Our pizzas were supposed to be half-and-half combinations, but instead, they were made entirely as one type each. The salads were also prepared wrong. When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the person I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful. She initially insisted there was no record of our order -- even though I had the receipt showing payment. After I explained again, she acknowledged it but said that because I didn't call sooner, there was "nothing they could do." I explained that we are at work and got busy; I called as soon as possible (only about 30 minutes later). Still, she refused to do anything and told me to "take it up with DoorDash." This is extremely disappointing. In today's economy, you'd hope businesses would take accountability for their mistakes and make it right. DoorDash did their part with delivery -- the issue was with the restaurant making the wrong items. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers don't have the same experience

Besides being really good pizza , it's served primarily by the slice. Hence no leftovers to taunt me the next morning. Besides that, you're not limited to one pie per party. Ambience is basic hole in the wall, but in a nice way. Enough seating to be comfortable, very clean, with a personal touch. Beni's is family owned and it shows. Service is friendly and efficient.
