To our surprise, our cookies came out very fast, but the worker messed up our order and gave us a wrong cookie, which was no biggie. The worker got us the correct cookie, and the cashier was very kind. We open our boxes of cookies, with the sweet aroma filling up the car, but alas the cookie was raw. The s'mores is the best cookie I've tried here. Hands down. I would come back for the s'mores but I'm not sure about the other flavors. The staff here is super nice. But yea back to the smores. That bad boy served warm or heated up?! I wanted to try the ice creams but feared they would melt on the way home. The cookies are super thick and cake like. Chocolate chip is my go to but I felt it was too sweet. Like maybe the chocolate chips were milk chocolate rather than semi sweet. The novelty cookies were okay...we tried chocolate chip, sugar, bday cake, peach cobbler, waffle, and s'mores. #1 is s'mores #2 is waffle. Then the rest are just "meh". Okay...I'm officially an addict! These cookies are absolutely amazing. First off, they are soft and melt into your mouth and always warm and fresh. I have only ordered via DoorDash several times to the point they likely know my name by heart LOL! I will say, what sets this cookie place apart is the cookies are huge and they have new fun flavors weekly but my favorite is the classic good ol' chocolate chip! I also am now a lover of the caramel popcorn cookie, it just makes my mouth water! OMG! On vacation I needed something sweet in the morning. The menu is so simple to choose from and they change flavors weekly. The ordering process is simple as well. By the time you place your order, pay and walk to the pickup area, they are handing you a sweet cookie straight from out of the oven! The entire process took no longer than 5 minutes. The cookies are big, so I microwaved mine that evening and it still had the same great taste. They did not fail to satisfy my sugar craving! I ordered 4 cookies. 2 chocolate chip, 1 frosted oatmeal and one double chocolate chip cookie. The price was a little high, but their cookies are large, and dense. So it's like having more than one cookie. My favorite was the oatmeal cookie. It reminded me of the Mothers frosted oatmeal cookies, except it is fresh. This place's customer service is ATROCIOUS!! We have given this place repeated chances to redeem themselves but every time we go the employees are extremely rude! They ignore people if they go to the counter. You have to practically yell at them to get anyone's attention. Then you get attitude for being frustrated. If I could give them no stars I seriously would. I usually only leave reviews if a place is amazing but this place has consistently been so bad that I had to warn others to stay away. Ordered via the app last night, went to pick up at the time instructed only to be told they actually sold all of the cookies to walk in patrons. What's the point of ordering ahead of time and paying in advance if they just sell everything before you get what you paid for? That's like having a dinner reservation and when you arrive they say sorry we gave your table to a walk-in. We orders all the new flavors: Twix, snicker doodle, Kentucky butter cake, cosmic brownie and pineapple whip. They were not willing to make another batch of the pineapple whip. Oh, and a door dash driver showed up 30 minutes after I did and got his order 5 minutes before I did. I asked him what time his pick up was and he said 8pm so I know he wasn't in front of me. You just lost a 4 dozen cookie order because of the mismanagement and disorder of this store. We stood in line for 30 minutes due to only allowing 10 people at a time in the store to order but the people walking in to pick up orders took up the 10 person limit. For at least 5-10 minutes no one waiting in line outside in the heat could go in to place an order and when we finally could go in you were sold out of some of the cookies at 5:00 pm. I am a self-professed cookie snob and my standard of exceptional cookies is Levain Bakery in NYC. That being said, I figured it was worth trying Crumbl since I sometimes pass this location while I'm taking my daughter to soccer. There's always a line out the door. My kids had been asking me to go since they had seen enough posts on Tik Tok. So I went on a weeknight and had about a 10 minute wait to get inside. Inside there were lots of employees hustling to bake and prep cookies while people in line ordered. I like the idea of a rotating menu, and the packaging in the cute pink box is very nice. After placing my order for a strawberry shortcake, a PB brownie cookie, a caramel coconut fudge Samoa-inspired cookie and a chocolate chip cookie, I had a brief wait and when they called my name, the employee verbally confirmed my order while showing me the cookies in the box before closing. The chocolate chip cookie was good and the caramel coconut fudge/Samoa inspired cookie was a highlight- they had a layer of chocolate on the bottom of the cookie with the coconut mixture on top drizzled with chocolate and it was very rich. The strawberry shortcake was a bust- my tween said it had too much *stuff* piled onto a cookie and the amount of frosting to cookie ratio was too overpowering- she much preferred scraping off the top just to eat as is. The peanut butter topping on the PB brownie cookie was too runny for my liking. Overall, it was an OK experience but I don't feel compelled to return to wait a significant amount of time for cookies. It's my honest opinion that a good cookie doesn't need to have frosting and stuff on top of it to make it look/taste better. I can see this being the trendy cookie for now, which appeals to the Tik Tok crowd, but this won't be my favorite or top cookie bakery that I'd recommend, not by a long shot. read more

So I've basically been a die hard Tiffs treats fan since day one....until now. Crumble Cookies has won me over. I have been seriously impressed with nearly all the Crumbl cookies I've tried. The flavors are always so inventive and amazingly delicious. I love that the flavors change each week so it always gives me an excuse to order them and try something new. The option wasn't avail or the limited parking makes it harder to actually pick up. The only issue is Its too popular & the staff can't keep up. They have way too many employee inside but super slow and chaos with delivering for walk-ins. 45 minutes wait !! 25 minutes to just get inside the store and then another 20 minutes to get the box of 4 cookies packed after paying . This place is disgusting. I LOVE desserts. Stupid me - I've given it 3 tries because their marketing is great. The social media videos make the cookies look really good. Literally every flavor I've tried tastes like cardboard coated in pounds of sugar. Every flavor tastes like you are biting in to straight sugar combined with raw cake mix. The ingredients do not taste like good quality. Seems like the appeal is the size of the cookies, the marketing & the fact some are served warm. However, the taste is just not good!
