Wasn't able to use them. I went to this location solely because the yelp for the business says they…read moredetail cars, and once I got there, I was told they don't. I arrived, no customers but they seemed occupied with working on the vehicles there. There was a mechanic in the work bay and one outside trying to do something to a car. I walked into the lobby area. After waiting a couple of minutes, the dude working outside comes into the lobby and doesn't say nothing, makes quick eye contact and then sort of paces around the room. No "hello, how can I help you?" Nothing... finally, I asked if he worked there, because I saw no uniform or name tag or anything indicating he worked there other than he was messing with a car before I got there. He said yes, and that was it. Kind of kept walking like he had something to do, maybe not, was he attending me? Was i in his way? I don't know. It was very awkward from my point of view. I asked if they detailed cars and then he said no. I continued "oh, it's because your yelp info says you detail cars?" "No." And then kept standing there. After a couple of awkward seconds, I was ok and left. Idk if they sale cars here or not, that interaction was just weird, I felt like my presence bothered the dude, I guess I'll take my money elsewhere. 3 stars for prompt interaction, services announced not offered fully here.

WARNING!!!!!! HORIBLE EXPERIECE dealing with MS Motors!!! I…read morebought a car from them that they said had zero issues with and was in perfect mechanical condition! Before the sale was made, Manny the sales manager answered my calls and text messages but once the sale was done and they got there money the communication was gone! I had the car shipped to my house and first time starting it I knew something was wrong! The car was shaking and misfiring with check engine lights and wrenchblights on the dash and I couldn't even drive my new car!! The car turned out to have major engine problems and I had to have the engine rebuilt which not only was my new car in the shop for several months not being able to enjoy my new car but I had to pay outta my own pocket several thousands of dollars for the repair. When I got a hold of Manny and told him my situation he said that he would make it right and help out with the costs of the repairs. When it came time to ask him about sending some $$ he just ignored all my text messages and calls like he blocked me. I would have just gone down to the dealership but they are over 2000 miles away from me. Please take my advice!! MS Motors sold me a car knowing there was a MAJOR issue with it!! Go spend your $$ at an honest dealership and STAY CLEAR OF THESE DISHONEST BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!

I had to call them several times to get the status, and, I received the docs the next day after my final call which. The vehicle never left ca state. The company does not have Ca broker license so they had to register the vehicle in Oregon, and now I have to re-register the vehicle in California again. Which cost me another 10 days of time. If you don't want to waste your time waiting for the paperwork for that long, don't use this broker and work with the local one.

As an IAAI US Buyer, I am limited to "Public" auction sites which provide access to roughly 40-45% of the auction inventory. Having a SalvageBid membership provides 100% inventory access and often fewer competitive buyers. Also, coupled with a Carfax, a consumer reporting reference ( e.g., Consumer Reports Magazine, Edmunds.com, Youtube videos, etc...) and an inexpensive pre auction onsite inspection (completed by a local mechanic and results in a comprehensive report), SalvageBid has made my car buying experience complete. Currently, this is the best way I know to buy a good quality used vehicle and save thousands($$$$) in the process. Highly recommended.
