Now almost 20 years later it's wild seeing how much this mall changed. New stores popped up and every square inch filled. It's not just a mall anymore- it's almost like a one-stop shop for everything. There's Stop & Shop supermarket, casual chain restaurants like Olive Garden, LongHorn and a few others, plus all the shopping you need in one place. For us, it works since we'll be living a few minutes away now and will be easy to slide on through real quick.

Cava was its most recent grand opening and I'm so happy they are adding healthy option places. There is always security present and walking the mall. During high peak season they don't hire extra help to sort any congestion in parking lots and security for extra added attention to detail. Cross county is great on holiday festivities and love food drink market they have throughout the year. Great Prices and safety while shopping is so important and I definitely feel safe shopping here. What resonated most with me is that, I was in dire need and Frank's employees could have shut the door and ended the sales for the day but they were kind enough to allow a small purchase of $24.99 to end the sales quota. No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. I go to pay with my card I asked if they took apple pay they are asking me for my license and to show some type of ID with a picture so I said I left my wallet in my car that's parked around the block in one of the worst neighborhoods. The woman takes the basketball from my hand and the hat and puts behind the counter like I was going to steal it insane transaction totally unacceptable. Don't shop here not worth I went out to get my wallet and returned back and paid for the items lucky for them I promised my grandson I would come back home with a small basketball if not I would have left and never return to such a horrible store !! I am so disappointed with the service at the store I don't think I'll ever go back. I ordered a jersey for my friends graduation and introduction to the bar. I ordered the jersey on Tuesday and they told me that they needed to order the letters and I could pick ho the jersey on Saturday. I ordered the replica jersey with the name on it and then I called back to see if I could customize the jersey they told me it was going to be an additional 30 dollars to customize it so I figured I would go with the cheaper option. When I went in today they told me that the place they ordered everything sent them the authentic jersey so I had to pay the more expensive price. I asked them how it was fair for me to pay the higher price for a jersey that I didn't want because they messed up. After 30 minutes they agreed and sold me the jersey at the price I was quoted. If that was the end of the story I wouldn't be writing this review because it's pretty consistent with what I have experienced before at this store (being quoted one price and when I come in they try to charge me more) However they then told me it was going to be a 30 dollar charge for them to put the name on the jersey! If they said that originally I would have gotten the thing customized!! All in all really just horrible customer service. I wasted an hour of my life there even though I ordered it days in advanced and got over charged for something I was told there would be no charge for.
