We arrived at 2:05 in the midst of a severe storm. The sign clearly states lunch as 11-3. The young man would not serve us stating it was closed but proceeded to serve a number of customer behind us that were clearly known to the man. We moved over to the counter service to settle for a sandwich. Again, not the lunch that I had researched and set on our itinerary to stop in and enjoy. When I pointed out to the young man that the buffet was still full of food and more had been served, he began talking very fast and loud, stating they had ordered, the food was being returned to the kitchen, etc. We traveled from Florida. This was embarrassing and unacceptable. This will be part of my review when I post our trip on social media. Do better.
