We discovered Crumble Cookies after a date nite eating burgers at Hamburger Hut in Wylie, Texas (check out my review). This place is located in a small shopping strip inside of a Kroger Grocery Store parking lot. The parking slots are small and limited since there are 4 other businesses in the strip mall. You enter and you can place your order at the counter or on the wall monitor. You have 6 choices of cookies for that month. You can see that the cookies are fresh and warm. This review was written two days after date night and we took our kids to embrace this sugar high. The 2nd day, we bought a 6 pack for $19 dollars. The customer service was different from date nite and today. On date night they were slow and took their time compared to today. I think this is a nice novelty to have in the neighborhood and if you want an instant insulin spike with flavor take your family to Crumble. It's expensive but good to have around you. read more

The cookies are very good......however the operation is very poor and not customer friendly. The line was long, people were required to wait out in the freezing cold (to prevent Covid exposure), the single person cashier was unable to make change from cash, she was not able to process orders efficiently while their were 8-10 people working in the business. The ice on the sidewalk was unsafe, especially when being required to wait outside. I live in Houston going to Crumbl cookie locations which are not very efficient as well, but better than this. read more

This place rocks. I have yet to find a cookie I don't like (and I've tried way too many of them). My favorite so far is the cinnamon sugar cookie--it's like a cinnamon role in cookie form. The ability to order online is always fully booked. The employees greet you when you enter, but it's inauthentic. There is a limit of 10 people in store, yet it's always over packed. First let's start with the positives. Cute clean modern cookie boutique. Part of a chain, I've visited the crumbl in Austin. Unique concept, a Great Wall for instagram photos. Ice cream is fantastic! The negatives- the ice cream taste better than the cookies. Cookies are large and a little dense for my liking, but to each their own. I prefer Tiffs Treats a little farther up the road. They nickel and dime you for everything. Due to covid many places are creating more packaging that encourages single packages. I ordered a box of four but wanted them to be individually put into a cookie sleeve or in separate boxes. Sleeves preferred but was going to be charged extra PER cookie for a paper cookie sleeve The nail in the coffin- while I really enjoyed their ice cream I will not be returning to this establishment due to the lack of customer service. The cashier was rude about the sleeves. And was short with me when I inquired about a sticker which I didn't know was an option on the box (sticker and ribbon) "it's extra you should have told me at the register"... I would have gone Up and paid but her shortness deterred me from wanting to be in the store any longer Tiffs treats up the road will put all your cookies in individual sleeves without issue. They also serve you with a smile Tip- be very careful if you drive with these. I drove from the store to the village of Allen- that's two right turns. And the cookies slid all in the box. And no, I wasn't driving like I was in the fast and the furious. Then again if they were in the sleeves the 2 with icing would have stuck two. read more

Judging from other reviews it looks like I'm not the only one who was given poor customer service. If you order what you want with no other changes, chances are you will be ok with their service. I walked in and ordered 2 of the 4 cookie boxes and before I ordered the party pack (dozen cookies), I asked if it was ok to have those 12 cookies separated into 3 boxes. The cashier (who was very polite) said that's doable then proceeded to turn around and let the 2 that were stuffing the boxes what I just requested. After a short wait, someone brought out the 2 boxes of 4 and let me know that my party pack was ready as well. At that point I asked again if she could please put them in 3 separate boxes and let her know that I asked the cashier earlier and she said it was ok. So now I wait. I see that they're fulfilling other orders and leave my party pack on the table. 4 other customers who came in after me receive their order and leave. Up until now I'm ok. Finally they decide to move my cookies into 3 boxes. She lumped the same flavors together. Fine. I didn't ask her to put different flavors in separate boxes (nor did she ask me) but I was happy to have them in separate boxes. Then she brings me my 3 boxes and no "sorry for the wait" or even "thanks, have a great day" but proceeded to tell me "the next time you make an order please put a note regarding separating the cookies" to which I reply "oh I actually asked the cashier before I ordered if that was ok" and she replied "ok" and turned around. So thanks for letting me know what I did wrong for you to mess that up, even though I let someone know before I ordered. And also thanks for making me wait for said mistake. I paid around $60 total for cookies AND a 15% tip. Next time I will go to Tiffs treats down the street. read more

Crumbl Cookies serves big cookies and their menu rotates weekly. They will always have chocolate chip and sugar cookies, and 4 flavors of the week. In addition, they serve ice cream that come in flavors like biscoff and churro. I ended up getting the complimentary chocolate chip cookie plus 4 additional cookies which came in a snazzy pink box: molten lava chocolate cookie, chilled sugar cookie, reese's PB cookie, and the snickerdoodle cookie. I wasn't too much of a fan with the lava cookie, but I loved everything else. The cookies are THICC and full of BUTTAH. Also the cookies are served warm, with the exception of the chilled sugar cookie. I thought it was kind of weird that the sugar cookie would be served chilled, but it actually works! I LOVED the almond icing on the sugar cookie. My husband loved the cookies too. This place is open LATE on the weekends, until midnight! This is so perfect for those late night cravings. Several of my friends love this place, but I don't get it! Decent cookie...but overpriced. We ordered 6 cookies and 3 ice creams. Cookies were large and tasted good, but way overpriced for a cookie. Went in the evening for after dinner desert and they were out of several cookie flavors and had only 3 ice cream choices. At check out, we seemed to inconvenience the staff by asking for napkins and spoons. The pulled napkins off a roll of paper towels (it worked) and said they don't carry spoons. When asked how were we to eat ice cream without a spoon they suggested we go to the pizza place a few doors down and ask them. Really? I am so sad to say I was not impressed at all with the cookies. I had high expectations that they would be amazing! I'll start by sharing the pros though. The boxing of the cookies was super cute, the cookies were gorgeous, and the delivery time was very quick! Sadly, my pro list ends there... Cons: the cookies were not tasty at all! I have a major sweet tooth and love cookies, as does my husband and son. However, the cookies just weren't a hit for us! The chocolate chip/peanut butter one was good. I also ordered the Samoa, sugar cookie, and animal cookie. The sugar cookie and animal cookie were incredibly bland. The icing on it was so thick and overpowering. I like a cookie that has flavor, and these just didn't. The only thing you could taste was the icing and toppings. It definitely wasn't worth $20 for 4 cookies, in my opinion. read more
