We had a repair done to our fridge through American Homeshield a couple of weeks ago. The fridge is running like brand new by the way. Just wanted to give Deanna and the team a GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! A part had to be ordered and it came back just when they said it would. I was called and told when they would be out to finish the repair and it only took ten minutes and I was back in business.. The technician that was assigned to our case was professional, VERY knowledgeable, the window times that were given to me were spot on. Had this company came out to repair my fridge and damage the side of the fridge. the tech saw it as I pointed it out. I called and sent pictures and video. they refuse to accept the tech did this. they said it was there before. how could I move this heavy fridge to damage it . it is about 5 years old, never had to repair it. so I never moved it before this. I would not recommend this company. if the technician could lie so blatantly how could you trust this company working on your appliance. plus Mut home smell of bleach up to date. never again. read more

We had issues with our washer and dryer at the same time. The F21 error code was on the washer and the heating element was not working AT ALL on our dryer. CRS Appliance Repair (Colorado Residential Svcs) was recommended on my homeowner's community's Facebook group, and I called them immediately. Ruddy (pronounced Rudy) came out less than 48 hours later and got the washer up and running the same day (there was a sock stuck in the drainage hose), and a new heating element was ordered and installed early the next week. Our dishwasher wasn't working - all I knew was that it wasn't heating and none of my dishes were getting dry - very annoying. I called CRS and explained my issue and they went above and beyond to help troubleshoot my problem with a very reasonable $$. Technician could not find the broken part at my fridge. I found it easily. The technician did not want to go back saying that dead roaches were under the fridge. He recommended me to buy a new fridge. I had to pay over $2000. instead of replacing the part at 86$.... I beleive technician is there to fix the issue not to judge my tenant and he said he could not find the graphic of my fridge. I did find it easily with serial number. I found the part but Deanne told me technician does not want to go back. Deanne was really nice but she is just taking calls. I paid with my credit card and they charged me an additional 4% fee. read more

My refrigerator had a problem defrosting the ice build up on the refrigerator side. The freezer side was perfectly normal. It was a problem that I could live with as long as I was defrosting the ice build up every couple of weeks. With COVID, I did not want to risk a technician coming into my house. At one point in January, I decided to have it fixed by a technician and Colorado Residential Services came over to my house, did the diagnosis, took a few days to order the parts, came over a second time & installed the new parts and claimed to have fixed the problem. After a few days, the whole refrigerator (including the freezer) stopped working and they came over a 3rd time and claim it is a completely different problem now just within a matter of 2-3 days. I am not sure how much I trust that reason at this juncture. Aren't technicians trained to look for the overall of health of an appliance when they claim to have "fixed" a problem? I have reached out to another service company to fix my still broken refrigerator. I ended up wasting a lot of food because of this episode. Thank you.. read more

I would never recommend CRS Appliance Repair for anything, My refrigerator was out. Ruddy came and said it was the "computer" (temperature controller) was not working. He collected $70, and the part was delivered by his associate a week later. It didn't work either. I told them the refrigerator was getting no power from the AC outlet (which I checked, and was OK). Instead of trouble shooting, Ruddy said I had to buy a new refrigerator. A NEW REFRIDERATOR!!!!! I found out the problem, and the part costs $29. I am over 75 years old and in a wheelchair. I still have my brains. Yet I had to find out the problem rather than the "experts". I even asked how many volts were needed for the lights in the unit. I was told 40 volts. No wrong, they are 120 volt lights. And these are the experts. I think Ruddy wanted to make a quick $70. read more

I had a fantastic and easy experience with CRS. My oven broke on a Saturday night. Deanna called me early on Monday to schedule an appointment. James was there right on time down to the minute, diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and ordered some parts. A few days later, Deanna called to let me know the part had arrived and to schedule another appointment. The next day, James was on time again and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. The Technician named James came in rushing and in doing so brushed my concerns. James had an attitude as he diagnosed the appliances to the point that he pushed and shovel the washer and when I tried to use it the next time was in a worst shape than before. I called CRS Repair Company's receptionist to report James behavior at my home. The next day I was told that CRS LLC resolution was for them to not service my appliances. According to the the company runs on two technicians. Probably that's where James attitude came from being overwhelmed. Not that's an excuse for his actions. I don't recommend this compan. read more

Ruddy was very professional and hard working. He was extremely friendly. We called on Tuesday and he came out this morning. He was in contact with us the entire time from returning calls to confirm the appointment time and calling to let us know he was on the way.
