Excellent service! My water heater decided to start leaking and turn my garage in to a spa! But after a brief phone call, help was on the way. On a Sunday! He arrived and immediately went to work on the problem. Rather than try a quick fix, we discussed several options for replacement of the current water heater. He stopped the leak, and ordered the replacement for installation first thing Monday morning. By the time I returned home from the office, I was greeted by a clean, dry garage, and plenty of hot water for my after work shower. I would highly recommend this company in the future. I highly recommend using Cross Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I recently purchased my home and it was discovered I had a hot water slab leak after 3 months of owning. I tried going through my home warranty company and because of the complexity of the job, they didn't want to take it on. I reached out to my insurance company and they sent Mike from Cross Plumbing to help me. Immediately my frustration went away when Mike arrived. Mike was able to come the same day and he was able to determine where the leak was. He explained in detail what was involved with fixing the leak. He partnered with a restoration company that was able to remove a few of my cabinets so Mike could get to the broken pipe. Mike was able to fix my pipe right away with no delays. He also did a really neat job. He was able to pin point exactly where the leak was so he didn't have to tear up my kitchen. Once he fixed the pipe, his crew came a laid the cement nice and neat. I live in a condominium and a neighbor downstairs noticed the smell of a gas leak. Turned out it was coming from an outside gas line used for my condo. I let my HOA know that it needed to be fixed and they told me I had to pay out of pocket. Fortunately when Cross Plumbing came out, they told me they could talk to HOA and let them know it should be something that is covered by them since a sprinkler right next to the gas line caused it to corrode so badly. Had a leaky valve in an upstairs bathroom that I was unable to fix myself. Called a couple of local plumbing places around 9 am, including Cross, and left messages of needing a repair. Mike called back within half an hour and said that he could get someone out late in the afternoon. (The other place never returned my call.) I explained that I had had to turn off water to my house to avoid further water damage, and Mike said he'd try to get someone out sooner. Yesterday I was doing some dishes in the kitchen and discovered that while the water was running the toilet in the bathroom had completely overflowed. I proceeded to panic as there was about an inch and a half of water in the bathroom and through the entryway of our home. I called the first 3 plumbers with 5 stars on yelp. The first two didn't answer and the last one said they couldn't be out for another 3-6 hours. That was when I got a call back from Mike of Cross Plumbing, even though I didn't leave a message! He explained that he was with another client (which I appreciate, honestly. It's frustrating as a customer when the person you're employing is more focused on their phone than on your problem) and said he had one other person to get to and he would come right over to fix the problem. He got here quickly and was finished before the earliest time the other plumber said he could get there! Mike was REALLY nice and very professional. I was pretty distraught (I literally just moved in here last week) and he identified the problem literally as soon as he got here and got to work solving it. He also found that it was probably something the home owners association would deal with, so he went ahead and called them for me and explained what was going on. A few weeks ago a plumber came out and told us that our pipe was disintegrated and needed to be replaced, tearing up the floor, etc. He gave us a low quote of 4500.00 saying that it could go higher depending on how we choose to do it. Another plumber gave us a similar quote. Mike came out today and used a camera to find the problem...as it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the pipe...the original plumber simply did not know what he was doing. We had a plumbing issue thanks to a kid flushing a toothbrush down the toilet... of course these things never happen at a good time and we were having a pool party on the next day and needed the downstairs toilet to work for our guests. I called Mike and he sent one of his guys first thing in the morning to fix the issue. I had mentioned that our teenagers bathroom upstairs wasn't flushing properly as well. Looking for a responsive, professional and honest plumber - well I found one and it's Cross plumbing. Mike and Jerry responded to my call for help and I can't be happier with their workmanship. You see, I'm a "do it yourself" kinda guy and I pride myself on being able to fix most household problems, however, I got myself into a plumbing pickle last week when I attempted to clear my house sewer line and dropped a tool in the home sewer mainline. This faux pas consequently totally plugged my home sewer line and created an emergent situation. After contacting several plumbers who were either too busy, or provided costly estimates to retrieve the lost tool (I was told I needed to dig up the sewer line to get to the blockage = $) Cross plumbing devised an old fashioned and ingenious solution to retrieving the tool without have to dig-up the sewer line. Needless to say, the ingenuity of Cross plumbing saved me considerably in money and time, and I'm happy to say things are flowing much smoother now. read more

They're a fairly small and family owned business, with a different and much more fair pricing model for their work than other plumbers around town. 3. Dean was right on time to help us with our plumbing emergency, and patiently answered with a smile all of our questions about what was happening in our pipes as he was working. 4. Diagnosed the problem quickly, effectively, and got the pipes connected to our washing machine, toilets, and showers clog free. 5. I called Tuesday (April 19, 2016) at 10:30am to set up an appointment. I thought I had dialed the wrong number and then a different number called me back. It was Mike and he was really nice and easy to speak with. I hadn't heard back from them and there was a bit of miscommunication, so I assumed they got busy and forgot about me.
