The salted chocolate chip cookie was indeed amazing, but I really loved the pecan sable cookie, which crumbled nicely and melted in my mouth. I love a good sandy cookie. My wife asked to speak with a manager but was told no manager was available. We returned again to resolve the issue, and once again there was no manager. When I said I wanted to wait and speak with one, the employee repeatedly insisted that we leave instead of helping us find a solution. I cannot comment on the quality of their cakes because, despite paying for one, we never got to try it. What I can say is that if you are planning a surprise or special occasion using scheduled delivery from this location, be cautious. A failed delivery can mean more than just missing a cake--the special moment itself may be lost. In our case, what should have been a happy surprise became a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
