As soon as he heard the words that it all started at the Mesa location, he said there is nothing he could do for me. He called support and they cannot help them either! Seems to be one of the first things you would do is check the phone out of inventory before you gave it to somebody.

Plus, the customer service was atrocious. The first person tried to mislead us into buying a later version of our phones by implying that the ones we own wouldn't allow us to change to Verizon. He then left the store while we were talking to our former company to get the process started. The woman he left us with also left us to help another couple who walked into the store and didn't return for so long that we left. In the end it was a blessing because we went to an authorized Verizon Store where we had a better experience. We were friendly and courteous so it cannot be explained away by blaming us.
