This place is nice as well. They have coffee and of course an assortment of bakery delicious goodness. Walk in and you look inside the displays and you can take what you want just grab a tray and some tongs and then take what you want bring it to the counter and pay you can also order from the menu they have tamales tacos a kids menu are the dishes plates back to Rito's desserts and drinks and they also make cakes for events as well and they look wonderful make sure you stop by and check it out prices are great and services as well.

The mole chicken enchiladas and the pork tamale was good here. They have all the sweet breads and treats you can imagine in a Mexican bakery. Lots of items, everything seems fresh and plenty of sweet treats to chose from. They have a full menu if your seeking more than sweet breads and sugar. I tried a few different items from the bakery, while they were good, I'm more a fan of the food items in general over the sweets. However next time I need some bolo rolls or other breads I will try here first.

Really good mexican restaurant I go everyday Like to eat the bread smell the bread look at the bread I will live here forever Plz go Wont regret it Thzs

The pastries I've tried weren't the best. They leave the bakery racks with pastries and Pan Dulce out all day. Everything seemed dried out and stale. I checked out their menu and Their food prices are comparable to other Mexican sit down restaurants that serve alcohol. Pricey for a bakery considering there's a Mexican restaurant not even a block away and one right across the street. There's better Mexican bakeries in Seaside.

Just passing through for breakfast bread, fresh off the oven, grab your tong and pick it yourself, and bring to the counter.

My favorite coconut strawberry pan dulce, an absolutely delicious treat for everyone :)))))

My husband & I ended up coming back here because we had a great experience the first time. This time we ended up ordering 2 carne asada super burritos & we were not disappointed. The meat was deliciously prepared & the burritos were pretty big. All the ingredients were fresh & made with perfect portions. As we waited we looked at their menu & we began talking about what we would try next because the smell of food in the air was just irresistible. The customer service is on point & the attention to detail is incredible. Thank you again & we cant wait to drop by again soon :)))

Do not get the chilaquiles , they are just tortillas with no crunch , soggy in water sauce

I got the carne asada tacos with homemade tortillas. The main ingredient was yellowed lettuce. Overpriced and tasteless.

The real entrance is a back door that looks pretty uninviting but trust me, you want to enter it. When you are inside you will be met with racks of freshly baked bread ready to go home with you. If no one is around just holler out and someone will be with you promptly. Palermo's is a commercial bakery that you can find in nearby grocery stores but why not go directly to the source and support local. We picked up a sourdough baguette, a sweet baguette, and a few sandwiches rolls. Overall, my favorite was the sourdough baguette. I can't wait to come back here and order more bread to share. *** cash only ***

I'm a sucker for a good baguette. I wanted it to be slightly crispy on the outside so that you hear…read morethe crunch when you lightly press it between your fingers, but I also want it to be dense enough that it springs back... all while retaining a soft and airy interior that isn't TOO airy that, when you slice it to make Crostini, the air pockets are too large to hold anything on top of it. Is that too much to ask? All jokes aside, their sourdough baguette was excellent. A bit firmer than I like, but an even texture on the inside, and the tanginess was exactly right. The sweet baguette was a bit undercooked in my opinion, and did not have the crispier texture or color on the outside that I was looking for. The interior had the density I was looking for, but the sweetness was missing. I also ordered a sandwich bread And it was "fine" but not anything special. I'm excited to come by and purchase more sourdough and other bread options, but I'll pass on the other two that I tried. Remember to bring cash as this is a very casual walk up spot. There was one gentleman working in the bakery when I arrived, and he had to stop what he was doing in order to help us. He was friendly and informative and made us feel welcome. Finding the entrance is a bit confusing at first but they do have plenty of signage to direct you to the right door. Even so, when you walk up the steps, you feel like you are entering through the back entrance of a restricted employee only area. Don't let the grimy exterior fool you. Inside is very clean and this is a working commercial bakery. You won't find a counter or register in sight. Just say hello when you arrive and someone will be with you shortly. Enjoy!

It didn't look like it died down which is awesome for this business. I believe I waited 20-30 minutes in line before I reached the display case. There were so many delicious things to choose from, it was a challenge to decide! I opted for a croissant sandwich, a blue corn cookie, and some sweet treats for the beach. I also ordered a seasonal latte, I believe it was cherry chocolate with oat milk less sweet. There's a nice outdoor seating area with many tables in chairs. Since the weather was nice we decided to stop and eat for a bit. The ambience was very nice and calm. The food was delicious and their house made pickles were fantastic. They were crisp, fresh, and complimented the turkey sandwich so well. The blue corn cookie was very interesting and reminiscent of a tortilla chip. I'd definitely come back here if I were in the area.

Latte was decent, not too bitter or acidic and it was creamy They try a lot of variations for pastries, both savory and sweet! The savory danish was really tasty and there was some pickled / citrus component that added more depth and made it super interesting to eat! The salmon croissant was alright, had a really nice flaky crust but the filling tasted kinda gamey , would've been nice to have another component to balance it out. Cookies were niceeeee the buckwheat choco cookie had nice amounts of sea salt and was like a brownie texture on the inside. Choco chip cookie was thin and crispy on the outside with chocolate blobs spread around, quite sweet though There was a line going out the door but only had to wait around 15 min!

It's a small shop, and since I wasn't sure yet if I wanted a pastry, I ordered a coffee first while my husband looked at the case. One of the women behind the counter told me, "Usually you order pastries first and then we get the coffee at the end." The way it was said immediately made me feel uncomfortable, like I was somehow doing something wrong. I apologized and explained we weren't from here and I wasn't even sure yet if I wanted anything else. Their tone changed after that and became much friendlier, which honestly made the interaction feel even more awkward. My husband ended up ordering pastries, including a chocolate croissant for me, and both the latte and croissant were good. Sometimes the experience matters just as much as the food. It's hard to fully enjoy a place when your first impression made you feel unwelcome. I truly wanted to love this spot because it came so highly recommended as she visited it daily, but I left feeling more embarrassed than excited to return.
