I got my nails done here about 4 times. I was excited because this nail salon opened in March and the staff seemed kind. The first my manicure was bubbly and chipping off. The polish was faulty, so they fixed it without a problem. I got my nails done twice after that and it was great. I came in last Friday to get my nails done. Everything was fine, but my manicure started lifting and chipping. I contacted the owner like I did the first time and she refused. She said repairs are only done up to 5 days from initial application, but the manicurists there always say that gel is supposed to last at least 10 days even for people with oily nail beds. Instead of offering to fix the few nails that chipped, she told me to book another appointment and pay all over again with another tech...after already having a bad experience with nail polish my first time, this is undoubtedly another issue with the polish. I got screwed over for something beyond my control. Faulty polish isn't the customer's fault what It's only $35, but if my manicure doesn't last and I'm told to pay for a brand new manicure, I might as will go to a place that's more expensive, but does it right the first time. read more

Wow wow wow! Let's just start off with the amazing price offers they have!!!!! Great service, beautiful ambiance, and most importantly amazing nail technicians!!! I was attended right away, they offered tea, coffee, and water... they were always on top of the customers to make sure everything was in order. And they were very cleannn! I found this little hidden gem with Yelp I called at 5 for a last minute appointment and Cristina was very helpful and gave me an appointment for 5:30. Thank you for the fast appointment. Amanda was my manicurist. She was very gentle and sweet. She took her time and made sure I was pleased all along. She was very detailed in cleaning my nails and polishing. Cristina was very helpful and offered water/coffee throughout my service. I'm not one to make appointments however I was so happy with the work I already made my next appointment. read more

This place is awesome. I found it online Sunday afternoon, sent an online appointment request and within hours got an email back confirming appointment for Tuesday.(they close on Sunday and Monday). Was given an appointment with Amanda. She was great. She took her time and very meticulously did my nails. They have a Tuesday special that's great. Really nice gem in Medley!!!! I usually don't write reviews but this place most definitely deserves one. I'm so happy I found this little treasure off the palmetto and okeechobee! The girls are super sweet and friendly, especially Geraldine. It was my first time getting my nails professionally done after having acrylics on for almost 6 months but Geraldine left my natural nails long and with an awesome shape. Overall the place was filled with awesome vibes and they even offer customers some cafecito! They have a variety of colors, from gel to regular polish and the proximity from my house to the spa is a plus! I'm super happy with my visit. Everyone should come here!!!! read more

Please note this is an update review I deleted my 5 star review. So I made an appointment Friday but I clearly told the owner I wanted a refill I already have a nail technician who does my nails but I decided to give Cristina's nails a chance since I had already done my toes with Geraldine and she did a great job. I showed up to my appointment and the owner was nice I can't complain but she lied when she told me the acrylic lady was running late and if it was fine to wait for her I told her there wasn't any problem. The color range they have are amazing I think that's what brought me mostly to the place after my sister recommendation. Anyways.. next thing you know she had Geraldine do my toes which I didn't mind cause like I said she does an amazing job. Next thing you know the owner asked a lady that was doing someone else nails to do my acrylic after she was done. They wanted to finish up so quick the lady started taking off my gel polish from my acrylics in the MOST uncomfortable way ever while I was getting a pedicure. She was being so rough I felt the small burns. Little do I know my pedicure was done beautifully and then we jumped to my refill it was the worse !!!!! I my nails weren't even filed and the lady was nice don't get me wrong but she just didn't know what she was doing ! She didn't buff them correctly she honestly did a HORRIBLE job. She had a moment where she became a little rude when she mentioned to me she will talk to the owner and tell her not to book any refills because it takes too much time those are things you do not say in front of a paying customer ! If I remember her name I will update I just know she's a short Cuban lady with blonde hair. See my pics for proof ! Oh .. on top of that overly priced !!!!!! For something that was horribly made I wish I can get a refund just for my refill I know they will def say no !!! Don't go for acrylics or refills this place is only for mani and pedis ! They are good, if they can get your appointment right. I've had to wait long periods of time over 30 minutes when I had an appointment. Called for an appointment for a specific date, receptionist confirms then later calls and confirms the wrong day and now can't accommodate me since it was their error. Guess I'll just keep on going to Menta y Canela where my appointments aren't confusing to the receptionist. Mind you it's the business owner who does the appointments. Hopefully, she gets it right and her business will grow more. read more
