Excellent smash burgers! The food truck is located at beer zombies, ordered zombie smash and regular smash with fries. Also on special they had a bratwurst. Plenty of outdoor seating and the food was tasty, great option for lunch or dinner. The guy running the place is friendly and the food came out quickly

We stopped at this food truck to have a bite during the Best Dam Wine Walk and glad we did! There was a little bit of a wait but understandably since there was one person taking orders and making food. Plus, there were a lot of hungry people during the event! The burgers were delicious. Unfortunately they were out of some ingredients to make a burger we were interested in but I got the Shroomin' burger instead and I don't have any regrets! The loaded fries with the whole party on top was awesome too. I'd definitely come back!

Gotta Love the Smash Burgers you get at CRISPY BOI. Nothing fancy just great quality cooked up fresh to order and service with a smile! Siting around on a sunny afternoon on the patio at BZBC. Great food, great brews and good times!

A friend who doesn't particularly like burgers recommended this spot. We headed in on a sunny Sunday afternoon. It is a food truck outside of Beer Zombies. You can bring your dogs since it mostly outside seating. They make to order so they asked us to wait about 5 to 10 min yo order. No problem when and got a drink inside. The mister ordered a cowboy zombie. They were out of a few things so the guy offered to hook it up. Which he did. It was tasty. I had the I'm melting it's on grilled sourdough bread. I'm not a huge smash burger fan but this was yummy. Zombie tots, seasoned tots with a zombie sauce that's delicious! They take tap to pay and since it's cooked to order be prepared to wait. But the weather is beautiful so it's not a big deal. There is a pond with some koi and I think I saw some jenga pieces. My fav decor is the old style gas pump there. We will be back with our puppy next time before it gets too hot.

3 stars because the food could have been good. But it was like warm at best, and got cold quickly in the paper container. Why was it cold? When my number was "called", I went up and there were 4 orders stacked up and 4 people came up to claim orders. Mine was the first to be complete and sat there the longest. Not called when ready. So, eh. After a few beers (in same space as Beer Zombie) maybe it wouldn't be so bad. But I was disappointed. Maybe better service when they are less busy.

No people and yet the cook has the "not taking orders" sign up

Last 3 times there... hardly people there and the cook has the "Sorry not taking orders now" sign up. There were literally 4 people there. That's it. Frustrating when you can't rely on a food place to be serving and you drive all the way there...

And each time I eat , get…read moreready for a review somehow it's a challenge with the new favorites I want to talk about. Every item I've ordered is better than the rest. Today, for example, ordering breakfast potatoes, they were not greasy, nor overly seasoned and not overly crispy as they can be at other places when they sit there all morning.... These are crispy but still soft inside. Service is amazing. All severs have a wonderful way to be welcoming and truly menu experts. Jamie is the main person here that has her passion on greeting you , menu items, checking on your steak and giving a warm hug thanking you for returning. Now that I find how community focused they are for Boulder City, I'm more aware that is why us locals have been returning. Love your town - we will love you back! Now, you may be thinking what does the historic hotel have to do with Hawaiian food ? Well, please do your history deep dive. This colonial style built building matches this culture and food perfectly even here in the desert. Try this lovely hospitable place for the food and friendliness's and tell your friends - you will be a hero. Oh , try the macaroni salad. French toast, steak and eggs, burgers, ans pineapple upside down cake. With a Bloody Mary - hands down - your new favorite place!

A+ here The chips that came with my fish and chips were excellent. Was told there home made. Tasty and crispy. Well seasoned The creme brulee, which were also homemade, was very smooth with perfect consistency. The crust was thick. I didn't mind because I have a sweet tooth and enjoy crunchy texture. That said, I think for most people it would direct from the overall experience. The not so great: my fish in the fish and chips. The fish itself was good quality, but I didn't think it was seasoned at all and the batter was thick. Unfortunatelly disappointing. To be fair. my family enjoyed their chicken burger and pulled pork. I'll round up to 4 stars

This review is based on three separate visits and each visit's order was for two people (i.e. two…read moremeals). Wait Time: Between all three visits, there was an average wait time of 20-30 minutes. When we arrived to the window to pay on our first visit, we were told to take a lap around the drive-thru and that our order would be ready upon our return. It turned out we arrived to the window and waited about 20 minutes before we received our order. Order: With the wait time in mind, please remember that Rome wasn't built in a day--so don't expect a quality meal to be ready within five minutes. With that being said, we ordered the 1). double cheeseburger with fries, 2). crispy chicken sandwich with fries, 3). fish and chips, 4). chicken tenders, 5). a strawberry shake, and 6). a chocolate shake between our three visits. The quality across all three visits was consistent and detailed here: 1). The Double Cheeseburger was cooked to our doneness preference. The bun was toasted with light butter and a slight crunch to the bite. The patties were juicy and well-seasoned. The cheese was evenly melted on the patties. The condiments did not overpower the patties' flavor. The toppings were the standard lettuce, tomato, and onions--which worked harmoniously with the rest of the burger, making for one of the best burgers I have ever had. Upon first glance, it meets my expectations of what a burger should be. 2). Much like the Double Cheeseburger, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich was of excellent quality. All of its components worked collectively to deliver in flavor and texture, including the toasted bun with the slight crunch. It was a perfect Crispy Chicken Sandwich. 3). The Fries were flavorful (fry seasoning, salt), crinkle cut, and evenly fried throughout (i.e. you did not have some hard pieces and some soggy pieces). We recommend a side of ranch for dipping. 4). The Fish and Chips were your standard Fish and Chips--and I mean that in the best way. They were fried until the classic golden and served with tartar sauce. Again, everything you would expect out of Fish and Chips. 5). While the Chicken Tenders were good, they were not outstanding. We would not order them again due to the other superior items on the menu. 6). The Strawberry Shake was flavored with fresh strawberries and like the Chicken Tenders, it was not outstanding. The Chocolate Shake was a classic Chocolate Shake. If you are craving a shake, then go for it. Otherwise, there isn't anything that would separate these shakes from another good quality shake. Both shakes leaned toward a thicker consistency. Note: The medium sized shakes are huge. If we ever get one again in the future, we will order a small instead. Service: We felt welcomed during each visit and did not feel rushed at the intercom (all three of our visits were through the drive-thru). Prior to visiting, we were unsure of what to expect with the mixed reviews and ultimately decided that we would just find out for ourselves. We are so grateful that we made the choice to try Chilly Jilly'z, because it is now one of our favorite spots in Southern Nevada. We definitely recommend that you give it a try!

Thanks for the memories because I don't think I'll be returning.
