I hadn't been to Crumbl in awhile but I saw this Dubai choc cheesecake pop up as an offering. Now Dubai choc is everywhere right now & Crumbl is known for cookies not cheesecake so my expectations weren't sky high. But boy was I wrong. This was probably one of the best Dubai choc items I have had. It was sooooo good. Dangerously good. In fact I meant to split it with my BF but that didn't end up happening. Hats off to Crumbl.

First time at this Crumbl location and I had an excellent experience. This week they have Strawberry Skillet Cookie on the menu and all the skillet cookies are always amazing so I had to try this new flavor. I was greeted when I walked inside and while I waited for my cookie the employee chatted with me. After getting my cookie the employee held the door open for me - a thoughtful gesture as I was carrying my baby with me. I'll definitely choose this location over others in the future.

Typically I experience quick service IF I order ahead on the app. I haven't had a visit yet where I had to wait a long time. I've always experienced pretty good customer service here! This location is always clean, bright and organized. I feel like you need to just try different flavors to see which ones you like because I've had some I have loved and some I thought were just ok. Honestly these cookies remind me more of cake than cookies, keep that in mind. They are usually thick, with cake like frosting. So far, more recently my favorite cookie has been the Birthday cake cookie. Try them out, download the app and order that way. At least that way you get points for your purchase.

These gigantic, decadent cookies will satisfy any sweet tooth with unique flavorings and hand decorated toppings. You walk in to Crumbl Cookies and order on an iPad on the wall. I kinda just followed other people since this was my first time in the place. You choose your quantity and flavors and then you can pay right there as well. I believe you can also go to the counter to order. Once my order was in, I waited. About 5 minutes later, my name was called. A girl boxed them up, iced one of the cookies and placed powdered sugar on another. She brought the box over, opened it up and asked if it looked good. It did. $18 with tip for 4 cookies. 1 cookie is nearly $5 so there is a little incentive to try them all. Crumbl also changes their flavors weekly. I'll give a rundown of the flavors we had. Milk chocolate chip: PERFECT. Gooey and soft. Sweet with tons of chocolate chips as it should be. Kentucky butter cake: This one was simpler and one of my favorites. Similiar to a sugar cookie. This one was topped with powdered sugar. The sweetness of this one was balanced out with the savory flavor of butter. This one was thick, heavy and a little more dense. Peanut butter banana: This was my wife's favorite. A soft but hearty oatmeal cookie topped with a thick layer of banana flavored icing. It was drizzled with a sweet peanut butter sauce and topped with a crunchy dried banana chip. This was the only cookie in the box served chilled. The flavor profile and presentation was on point. Chocolate cake: This cookie did seem more like a cake to me. The texture was fluffier inside to me. It hit the chocolate craving with the fudge icing on top. I am a chocolate lover and I enjoyed this one a lot. I'm certain you can't go wrong with Crumbl Cookies. My wife and I cut these each in to 4 pieces and share them over a couple days. They are a lot. They are sweet and heavy but oh so good. Out of this weeks selection, I'd say the Milk Chocolate chip and Kentucky butter cake were my favorites. My wife really liked the peanut butter banana. I'm sure we will be back!

Ordered my son's teacher's favorite cookie for teachers' appreciation... paid extra for the 'gifting option' and the presentation was pretty bad. :( I was running late and was kind of shocked at how it was prepared but once I got in the car and it sank in that I paid extra for this??? I had to laugh. I was able to thankfully reset the sticker at least. Hopefully Crumbl employees can remedy their attention to detail and presentation going forward.

This weeks menu: Galaxy brownie - literally so amazing when warm!! 10/10 reminds me of childhood Blueberry cheesecake - I went to heaven and back with this one. I wanted to cherish every bite. 100/100 Rocky road - so warm and gooey. The perfect amount of chewy and crunchy. The marshmallow was melty and oh so good!! 10/10 Honeybun - pass this one up.. it's not good. 2/10 Cookie butter ice cream - more like a sopaipilla flavor. And the buttercream topping is very sweet! 3/10 & then we added the peanut butter cup - I did not try this one. But everyone said it was good. What could go wrong with peanut butter & chocolate?(:

