Very unfriendly service. I arrived 15 minutes before closing for printing a quick document. The man didn't say anything to me when I told him what I needed, he just glared at me and pointed at the sign reading "email your documents to..." I wasn't aware at time of payment that they don't accept cards for under $10 so I asked if I could run to my car- the woman sighs and doesn't say anything. I come back in 2 minutes, the man is impatiently waiting for me at the door and says "OHHH, you came back, we are closing now." (This is at 4:55). Wouldn't go back for any amount of printing!! Literally go any where other than here. They are the rudest. THE RUDEST EVER. As soon as we got in they gave us attitude, we didn't know what time they closed but the way they let us know was this "we close soon so you have 3 minutes" and then stared us down. When we would talk among ourselves this guy with a mustache would try to be all in our conversation saying "what's that?!" Like dude we aren't talking to you. Called to get a quote. For being a company that claims "Full Service" they wouldn't take my order because it was too small. So be it, but there is a major difference in "Refusing Service" and letting a customer know that you can not help them. If I remember their words "my order was too small". Great customer service. I don't usually practice using condescending methods when selling to a customer. I am LIVID! (I can get OCD about my paper.) Granted, my order was a bit complicated with multiple documents needing different pages printed but I figured they were professional and could handle it. I don't know if they are way too overworked and suffer from short term memory loss but I walked into the store, talked to a friendly staff member about my needs, and headed back home to email my documents an hour later. I call to confirm they received my order, and they ask for my number to let me know when the order is ready for pickup. I get the call and return to the store and find out they printed everything single sided even though I told the staff member I needed double sided and my email had printing instructions that wouldn't have made sense unless it was double sided. Rather than call to ask for clarification, they screw up my order and I am forced to pay for it. I offer to pay extra to get it done right so the staff member uses the copy machine to make it double sided... only now the order of the double sided pages is screwed up. Even though I paid extra, my purchase was still unusable. At this point I don't even want to go in to complain because they still probably won't be able to get my order right. I suppose they can handle basic jobs just fine and the staff is friendly enough, but if you need something to get done **right**, STAY AWAY! read more

I came here to get save the date postcards printed for my wedding. I wanted to reproduce a vintage postcard and put my own text on the back, but beyond that I was clueless. The staff was friendly, patient and helpful, and they were great about showing me how everything would look and keeping in touch throughout the process. The convenience of their location is why I use them but their customer service is one star. The two female employees with desks at entrance makes it seem as a customer is an inconvenience for them to print something but they work at a print shop! The energy when you walk in is that they hate their jobs. Since the woman had to do an extra step and download my file she muttered, "The minimum is a dollar to print something here." I was a customer for many years because the service was great. A company called Crisp Imaging bought them out. Maybe my expectations are too high. You decide. I had an important document that needed to be printed by tomorrow. My schedule was tight. I called. Rep said they would be ready in an hour if I sent the files right away. I showed up a early. Rep said they were working on it. Would be ready in five minutes. I started to wait, then asked for a recommendation for lunch. I gobble my lunch and return in 15 minutes. Most of my order had not been printed yet. Ten minutes later, he directs me to pay. The bill was a lot more than I expected. I call attention to the fact that the invoice lists larger formats than I requested. I have to run because I have to pick up a first grader from school. They email me an invoice. Same basic mistake. I'd already emailed with details of the items that I ordered. I call and ask for the person whose name is on the invoice. They're not familiar with my case. . . . I get my order 5 hours later than I had planned. The bill was only$2 less than the initial $30, but what if it'd been a huge order and I hadn't been paying attention? (Oh, another rep had butted in with a snarky remark.) Call me old fashioned, but I believe deadlines you promised to, not over billing, and good service are musts in doing business. Never once did anyone recognize how they were providing a horrible experience or express even a tiny bit of 'We're sorry." I went out of my way to give them my business. Long story short, I needed a message printed on poster-sized paper. I needed the message, containing text/graphics, to be printed across multiple sheets with a few words on each. Westside Print Center was extremely helpful. The first time they were printed, the text/graphics didn't cover a lot of the sheet, leaving a lot of empty white space. They informed me it was because the file I had was a PDF which also contained a lot of empty white space and that it was hard for them to manipulate it in that format. I came back the next day with the document saved in a different format and they were able to print it again for me, this time it came out the way I had hoped for. When they found out that these poster sheets would be used in my proposal to my gf they didn't charge me for the re-print! Thank you Westside Print Center, btw, she said yes! read more

I came here to get laminates cut out for wedding guests. They were abel to give me a quote via email and they got the job done in the time we were given. The laminates came out perfect! We just got paper, die cut as we had already purchased the laminating sleeves ourselves. I would definitely go back to them for my printing needs. read more
