Me and my wife dine in this buffet very first time this Sunday night. The variety of food selections are abundant and guaranteed to satisfy the most hard to please customers. Everything is fresh. Beyond my expectation. Sushi section is acceptable. The oysters are incredibly fresh and tasty. The crab legs and lobsters are a must to experience. Jay, the waiter is attentive and polite. On the way out, I noticed on the wall with a poster wrote that customers over 60 get 15% off. I came back to mention that to the lady in front desk. She was happy and promptly refunded the difference to our credit card. What a nice experience. We will come back regularly. My wife with her good luck was able to win a free dinner. The food has improved since grand opening and the seafood was more available to grab around this time. We were very excited to try this restaurant/buffet. It sounded like it could be an upgrade from King Chinese buffet, our usual go to spot. We have tried it now and will not be returning. We got there early on a Sunday to beat the rush. That, we accomplished. The food looks amazing and the presentation is upscale. The flavor was lacking. For starters the lobster we were looking forward to was served in some kind of saucy way that was not good. We couldn't even eat a little bit we were given on the first stop there. The crayfish was the same way. Bad seasoning made it not edible. And a few other things that look good but were seasoned in an unfavorable way. They ran out of crab legs as soon as we got there before we could try them. They finally restock just as we were about done but then the waitress said get out of there we had been they're too long. When consuming the food, the only emotion I could feel was regret. The quality is low. With the price being 38$ per person on the weekend, expectations were high with a disappointing finish. The employees were not rude, but the many glares that they gave my family were uncomfortable. One employee continuously swarmed the table with a judgmental look. I can appreciate attentiveness, but down right staring made me feel disgusted. As me and my cousin walked around, I could feel eyes stare at the back of my head, I felt a chill down my spine. First, it had some item I really like, but it was still just ok. I really went for the lobster and when it finally came out, I did not even recognize it as lobster. I was like small segments tails with little or no recognizable meat because it was over cooked and I could tell the meat from the shell. Picture on their web showed decent size steam lobster tail. I saw some clips on TikTok about the lobsters, dungeness crab, snow crab legs, sushi/sashimi,dim sum made me want to try the place. Which I find out it was just not good, They barely replenish the lobsters. After fighting with 10 people, I was able to grab a piece to try and put it in my mount. I can tell it's not fresh. Same with the Dungeness crabs, I can tell the crab was put in the freezer older than my 10 years old car and the dim sum, even Chinese don't touch on it, you can tell how bad it was. I went for lunch. 4.5 stars. The options are plentiful. They have sushi and sushi rolls, over 25 varieties. (No sashimi for lunch. (When I took sushi and left the rice on my plate, no one said a word). I wish the sushi rolls had been labeled. Maybe 20 dim sum dishes. A hibachi station. Maybe 30+ cooked Chinese items. Deserts, including ice cream bars and ripe fruits. Do you like octopus? I believe they had it in 3 different dishes. This is the first and only restaurant I've ever patronized that served chicken feet. (Nope, didn't try em). Pork belly was a surprise. Whole shrimp or small prawns on a stick, fully shelled with heads and legs. Pretty, but a bit of work to shell them. Also, a steamed crab. Served by the 1/2 crab, claw, legs and body. Not familiar with the species. Claws looked exactly like a stone crab. The body was a light gray, not orange. Nice crabmeat. Let me advise you, they take quite a bit of work to remove the crab meat to eat. This crab is light and flakey so every single morsel was a flake about the size of a rice kernel. When the shell was cracked up, I used the point of 1 chopstick to dig it out. Not even the claws or front crab legs come out in chunks it lumps. And it's really messy to eat. The restaurant is mostly all shiny white. The furniture orange. Different and Immaculately clean. I had zero issues with the moderate quantity out for consumption of any one item at any one time. My guess, they are preventing any one patron from monopolizing and hogging any particular item. They constantly rotated more of every item. I noticed that the customers were 90% Asians. Quintessentially polite. I could not get in or out the door without some unknown patron holding the door open for me. Seems well accepted in the community. By the end of my lunch, the place was packed. Lots of staff. Every time they would go by, they quietly pick up any food scraps or used plates on the table. As I walked in, the total quantity of the myriad of dishes, looked enough to feed 4X as many patrons. I had read a few sketchy reviews. I saw absolutely nothing that wasn't as fresh as possible, immaculate, and beautifully displayed. And my lunch was $20. (advertised at $22). Either $ is a Bargain! My dad wanted to try this new Asian buffet so we drove from Arlington to Dallas. We went for lunch at 11:30 and the place was already pretty full. We were seated immediately and the place was clean and new. The food options were amazing. Almost too much but enough to get your monies worth. We got the standard Asian food like orange chicken, pepper shrimp, sweet and sour chicken and fried rice and it was all good. We also tried the sushi, street style grilled food, and a few items I had never seen and they were also pretty tasty. We were too full to make ramen or a hibachi plate. We did try some steamed dumplings but they had very little flavor (like eating air). The big seafood pot was not good. We love a seafood boil but this had no flavor and the seafood was not up to par. The desert was okay. We enjoyed the cakes and ice cream. The chocolate in the fountain was not good and it was cute that they were making cotton candy but I didn't get any. My parents enjoyed their senior discount and we were pretty satisfied in all with the food and price. I'm not sure if we will go back since it is not close and it was crazy busy when we were leaving. I went to the restaraunt yesterday arou d 5pm. I was not pleased. I just got what was bits and pieces of lobster. I bit into it and got a mouth full of what tasted like ammonia. My lobster was not good. This place was advertised on Instagram with this fabulous price for this fabulous food. Also the hot food was barely luke warm . I got the tamales and they were cold. I know they have some good reviews but my experience was not. I definitely would not recommend this place as I would be concerned about the food safety because even though they say that they careful. We had seen this restaurant advertised and went for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We mainly went for the crab legs and the variety of all the other dishes. I've seen the mixed reviews on Yelp. However, the first time we went there we were super impressed with the quality of the crab legs and the selections of the dishes. We felt we had found our new place to eat. We returned last night on a Friday night and of course the restaurant was extremely busy which is fine. We were really looking forward to the crab legs. We wish the crab legs were served hot instead of cold and the butter was not totally melted so it didn't warm up the crab legs. The crab legs were very disappointing and the shells were mushy. The shells would not crack open for the meat and the meat did not taste as good as the first time. Maybe they had been sitting in the water too long? Plus, the crab legs were not replenished quickly and the tuna sashimi had run out when we first got there and was never replenished. The sushi choices were limited and never replenished. We arrived at 8:30 and we expected all the dishes to be full. It looked to us that once they ran out of a particular item. They did not refill it because they were closing at 10:30 and we left shortly before 10 because the crab legs were gone the minute they hit the platter. We had a long wait before more crab legs came out. And when they did, they were immediately gone and not replenished for a while. And the quality of the crab legs this time was a two out of 10 when the first time was a nine out of 10.....very disappointing and we do not have plans to return for these reasons. We felt like since it was later in the evening they didn't want to replenish the dishes about an hour before closing time. Service was terrible. In fact we had take our dirty dishes to another table being cleared because our waitress paid no attention to us.
