Absolutely DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership, especially if purchasing from out of town. I was re-assured of their extensive test for all mechanical issues to "ensure vehicle is in perfect working condition". When I received the vehicle it needed new rear brakes, the latch to open the hood was hanging by a wire and the key tumbler was worn out, the key would barley stay in the ignition. In addition, the truck had a manifold leaks. Not surprisingly I was told by Mid none of this is covered under warranty and he refused to pay anything, even after I tried meeting him in the middle. I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership unless you can have your own mechanic to perform a thorough check over before hand. They will scam you. read more

Made an appointment to test drive a 2013 Land Cruiser that caught our eyes from A&M Auto Group and directly spoke with Mid, the owner. What ever you do, be very cautious about doing business with these two yo yo's. Alan is a snake in the grass and Mid is a flat out LIAR. I bought a ford F150 from these guys and it had one issue after another then Mid came to me after the fact and tried to claim my trade needed repairs and asked me for money to cover those repairs. I ended up with a garbage of a vehicle and spent a bundle of cash to fix the issues with the truck only to trade it in for a new ford from a a local reputable ford store. I should have known something was wrong when Mid showed me a folded US flag on his desk and claimed it was given to him when his dad passed and was given a military funeral.................problem IS, these two are from Romania and have lived in the US for just over 10 years. I purchased a USED 2004 Audi TT with 113K miles. This car looks great and drives great. It didn't show any signs of mechanical issues. Its my 3rd car and not driven very often. I drove it to Bend after owning it for 2 months. I put 50 Miles total on the car. It broke down in Bend on a Friday afternoon. I had to get a rent a car and leave it in Bend for a week. Stay AWAY from a&m!!!! They promise you a quality vehicle only to pawn off problem vehicles. We bought a honda odyssey and have had NOTHING but problems literally from the moment we got it home. We are now in the process of hiring an attorney. I have never had such a horrific experience with a dealer UPDATE; the owner finally agreed, after serveral threats, to fix the vehicle. However it's been at his shop for 2 weeks with no end in sight. He won't answer his phone. He won't give us any idea of when we will get our van back. We have been looking for a high quality used 4Runner for a long time. I'm patient and do not get emotional when buying a vehicle. I was looking for a one owner with a perfect car fax. I saw A&M had one. We sent them a text message at 10pm and they got us scheduled for 10am the next morning. They had the 4Runner and a few other comparables out front waiting for us. Upon first glance, the vehicle was perfect, but I know the car game, I had to dig deeper. He brought me the car fax and let me look at every inch from top to bottom. No pressure from them at all. I took the car for a drive and thought I heard a winding in the transmission. Not alarming but a new sound to me. I drove it right back and told them I didn't recognize the sound and wanted to drive one of the newer lower mile 4runners to compare. They had zero issue with that even though they had a lot of people showing up. I took the new one out and confirmed the sound was consistent with the other. The price was at a premium but I wanted the best I could afford. That's exactly what I got. They had me on the road in a beautiful 4Runner by noon. Used cars are always buyer beware, know what to look for and do your research...after that, go to these guys, they'll probably have what you want. All of the staff gathered to help us and finalize the paperwork, they were great to work with and because they sell highly desired cars, they don't use an pressure. SCAM ARTIST ALERT!!! Sold our family a car that broke down on the way home on same day of purchase... The owner/scam artist Mid said " car is safe and reliable for another few years". Caught him lying about the car fax report after the fact! I Called them and said they can't do anything about it "all sales are final" I was going to buy another car that was the same year model and miles elsewhere but I decided to believe the scam artist. They scammed me so good i decided to pay $750 more for their vehicle because Mid had a "good personality" he's a wolf in sheeps clothing. Guys like this give all all used car dealers a bad reputation... I repaired the problem that costs our family $3600and sold the car a week later for a lost but at least I know the person that bought it from me had a reliable car, so at least I think.
