Excellent smash burgers! The food truck is located at beer zombies, ordered zombie smash and regular smash with fries. Also on special they had a bratwurst. Plenty of outdoor seating and the food was tasty, great option for lunch or dinner. The guy running the place is friendly and the food came out quickly

We stopped at this food truck to have a bite during the Best Dam Wine Walk and glad we did! There was a little bit of a wait but understandably since there was one person taking orders and making food. Plus, there were a lot of hungry people during the event! The burgers were delicious. Unfortunately they were out of some ingredients to make a burger we were interested in but I got the Shroomin' burger instead and I don't have any regrets! The loaded fries with the whole party on top was awesome too. I'd definitely come back!

Gotta Love the Smash Burgers you get at CRISPY BOI. Nothing fancy just great quality cooked up fresh to order and service with a smile! Siting around on a sunny afternoon on the patio at BZBC. Great food, great brews and good times!

A friend who doesn't particularly like burgers recommended this spot. We headed in on a sunny Sunday afternoon. It is a food truck outside of Beer Zombies. You can bring your dogs since it mostly outside seating. They make to order so they asked us to wait about 5 to 10 min yo order. No problem when and got a drink inside. The mister ordered a cowboy zombie. They were out of a few things so the guy offered to hook it up. Which he did. It was tasty. I had the I'm melting it's on grilled sourdough bread. I'm not a huge smash burger fan but this was yummy. Zombie tots, seasoned tots with a zombie sauce that's delicious! They take tap to pay and since it's cooked to order be prepared to wait. But the weather is beautiful so it's not a big deal. There is a pond with some koi and I think I saw some jenga pieces. My fav decor is the old style gas pump there. We will be back with our puppy next time before it gets too hot.

3 stars because the food could have been good. But it was like warm at best, and got cold quickly in the paper container. Why was it cold? When my number was "called", I went up and there were 4 orders stacked up and 4 people came up to claim orders. Mine was the first to be complete and sat there the longest. Not called when ready. So, eh. After a few beers (in same space as Beer Zombie) maybe it wouldn't be so bad. But I was disappointed. Maybe better service when they are less busy.

No people and yet the cook has the "not taking orders" sign up

Last 3 times there... hardly people there and the cook has the "Sorry not taking orders now" sign up. There were literally 4 people there. That's it. Frustrating when you can't rely on a food place to be serving and you drive all the way there...

We got a couple racks of ribs, brisket, pulled pork, cornbread, beans and Mac and Cheese. Everything was amazing and even my pickiest guest left happy. Wow that was incredible!…read more For my dad's birthday and fathers day we ordered bbq tri-tip, ribs and mac and cheese. My brother and his wife found Silverback BBQ through a friend who highly recommended trying this for a party. We wanted something special for the birthday and my dad loves bbq. Ok we all love it but this was all geared for my dad. I bbq and smoke meats sometimes so I have some idea what to expect. I knew the food was going to be great just from word of mouth and some of the pictures on his site so the expectations were high. We paid extra to have the food delivered. Communication and payment was easy. Silverback BBQ (Carl is his name if I recall) and his wife both delivered the food. I was worried it might be cold but the special container he used, some kind of large carrier or crate kept the food very warm. It was steaming when everything was placed on the table. The smell was amazing! He proceeded to cut up the tri-tip into slices. I can't remember if the ribs were already cut or not before or during. He had made everything to our own specifications. We wanted medium well, somewhat spicy with some sweet and that's exactly what we got. The tri-tip had a beautiful cherry smoke ring on it. It was juicy and tender. The ribs were perfect. Again juicy, easy to bite off the bone but it didn't just fall apart, had some pull to it(which is good!). Flavor was great. Let's just say my sister who never eats ribs had a second helping. Price was great for everything that was included. I wasn't expecting Carl to also cut the tri-tip in front of us and serve everything. He took a lot of care to make things very enjoyable and I'm serious about that. Aside from the food I give his service 100% perfect. The whole process was entertaining and fun plus he took pictures with my dad and some of the family. I can't describe his personality with enough credit. He's just a cool dude for lack of a better word. Professional but cool. Looking forward to the next event when we can order more!

