If you're planning to change providers and one of those providers you're planning to change to is cricket wireless then you're looking for the slowest speeds the slowest downloads and once in awhile some drop calls. I recommend you use another provider. read more

Horrible service. I got attended by Eduardo and we were looking to transfer from verizon. They had a special offer of switching and getting a free phone. Overall he only said they ran out of the free iphone7 and didn't let us know that there were other available phones (from samsung,etc) that we could also get for free. We later found out that we could get other phones but he said it was too late since he had just finalized the switch. The switching process was also horrible and took really long. He (Eduardo) was suppose to call verizon so that the process would go smoothly. Since he didn't call them directly, things got very complicated and we were waiting for around an hour and a half to get the whole process done. We also had to contact verizon to get some kind of special code so that the switching process could continue. Overall the guy seemed very lost and confused. I have heard good things about cricket but I am never coming to this location ever again. I wish I could give there service zero star. read more

I lost my phone on St. Patrick's Day, so I headed to the nearest Cricket store the next day and the sales staff here was incredibly helpful. They managed to get all my contacts and pictures from my google account (thank goodness I remembered to back them up) and put them on my new phone which also happened to be on promotion. Cricket Wireless to the rescue. read more

My elderly father is customer at this location. he was just released from a nursing home, where his phone was lost/stolen. we brought in another phone that he had at the house. The girl behind the counter said that a new sim card should work, that it would be $35.00 for sim card and activation, not sure why since dad is customer there. she installed the sim card then told me the phone was locked, I told her she should of know that before we spent the $35.00 dollars. Then she offered to buy the phone for $5.00, which the phone is about $100.00 or more. Before we bought the sim card we looked at phones, and we shown this flip phone and we was told that it was really good by the girl helping us. since the sim card didn't work we purchase that flip phone. well long story short, my 80 year old father couldn't operate it, so my sister took the phone back, at day later, and spoke to Monica, she said without receipt she couldn't take phone back, which at the time we never received by us, then she found some small scratches and said she couldn't talk it back anyway. Now we are stuck with a phone, that can't be used. The 2 girls that work there are nothing but about Sales, not about the customer. I called very upset, and talking to Monica was a waste of time, Company like this, that hustle the customers should not be in business. I will never recommend Cricket to anyone, especially the one at this location. My next call will be to the BBB. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! read more

I can see from the comments above that they have done this same mistake many times. One or two times is reasonable, but to keep repeating that mistake and ruining people's orders by cutting corners and using cheap Flowers as fillers is called a Scam or fraud. Then when I complained they agreed to refund my order. They charged me $124 for dead mini shriveled up roses a shit ton of white carnations that hadn't barely bloomed yet. And brown tipped ugly sad gloomy dead supposed to be white orchids. All the flowers were mini and there was string showing already! The Lei was shoved in a bag in a box wrapped with an ice pack. I had to sadly compost it. It was that sad. After all that. Only gave me a partial refund and won't respond anymore to me. Please Don't give this place anymore chances to screw up and scam you into buying dead flowers with carnations as fillers. (the other pics of them doing the exact same thing to other customers!)
