They also had cupcakes, frosted cookies, rugelach, baklava, sandwich cookies and biscotti. The salted chocolate chip cookie was indeed amazing, but I really loved the pecan sable cookie, which crumbled nicely and melted in my mouth. I love a good sandy cookie. The people behind the counter were friendly and patient while I made my very important choices of what to get. Today I came back to buy cookies for my family. Their Christmas cookies are gorgeous, huge and delicious. I really love the fact they are not really sweet. You can tell the products here are made with high quality ingredients and care to produce a high quality product. Their regular cookies and scones are excellent too. You cannot get baked goods like this at your regular bakery or grocery store. Stop by their little shop in lovely downtown Lafayette Indiana. It's a hidden gem. When my wife went to ask what happened, she was told that delivery was not their responsibility because they use a third-party service. However, we ordered and paid Nothing Bundt Cakes directly, including the delivery fee. From a customer's perspective, the delivery service they choose is still part of the service they sell. My wife asked to speak with a manager but was told no manager was available. We returned again to resolve the issue, and once again there was no manager. When I said I wanted to wait and speak with one, the employee repeatedly insisted that we leave instead of helping us find a solution. I cannot comment on the quality of their cakes because, despite paying for one, we never got to try it. What I can say is that if you are planning a surprise or special occasion using scheduled delivery from this location, be cautious. A failed delivery can mean more than just missing a cake--the special moment itself may be lost. In our case, what should have been a happy surprise became a frustrating and unpleasant experience. Mistakes happen. What was most disappointing was the lack of responsibility and effort to make things right.
