Finally found a plumber in Riverside that I will use for future jobs as well as recommend to our friends and family. Called this company yesterday who sent out assosiate Jesse the same day. Jesse was on time and quoted the work that needed to be done at a fair price. (I say this because the first guy from another company, wanted to charge $660.00 to change out a hot water line under the bathroom sink, that our contractor put 2 elbows in which is not the standard of practice. Cold water line was already changed out by someone else at a cost of $254.00.) Jesse did the work efficiently and cleaned up the mess completely. He also checked the connection to the faucets and discovered that all of the lines were only finger tight. Meaning an opportunity to leak in the future, so he tighten the lines up for us and triple checked everything to ensure no future problem. We, so appreciated good old fashion customer service. To put the icing on the cake Mike Cross the owner called us to check to see if we were satisfied with Jessie's work. Called multiple companies prior to calling Cross. Mike was the first to answer his phone. I described my issue, asked for a few specific fees and he was very straight forward. He indicated someone could be out today and that is what happened. Jessie and Dean showed up and were attentive to my explaining my issue and quickly understood the issue. I had asked for the cleanout to be scoped as I have had a recurring issue and had a hunch there was a problem that required more than just snaking it. Low and behold there was an issue, we found a whole lot of grease and buildup, Jessie suggested to jet the line. I had been told by other plumbers I may need to replace the line in the past. They gave me an upfront quote on the additional cost and went to pick up the machine and were back very fast. They returned pretty quickly and thoroughly jetted it a few times and scoped it again so I could see the difference. Additionally they came inside and tested my systems to make sure there were no issues remaining and even looked at a few other concerns I had for me. Overall great experience, straight forward with no bull. Mike even called me not too long after they left to make sure I was satisfied which was appreciated. Good to see an owner actively involved in a company. I am picky with who I deal with and like that company you can always call, this will be one for me. "Top Notch" Best REAL Plumbing Professionals I had an emergency and called regular ordinary plumbers which was worst mistake ever. I had a leaking pipe in my kitchen which caused minor water damage and had 2 separate other companies that wanted to jack hammer my slab to locate the problem. Cross plumbing came out and found a better more cost effective solution and didnt touch the slab so no additional extra money had to be forked out. Mike the owner knew exactly what needed to be done the first time and his crew did an excellent job. Called them for leak seeping up in front yard in late afternoon. They showed up 8:00am next morning which was perfect. They dug in and showed me the leak which was several leaks on the main water pipe to the house. They offered several options and quotes. I chose to replace entire pipe. They called additional guys to help and was able to replace the entire pipe line that day and did not change quote as well as add a few things to bring us to code and did not charge additional. The pricing was comparable to other companies, but they did the job in 1 day and was careful to replace the soil with turf on top so the lawn still looked green. I was super impressed with friendliness and professionalism of all the guys. I really appreciated that they showed me the leaks instead of just telling me. We had a non-emergency problem and called Mike Cross, He arranged an appointment for us the next day. That next day it became more urgent, and Mike sent Jesse over earlier than he had promised. Jesse started to deal with it, and then Mike joined him.The problem appeared to be solved, and we paid a reasonable charge for the service. Less than a week later the problem recurred (again, not an emergency), and Mike worked us into his schedule and came out the same day. He resolved the issue and did not charge us any additional fees. Mike Cross and his crew are on it and amazing!! He has done many things for me over the years. I am the owner of Sparks Property Management and had an emergency in one of my rentals where water was raining from the garage ceiling from a leak and was being told by the Insurance plumber that they would not be out there for a couple of days.
