I didn't know this when I hired them. I was referred by another business who suggested I reach out. I'm glad I did. I had another dishwasher repairman come in and quote me $600+ to repair the dishwasher. At that point, I decided I was ready to buy a new one. Then I got a referral to Home Ease Solutions and Nick showed up. He was courteous, prepared and ready to take on the challenge of this finicky Bosch dishwasher. I am very pleased with Home Ease Solutions. They went out of their way to accommodate a pre Thanksgiving repair, took the time to diagnose and not guess at the problem, and then while at my house at 7:00pm when he finished, didn't try to up charge me for the late hour work. Nick knows his dishwashers in detail and has many years, as I found out, repairing them. He also does washers and dryers too. I would give this business 6 stars if I could but 5 is the max. He was on time, did the job with confidence, and did it for a fair price (something we don't see in Encinitas often). If you have a dishwasher or clothes washer/ dryer issue, give Nick a call.

When we questioned it, the manager mocked adults for buying Pokémon while at the same time refusing to sell Pokémon to kids, which made no sense at all. The situation escalated further when he told us to "get the F out of the store" in front of my child. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I followed up afterward and received only a generic response about an "internal review," with no real accountability. I usually like Best Buy, but this location seriously failed in customer service and basic judgment--especially with kids involved.

Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Luckily, they could help me, and the rush fee was $100. I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. Super 5 Stars for DC Computers! They care about their business and customers. So glad I found them.
