATES! I cannot express how disappointed I am with Crew Carwash. I was a loyal customer and even encouraged my friends and family to become members of their unlimited car wash membership program. One of the joys in life was going to get my truck washed as a member of their unlimited wash program. Unfortunately, they have now increased my monthly membership fees TWICE since enrolling (without notice). This scenario is probably in the fine print in the membership agreement, so leaving this bad review is likely my only recourse. However, this just seems like a very bad way to run a business and retain customers. I have a feeling that I'm going to illicit a bunch of criticism by writing this, but so be it. My problem with Crew is all about the Unlimited club. Here we go: 1) The "Club": I'm in the unlimited club, and I can't tell you how many times I've pulled into this Crew carwash to find that the unlimited club lane is completely backed-up with cars, while all the other pay-as-you-go lanes are either empty or have only one or two cars in them. Crew Carwash markets the unlimited club as a way to jump to the front of the line, like a Fast Pass at Disney. But, in my experience, that's been kind of a joke. I think they need to do some re-engineering and have two unlimited lanes. And, if everyone in Hamilton County is in the unlimited club, then it isn't much of a club. 2) The Unlimited Club sticker debacle: I just bought a new car. Upon signing up for the Unlimited Club, the first thing Crew will attempt to do is to place a large, unsightly RF sticker just below your line of sight on the driver's side of the windshield. There is also a sticker that goes on the inside of the driver's side door. I didn't want an ugly sticker blocking my view of the world in a brand new car, and so I asked the attendant to place my windshield sticker up high and centered, just above my rear view mirror. I didn't think it would matter, since I was under the impression that the RF tag embedded in the sticker would still be detected by the automatic gate in the unlimited club lane. Well, now every time I get a car wash, the attendant responsible for guiding cars into the opening of the car wash stops the line, asks me to roll my window down, and wants to know where my sticker is, since it's not in the usual place where they affix their stickers. One kid even called his manager over, apparently thinking that I was committing fraud. Each time, I roll my window down and point to my sticker, and then they cease & desist. I submit to you that if you're going to hassle people for having their unlimited stickers in an unusual place, then perhaps the young lady who signed me up shouldn't have agreed to place it there. (?!?!?!??). I've been told that this is all because some unlimited club customers remove their stickers and "share" them among multiple cars in the same family, violating Crew's terms of service. I suggest that you need a better system. I'm a paying customer, and you're hassling me every time I come here, all because you can't see my sticker, which I am not moving. read more

I believe it is important to recognize a business when they provide exceptional service and it is also important to note when they miss the mark. I pulled my vehicle into Crew Carwash today as I have done countless times. The employee greeted me scanned my ultimate wash coupon and proceeded to scan my card. The employee had difficulty scanning the card and after several attempts stated they had a work order into IT because the scanner wasn't working properly. He asked if I had cash and I advised him that I only had my card. I asked if it was possible to receive a basic wash for the inconvenience and after checking with a manager he stated no. He advised me to pull through the lot without a carwash. The 1 star review is because I lost my ultimate wash coupon and I was forced to pull my vehicle up to the stop bar which sprayed my vehicle with no carwash. I have had excellent service with Crew on Thatcher Lane for 8 years, and today was no exception. This visit just happened to be a "first" for me. I have engaged with employees on occasion to ask for special attention, specifically spraying my tire rims, which is always happily done. Today, I drove in for a wash, and explained to an employee that my rear windshield washer blade had disappeared from the washer arm, and I believed it had happened the week before when I had driven through for a car wash. Joshua explained the use of the plastic sleeves (which I've never used) and described how my washer blade could have been detached, offering to go into the office to see if it had been retrieved from the drive-through. A few minutes later, out he comes with my blade in hand and a smile on his face! He popped it onto the arm, and we both laughed about how easy it was to solve my problem. I came in for a carwash and when I got my tire shined it cut off my rear tire on driver side stem and went flat immediately, did the kid manager apologize no and of course crew denied my claim . If you damage a car own up to it . So you people continue to go through crew and they damage your car. Your not going to get your damage paid for , out of your own pocket so I will go to prime carwash instead. The employees do a great job of trying to upsell their product. I like the new and improved self service stations-they are sleek and useful. The location is a little tough to get too-as is the problem with all the businesses in that area. Nothing negative to say. Great carwash! Although the location is a little tricky to get into and out of, they do a great job here. Service has always been very friendly, too. Even when it's very busy, you're in and out in a few minutes -- and your car looks (and smells) like new. What could be better? Prices are reasonable, too -- the Works wash offers the whole nine yards, including wheel cleaning and tire shine -- for under twenty dollars. read more

