The next day, they called to let me know the iPad was working perfectly and all diagnostics passed. They were incredibly polite and didn't charge me anything--not even a diagnostic fee. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this repair shop. It's worth the drive from Sugar Land to receive service this genuine.

It wasn't until after we were talking about the details of my trade in that he realized that i did not have the new phone and it was actually my current phone that he erased all my data. He then decided to tell me that he was unable to help me with my trade in and told me to come back another time. I then spent the next 3 hours at home restarting my phone and backing up all my data that was erased. A lot of my photos and videos did not get restored and my phone starting having issue that i never had before. The associat who helped me did nothing to resolve my issue with my data being erased from my phone and had no solution to assure his mistake.
