The screen froze, so I couldn't phone, text, email, or do anything else that's important to me. I spent hours trying to unfreeze the phone. He asked what the problem was, and he fixed it in less than a minute. COMPUPOD is now my go to place before I start pulling my hair out. I'll also make it my go to place when it's time to replace my phone. Thank you so much for your fine service. ,

The staff is usually helpful, and turnaround times are pretty quick. However, my last experience was really disappointing. I brought in my DualSense controllers to fix analog stick issues and paid $100 to repair three knobs. Just one week later, I had the exact same issue with one of the supposedly repaired sticks. When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $60 to fix what should have already been resolved. What's most frustrating is that I couldn't get a clear explanation as to why I was being charged again for the same issue. If a repair doesn't hold up after a week, that should fall under some kind of workmanship guarantee--not an additional charge. I want to continue supporting this business because I've had good experiences in the past, but this situation felt unfair and left me questioning the quality and accountability of the repairs.

(Story time) I went to just add a line & get a new phone for my mom. I wanted to transfer her metro # to T-Mobile since it's under the same company now. (Go figure right?) ANDREA from the start was quoting me outrageous numbers w/ these "two free tablets". It went from $60 w/ just the iPhone to $320 since the tablets were including taxes? How did it jump $250+ for the taxes and tablets that weren't even Apple. I declined because I know these tablets aren't really free. Fast forward I decided to get my mom an iPhone but here she goes again try to upsell me w/ cases, screen protector & a charger. I declined but she kept bugging so I know these workers work on commission I gave in but had her adjust the prices. When we completed the transaction she said my mother's metro # takes about 24 hrs to transfer... that didn't sit well w/ me. How does it take that long when there under the same umbrella.. I asked the manager and he straight BS'd saying some reason Verizon is instant I left the store but my moms # still didn't transfer and I had a gut feeling something was wrong. My moms # is so important my brother is disabled and all his appointments/therapy is connected to that # she's had for 30+ years. So I jst called T-Mobile @ Serramonte just to ease my mind. They checked on the transfer and they told me there was an error and the worker should've checked. At 8:15pm I rushed to the Serramonte store to try to fix it. & guess what else Andrea did... upon checking my account she added two tablet lines after I already told her no. The tmobile expert graciously helped me through it all.. taking off the 2 tablet lines I never got, transferred the metro # that took minutes because Andrea didn't check. the tmobile location at Tanforan is a third party & they will try there hardest to upsell you. STRAIGHT SCAMMERS DO NOT GO HERE. I included the quotes Andrea gave me.. if you take a look @ monthly payment this number is wrong $291 is not my monthly payments it's $245. She quoted me $372 w/ the new iPhone. Turns out my monthly payment is actually $301 W/ the new iPhone. She hid the two tablets in the differences STRAIGHT SCAMMERS DO NOT GO HERE. They will add lines & tablets w/o your knowledge. Always go to a corporate store!!!!!

This is explained prior to receiving/paying for service. But the reviews and past customer happiest led me to come here. I was also told I would be given the opportunity to test the screen before paying to ensure I was satisfied. Located in Westlake, once you get to the front door of the building it's a short easy walk up upstairs and it's the first office on the right. I signed in, he told me a few housekeeping things to be mindful of after the phone gets repaired. I dropped off the phone and it took no longer than 15 minutes. The screen worked great! Very responsive and felt like a brand new phone. I tested it and happily paid. I would not hesitate recommending people to come here for iPhone repairs. Easy consultation, fast service and good communication.

@ Costco Kiosk Zoe…read moremight be amazing but Eddie is the bomb! Long story short, my iPhone was on it's last leg and even though there was not going to be a new phone sale or new activation sale, Eddie was all about service, trying to get my calls and texts forwarded to my other active iPhone number, with a different carrier at that. He called tech support to forward the calls and texts to my other number, no luck... they could not do it like that. A 5-star effort though. Then after discussing a low end phone just to get calls and texts he pointed out that there was insurance on my all-but-dead iPhone and that the $100 deductible would get me a new (like new refurbished - same model) phone over night. He gave me the website and telephone number and we parted company at about 2:30p. I went to have a hotdog and soda, and strawberry sundae at the food court and completed the claim before finishing my food. Easy peasy. A 5-star outcome. Next day - received the like new replacement and followed the easy setup instructions and was back in business, mostly. A 5-star outcome. So my near dead phone, which had to be sent back to the insurance folks was not even on its last leg anymore... barely breathing though. What to do!? Went back to Eddie, the T-Mobile Man-with-a-Plan, at the Airport Blvd. Costco and he said 'easy,' go to an Apple Store and they would be able to kill all the data and stuff before I sent it to the warranty folks. I did exactly that, successfully. Another 5-star outcome. In the end, it all worked out better than I expected it to. I got a couple hot dogs, sodas, sundaes and some inexpensive gas and a might as well be new phone! Thank you, Eddie the 5-star Service Pro.
