The wait wasn't long, in my opinion, nonetheless I was periodically checked on while waiting and reassured I had not been forgotten about. Much appreciated. John was very informative, pleasant, honest, had a great sense of humor, and did not push any extras during my visit. In fact, I walked out of the store with a brand new phone, some extra cash from trading in my phone, $100 in Google Play credits, and I never even pulled my wallet out. Well worth the extra few miles to avoid, ahem, another location that may or may not be inside of a mall.. Overall, quite possibly the best in store experience I have had with Verizon. Easy breezy. I enjoyed my visit to this store and left in a better mood. Seriously.. John is that awesome.

I just want to check my account status, so I went to this store because I also having trouble accessing my online account! I guess because it was close to the closing time, the man with no hair in front keeps saying he cannot check it for me and I have to CALL customer service! I had experience with the customer service that on phone for three hours but was not helpful at all. I hope the salesman can help me on this, but he said "you are rude, I'm not going to talk to you" when I get emotional!!!! I am emotional because you guys did not fix my problem! Well, obviously, instead of helping customers, the store exists "for sale" only! (this is what the salesman said, and he said he is get paid for sale only). Once you buy their products, they don't provide proper post-sale customer service. I see you have a lot of bad reviews already, so you may not care about this one. Do not reply under me because I don't want to read the fake apologies. Just train your employees more professional!

    My Nintendo Switch took a nasty fall last night. In the process - a joy-con was badly damaged and…read moreslider bent opposite the console (bent towards the player if you were holding it upright) and the wired headphones snapped to a point I had no audio regardless of any tweaks. So I headed to Gamestop with my year warranty and boy was I in for a suprise. I had the headphones in a small bag over my shoulder, revealing it's story to the associate behind the counter -Arben. Arben wasted zero time explaining also I could re-up my warranty for less than $10 dollars. Explaining again the unfortunate situation of also being completely broke, Arben paused. When I looked back behind the counter moments later after I DC Universe commerical caught my eye featuring Penquin From Batman Returns (Duck Car included!!), I noticed Arben (the associate) had vanished. I followed to where I could see someone crouching - It was Arben with the same headphones only CHEAPER! All said and done, I waited for affirmation we were good when Arben muttered "Let me see something- hang on." I was handed 34 cents and also told my warrenty for the headphone for the next year was free!! FREE and I got paid!! WHAT!! GameStop is just as the name states with workers like Arben who thrive for a visit you won't soon forget. Everytime I'm blown away by prices but now a complete suprise I couldn't have expected anywhere else!

In the past, this store probably deserved its rating, but someone new in management has taken it to the next level. Employees are knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, responsive, considerate, sensitive, nice, caring, resourceful, responsible, and overall have positive attitude makes this an excellent store to visit. My recent visit included switching service from AT&T to Verizon, porting an existing number, deciding on a new device, and buying appropriate accessories. They were able to answer all my questions, explain everything efficiently, recommended products, pitch their current deals without being too pushy, and make my visit as enjoyable as possible. People talk about Apple stores being on the cutting edge of retail, Apple must being taking notes from the team at this Verizon store. Top notch. 10/10 would recommend people go out of their way to go to this store.

After the staff failed 3x to migrate apps/data/settings to new phone, I asked for the charges to be reversed and my old phones reinstated. Travis the store manager then told me he couldn't help with a refund. He explained all of the fees were non-refundable and neither he nor his employees had to inform customers about non-refundable items. He also said that it wasn't his nor his employees responsibility to make our new phones work. Effectively, he is accountable for nothing. Then his team charged me a restocking fee of $55 for each phone that they couldn't setup. Fortunately, I called Verizon and got all of the fees reversed. Clearly Travis is wrong or flat out lied. I cannot say it more clearly, go somewhere else or call Verizon. The employees here are unhelpful, dishonest, and have no idea what good customer service is.