I've been to several Mike's locations around the city and have been pleased with all of them. My last wash was in Westfield, and once again, all was well. Mike's does a great job of getting rid of all your car's dirt and grime, and believe me, mine gets a lot of that gunk built up on it since there's usually a good four months or so in between washes! We're probably about to be inundated with "Mike's Me" Christmas gift certificate commercials, and I really recommend heeding their advice. My boyfriend's parents put Works Wash certificates in our stockings every year and they are a great gift for anyone! My favorite thing about Mike's is that the employees actually guide you into the car wash. Unlike the automatic car washes at gas stations, I don't run the risk of colliding with one of those little concrete post guides. Nothing like trying to do something good for your car when you actually end up with a huge dent in the side. Arggh! Spend the extra cash and go to Mike's - your car will thank you! read more

Today I experienced REAL customer service here at Crew Carwash. While waiting in line to enter the carwash a radiator hose burst and my car started smoking. Then the engine died. The young man spraying the car alerted the manager and they both sprang into action getting me out of the car and backing the other cars away from my car. We got my car started again and moved to the lot next door. The manager and the attendant were both so helpful bringing me water and paper towels and offering a place to wait inside out of the heat while I waited for my family and a tow truck. They showed genuine concern for me and my safety. I have always thought the service here was great but today it was outstanding. I will show my appreciation by spending my money here. If you think living in Indiana is always cheaper than living in California, Crew carwash proves it wrong. This place is new, modern, fast and friendly, but the price is outrageous. I need to spend $16 or more for a carwash that includes the underbody. Unfortunately, during winter in Indiana, carwash is important - Crew always gets your business despite its high price. They still charge $2 for 8 minute use of the vacuum cleaner which does not always work perfectly. Ugh. The smell of the chemical they used is definitely the strongest one. I can't see myself buying their unlimited car wash package. My tips: save your receipt from Kroger or Market District, it has coupon for a discounted Ultimate Carwash. read more

I'm giving 3 because I love crew car wash and typically find them to do an outstanding job but today was a little different. After over a year of not having my sticker physically attached to my car due to the impossible sticky residue that it leaves behind and I've already had to pay $200 to have my pervious car deep cleaned and that included the hours it took to get off the residue. Anyway, today I pull up to the wash as normal. Waved to kindly by the gentlemen at the gates, but it's once I get to pulling my car on the tracks that things start to go down hill, I end up having 3 employees swarming my vehicle and I'm told off very rudely by what I'm going to assume the manger. After being talked down to like I'm in idiot, I asked him if he would like me to send crew the bill next time I need to sell my car and have that god awful residue removed. Its already destroyed my window tint if crew would like to replace that as well. I think it's honestly be cheaper for them to allow me to keep my sticker off my beautiful window and prevent this from coming back to bite crew In the .... Tweaked to utter failure. There's an old saying in business: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." For some inexplicable reason, Crew has eliminated their soft brush system and gone to touch less. Why they would screw with their multi-decade legacy as the world's best Carwash install a touch less system is beyond me. Did someone in the family go to a $2.00 wash at Shell and say, "By golly, this is the worst car wash I've ever been to in my life! Let's see if we can do just as bad, but at twice the cost!" Very disheartening and probably will lead to Crew eventually going the way of Bluko. Remember them? No? It's because they went out of business. I had high hopes that Crew wouldn't redesign their system unless they could offer a superior wash. I was wrong. You can't get a decent wash without agitating the dirt. Really disappointed as I hate washing myself. On the other hand, I spend a lot of money with them every month for our three cars, so they're probably doing me a favor. The amount of money I've spent with Mike's and then Crew over the last 30 years probably could have put my kid through college. Ha! Anyway, I'm disappointed, but I guess it was inevitable.
