The lady with the short hair who is an employee at this crocs location is rude. Today, I wanted to buy these crocs I reserved online but I decided not to buy them anymore because it turns out this store does not allow coupons from the crocs website and the crocs email. I showed the lady the crocs coupons from the crocs website and the crocs email that I had on my phone, but she said they do not accept coupons because it has letters. I did not buy anything and left. Even though just last week, I went to buy crocs and a different employee helped me with my order actually used a binder filled with coupons and he let me used them because I asked. He is the tall Asian employee. All he did was scan them and I was able to get my crocs for a discounted price. Just a super weird and unfair experience with this lady. I just wanted to buy my crocs that I reserved online. I thought I could buy the crocs in store using a coupon for a discount price, but I guess not. Mid experience. The veteran employees definitely love working with each other because that's all they talked about on the floor. They were very busy talking to each other while the one person looking for shoes was slammed. They were civil to customers but when it was time to talk to each other, it was like none of the customers existed neither was it a friendly interaction from the cashiers. All brick and mortars are stepping up their game. As an avid online shopper I have to say I was swayed to return to the mall for a good old fashioned shopping spree. Crocs specifically -I was greeted twice , I noticed that crocs have become fashion, accessories merch and personalization way to step it up. I was only in store to do an online return, in true me fashion I over purchase keep one or two items and return the rest. There was no line and two cashiers. I was assisted by Sage , who I had a delightful conversation with about my social anxiety/crowds and how it keeps me from places like the mall. It's probably the closet to me so I always end up here when I need crocs. They always have specials happening such as 25% off or buy one get one half off. I walked in today just looking and then walked out but something in me told me to go back in and boy am I happy it did! I walked out with not 1 pair but 2 pairs of crocs that fit my size and style thanks to the help of DAISY! She was amazing and exceeded my croc expectations. She was very helpful with going to the back twice for me. She gave me her honest opinion of which ones looked better and helped me pick out some fun charms because she reminded me that I was able to get 2 free ones with what I already had.
