I told her I wanted 2 of them as a part of my 6 lines transfer. I was told that they didn't have them in stock, but they would get them later in the week. That day, I only transferred 4 of my lines, because Jasmine told me I could only get the iPhones for that price at the time of transfer. The phones did not come in until almost 2 weeks later. When I went in to get them, I was told the promotion had ended, and I would have to pay twice the agreed price. I explained to Jasmine that "Bait and Switch" is illegal, and I needed to speak with her supervisor. She has repeatedly told me she has tried to reach him, but he never responds to her. I am currently stuck paying 2 different carriers because they refuse to honor their promotion. As of yet, I have not heard from the store about resolving this issue. I hope this doesn't become a matter for the BBB, AG, or FTC.

Only sketchy thing was that they asked for my boyfriend's iPad password, which is weird because he only needed the screen fixed and this didn't relate to anything in his device. Overall, good experience!
