Went here to return a pair I bought online when their easy return policy for sending item back wasn't as easy as walking to the Galleria. I was offered help as soon as I walked up to the counter. I apologized for not having the packing slip but one was not included. I was told that they do not give packing slips to cut down on paper waste, so Good on you Crocs. I wasn't thrilled with the one month I was told it would take to credit my account but understand that is not a store level decision so, I wait... Great assortment and price range of shoes in every size and style you could want unless you are me and wanted the Crush Clog in black LOL. Awesome selection of Jibitz. The only reason I did not give this store 5 is that I called multiple times during day and evening hours and never got an answer, otherwise I would definitely recommend the Croc brand and this store. read more

It was overwhelming lots of people because is almost Christmas, anyway I got in line. Prefacing this by saying I've worked in a shoe store and other retail spots in this same mall before. I know how much holiday season sucks especially when it gets busy and perhaps you receive the same request for assistance too many times - unfortunately all part of the job. This is no hate to the employees, but to the customer service which I'm sure comes from poor management. Please make their working conditions better so that the employees don't take out their frustrations on customers. Whenever I approach anyone in retail I do so with kindness and a smile because I know what it's like. Went into crocs today (12/16 around 2pm). They were promoting Buy 2, Get 2 Free off their clearance stock. Great for gifts! Of course I would need them in certain sizes (W7), most of which were not available on the sales floor. I asked the first employee I made contact with at the cash register if they'd happen to have additional sizes in the back. I asked thinking either they'll say whatever is on the floor is what's available, or yes they may have some. Without a smile and with much snark she answers "well it depends on the style." ...Yeah obviously? I say, "okay! If I pick some out would be I be able to see if you have them?" A logical follow up question right? I wanted to make sure this was alright with them. And again with snark and no ounce of politeness she says "like I said it depends on the style and we may or may not have it." I just smile and say thank you. I find two in the right size and a few that were not and asked if they had it. Still grateful towards the first employee for at least checking them for me since she made me feel like I was asking for the world, but no luck. So I look for more styles to potentially see if they'd have them. Second time around, the first employee was busy at the cash register. I flag a second employee but she ignores me the first time. I stand for a bit, a little puzzled. Instead I decided to just patiently wait in line to speak to the cashier again. While waiting, I see the second employee coming my way and I flag her down again with a wave and a "hi! excuse me!". Y'ALL. She held up a finger at me. She walked past me while still holding a finger and said "one moment." She walked to a customer who was browsing and wasn't even requesting any help and she spoke to them about the product. Finally she had no choice but to turn to me once she finished. I already knew she didn't want to help me because she was around when I asked the first employee for help finding sizes. I could tell she did not want to. (Again, I've worked retail before. It's obvious). So she goes to the stock room to check. In my head I already knew it was a lost cause since they were not willing to help me - regardless if they had it or not. While waiting, I decided to browse for ANY size 7 they had out, or at least an 8 to gift to someone else. 2nd employee came back out. No surprise - she was empty handed. So I took the extra two styles I found and made my purchase. So happy with crocs. Unhappy with the customer service. We're all stressed during holiday season, but I wish they wouldn't spread this type of energy to others. Management - if this is an issue and pain point for your employees in operations then a solution could be made. Example: have all your stocks listed on the computer for a more convenient and quicker search. I'm sure your employees hate being asked to constantly go to the back to check for sizes - as demonstrated to their customers today. Or, with such a big promotion like this perhaps have all your stock organized by size and out on the floor so that both customers and employees are not disgruntled with each other. I hope they can leave and find a place to work where they won't be miserable at. read more

Unfortunately crocs do not honor discount she's posted. Clearly said with new full price purchase you get charms and reusable bag. When I asked Pricilla she told me they aren't doing it anymore. But the sign was clearly up. She didn't offer any other alternative. So me nor anyone in my family won't be back to this location. read more

5 stars to the girl who helped me exchange my hello kitty crocs for the exact same size/ character crocs! I bought a pair online and after wearing them for a few hours, my left foot on the inner part had developed a small circular cut. After examining the shoe, I noticed a small plastic like thing sticking out of the white circle part of the croc that holds the back string onto the shoe. I called this store and spoke to Pricilla (I can't remember her name but I think it was Pricilla). She asked if I had worn them and I explained to her that I did wear them, bought online but item was defective as a piece of plastic was sticking out of the shoe. She checked to see if they had my size available in store and informed me the business hours as well as putting the pair of crocs aside for me. I arrived within 20 minutes as I wanted to ensure I could get a new pair of crocs that wouldn't be defective. Pricilla and another female employee helped me to exchange the crocs in a very caring and rapid way. Bumped down 2 stars because it was incredibly hot in the store! Thankfully I was only there for a few minutes but this is incredibly alarming as most employees there would be trapped in the heat for HOURS! read more

Purchased my crocs at this location and within two months they had shrank two sizes and are now unwearable. Took them back to return but they said that I could not return it because shrinkage is a known issue, and "happens all the time." There is a class action lawsuit against crocs for selling defective shoes and deceptive trade practices. They know that their shoes shrink. They should at the very least verbally inform their customers when purchasing that they may shrink and may soon become unwearable. Just want others to know this so they can make an informed purchase. $50 for two months of wear is unacceptable. read more
