I had a chance to go to Laguna Seca to met up with a friend, he was racing his Porsche so I took the time to order a cheeseburger and fries, I must say this is the fastest service I've ever seen...

The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and engaged from the moment you walk in with a cheerful "Hi!" In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, this team gets it right. A special shout-out to Nicole, who makes the perfect drink every single time and always adds a bright touch to the experience. Great food, great drinks, plenty of parking, and wonderful people. It's absolutely worth the drive.

I walked in, immediately gravitated to the wall of bread, picked up a loaf, immediately put it back when I saw they had slabs of focaccia as well and got one of those instead. The other baked goods of the day were on display, so I got a piece of raspberry-iced olive oil cake and a slice of the pumpkin loaf. Will definitely be back - this is right down the road from a place we've been staying in Carmel Valley. Exciting to see this bakery in a quieter area that we happen visit every year. We'd definitely been getting our Ad Astra fix over the entire weekend: we had stopped by the other location the day before, and our friends who we stayed together with even brought some stuff from this one for us to try. But eager to see the place with my own eyes, I ventured out in the rain on our last morning in Carmel Valley. Excellent as always. We enjoyed the focaccia at home over the next few days; the cake and loaf piece were tender and moist.

I got the Pork Belly Fried Rice and it was amazing. The pork belly was tender and came with a sour vinegar sauce that paired perfectly with it. Ask for extra sauce. My wife got the Lemon Curd Pancakes and we shared Marciana's Breakfast Fried Rice. Both were excellent. The lumpia was a little greasy, but still tasty. My daughter got the pancakes and immediately gave them a thumbs up. By the end of breakfast, both my wife and daughter were giving me kudos for picking the spot. Doesn't happen often, so I'll take the win. Great food, great service, and the perfect way to end our trip before the drive home. We'll definitely be back.

The food here is a fusion between Filipino type ingredients and American breakfast. Those familiar enough with Filipino food has to know that it is going to be oily, salty, sweet, heavy, and rich in flavor. That's exactly what we got. The longanisa must be a favorite at the restaurant but it wasn't my favorite. It's a little too lean to be an authentic longanisa. I needed the fatty sweetness of it. Lol. None the less we enjoy this place.