Not bad, not bad at all…read more.. By the end of my first night at Great American FoodieFest I was soooo full, and disappointed that I didn't see this food truck in the beginning. I was too full to order anything else, but when I walked by the truck it took a lot of me to not order the Gumbo. The sweet order, offered us samples of the soup from the gumbo and I was like, whoa! I went home dreaming about that damn Gumbo, so much that it's why I returned for again to get some! This isn't like your traditional Gumbo. It's doesn't have seafood pieces, just stripped juicy chicken and flavorful sausage, rice, onions all in a savory broth that isn't too salty. With the overcast weather we have today, this soup truly hit the spot. Be sure to follow them on WTF, "Where's The FoodTruck".

A local truck which is always great! The ladies at Kravin' Kajun were friendly and welcoming. They were proud to be local and their truck was sporting the "Vegas Strong" logo which was cool. My husband went with a Fried Catfish Po Boy, his weakness. The Po Boy was loaded with the fried catfish on a large roll, a good value for $14. Unfortunately, my husband thought one of his favorite foods was just okay. He said the bread wasn't special and the flavors were okay. Again, there wasn't anything wrong with it, but it wasn't something he'd order again. The Chicken & Sausage Gumbo was okay, but not as bold on flavor and seasoning as I expected from a gumbo. The gumbo did have a soupy consistency with plenty of large pieces of chicken and a celery flavor. I felt the same as my husband did about my dish. Good, but not something memorable. Overall, I love to support local business so if I see them around at another event I'd be willing to try some of their other menu options. The Boudin Ball Po Boy and Louisiana Purchase both sounded interesting.

Issa, at Khoury's said that the Dazzling Bistro Food Truck comes by a couple times a month. Good to know cause I'd really like to try more like the Gumbo & Rice bowls I read about. My friend & I first grabbed a six-pack of Franziskaner Hefeweizen which paired well w/ Chef Darrell's creations. Our order was slightly mixed up, but no problem, Chef brought us an Old Bay seasoned, Spicy Shrimp Taco. It said w/ Blue Chips, but it came w/ a salad & all three items we got were on a Hoagie Roll. It worked well as a sandwich, instead of a taco too. We took off one bun from each order & then could really taste the elements of each sandwich. I loved this spicy shrimp & slaw creation! It had a nice kick of Sriracha & garlic aioli which I love! The Thai Style Beef Satay Tri-Tip was a strip of Beef Satay On a Hoagie topped w/ a nice sweet cucumber, carrot salad. I really liked the sweet sauce on top of it & it would also be great as a salad! My fav was the Smoked Pork Belly Banh Mi On a Hoagie, topped w/ coleslaw & pickled onions & cilantro! I should've taken one to-go so will have to hope that it's on the menu next time. If not, I am very excited to try what is on the menu next time this Dazzling Bistro Food Truck is at Khoury's. Thank you Chef. I love spicy, it was a wonderful experience & very tasty creations.

I had heard good reviews of Chef Darnell's food, and contacted him fully expecting to be working…read morewith him. If you want to work with Dazzling Bistro, please be aware the pricing model is strictly cost plus. Chef Darnell does NOT work with a set budget. In our first call, I communicated our budget. We discussed some menu options, and he sent me a proposal that came in $13.8 per per person over my budget. When I reached out asking if there's a way to modify the menu to fit my budget, he wrote back to explain he'd already spent 5 hours on this and to go find another caterer. I can't speak for the food since we didn't work together. I was taken aback by the interaction as I wasn't trying to waste his time, nor was I trying to nickel and dime him. I communicated our dietary restrictions up front and I communicated our budget. My only feedback was to ask for a proposal to fit my budget. I'm sharing this review and my experience so others have the right expectation if you decide to reach out.
