    After paying to have internet equipment installed, I remember calling a few weeks later, to ask if…read morethe service could be placed on a vacation hold. My plans changed and I wasn't going to be there for several months. Months later I called and was informed that a vacation hold was not placed on the account. I've been automatically charged every month for service that I have not used at all. The rep I spoke with told me that he would discuss with the owner and get back to me. A couple weeks later I made a follow up call because no one answered my inquiry. The owner himself confirmed that there had not been any data usage since one week after installation. I asked again to have the service placed on hold and requested a retroactive credit. The owner "checked" his phone records and could not find my initial call to them. My response was that I did not remember what phone I called him from. I then asked if he would extend a courtesy credit for an amount he deemed appropriate. What surprised me is that the owner himself was not willing to give me even one months credit. What's worse, is that he never got back to me. A small gesture would have gone a long way. A classic case of being penny wise and pound foolish. With this attitude, a company like Starlink will eventually put them out of business. I will pay a premium for good service and be loyal to a company that demonstrates appreciation for my business. I also will not think twice to change carriers, if the service I'm getting is mediocre.

    I do NOT recommend Bolt Internet Service. Their service is "Out of Service" far too often. Today it…read morehas been "Out of Service" for 24 hours and counting. When you call them to report a problem, all you get is a recording. If you leave messages, they do not get back to you with an update. He was the only person at any Verizon location near me who was willing to help me. Everyone else said they couldn't do anything for me. I went to both of the Prescott Valley locations. The one on Glasford Hill said I needed to go to the Corporate store on 69. So, I went to the 5672 E State Rte 69, Prescott Valley Corporate location. I explained to the Manager at this location what I needed help with. As soon as he heard the words that it all started at the Mesa location, he said there is nothing he could do for me. Kevin at the Gail Gardner location helped me to fix all of the issues with my phone and my account. Thank you so much, Kevin. It is so frustrating how all the Verizon locations want to sell you devices and not take care of any issues. Such a rip off, and scam. Also, do not do any so-called PROMOTIONS with them. They tell you it's free or less, etc... Then you get your bills and see that they locked you into charges for the next 3 years, or you have to pay the full price of the so-called FREE PROMOTIONAL ITEM. I was on the family plan with my daughter and when he changed me to " a Cheaper " plan I lost all the that I was grandfathered in from the other. *** I worked with William for an hour and 40 minutes to get a new phone only have to have everything canceled because the phone he gave me was not an In inventory. He called support and they cannot help them either! Seems to be one of the first things you would do is check the phone out of inventory before you gave it to somebody.