Cookies! Fresh baked cookies! Warm, soft, freshly baked cookies ready to go. This place smells sooo wonderful when you walk in. It's located in the shopping center next to Costco, with Starbucks, Mellow Mushroom, T-Mobile and various other shops. I was originally headed to grab a sandwich a few doors down when I noticed how close I was to Crumbl Cookies and decided to pay a visit. There were about a dozen customers standing around when I walked inside the tiny service area but I asked if any were in line; they were all waiting for their orders. I wound my way around them to the counter and stood for a few minutes before one of the busy employees filling orders turned around and acknowledged me. I ordered two single cookies: one classic pink sugar and one milk chocolate chip. By the I finished swiping my card and entering my payment details, my cookies were boxed up and handed to me. They are pretty pricey per cookie, but worth it. They are absolutely delicious. Great place to stop for late night munchies since they are open until 10 pm weekdays.

I have heard of Crumbl Cookies before but I didn't know where it was until Saturday. I saw a long line outside the store. So, after I finished what I was doing, I decided to slide over to Crumbl Cookies. I couldn't tell where the line started but I asked a friendly customer. I was told to order through the iPad or go to the cashier. I ordered through the cashier who was friendly. I got the pink frosted sugar cookie and the chocolate with buttercream with Oreo crumbles. Both cookies are so good and soft. You can see everything what everyone is doing in the store from mixing the batter to placing the cookie on the baking sheet. When your order is ready, your name is called and you are shown your cookies. Very good cookies. YUM!!

Located right past Costco in the shopping plaza with Mellow Mushroom. Staff friendly and greeted as we walked in. Walk in and place your order at the touch pads or at the register. Then walk over and wait at the pickup area for your order to be presented in a pretty pink box. So excited to try these cookies however was a bit disappointed with the chocolate chip cookie. Very doughy! Like almost to where is tasted undercooked. It's not melts gooey :( it's a gritty doughy with very little flavor. My daughter got the Pebbles one and it was also just ok, not as doughy as the chocolate chip one.Not sure if this is the typical way the cookies taste or if today was a fluke.

This is definitely not just a cookie. It's so much more. Just know that these cookies are huge. The kind of cookie you'll want to split with someone. I've actually been nibbling on these cookies for the past day and a half. They hold up very well even after a day. I decided to grab a couple this past Wednesday at their newest location in Brandon at around 1pm. There was no line, and only a few patrons in the shop. They have 2 areas in the shop where you can place orders on a touch screen, or you can just order at the counter. An order can be placed ahead on their app and you can earn points as well. They also have curbside pickup. Well it was hard to decide. I almost got the Cookies & Cream Milkshake served chilled, but ended up getting the Orange Julius and Neapolitan because they just looked prettier. I'm so glad I did because I really liked the flavors. Some are served warm and others are served chilled. I like them served both ways. The Orange Julius (chilled) was the winner, but the strawberry frosting on the Neapolitan (warm) made it a close second. The website described the frosting as tart but I think it was just sweet. The chocolate cookie would have been better if it had chocolate chips or something to elevate it. It tasted more like the chocolate cookie part of an Oreo cookie. The orange buttercream on the Orange Julius was the star for me. I'd buy that cookie again and again. I can't wait to try more flavors like German Chocolate and that Brownie Sundae when the flavors rotate around again. I also see they sell half pints of their popular cookie creations mixed with their own Crumbl Cream brand of ice cream. Yikes, this shop is too close to me. Why did it have to be so delicious? I'm so happy they are finally here in Brandon. I've been full of envy seeing all the pictures and reviews coming out of Lutz. But yay, now we have one. I agree with others that the staff are very friendly, and the cookies are well worth the price tag. There will be many more visits to come.

"Snickerdoodle cupcake cookie-served warm." Let's just sink into that. I assure you, it tastes every bit as glorious as it sounds, smells and looks. And it's one of six cookie confection concoctions on the menu at this brand new shop in Brandon. It's on Causeway, in the same strip mall as Mellow Mushroom and Tijuana Flats, and while it would make the perfect capper to a meal from either, I'm here for breakfast. It's 8am on a Friday. What a great way to start a day/end a work week! (And hey, if you can get cookies for breakfast, why wouldn't you?!) So, let's get to it! They offer six flavors: four change weekly and the other two, are always available: a milk chocolate chip cookie and a sugar cookie with a swirl of pink almond frosting-served chilled. (Ahhhh!) This week, their special flavors are: a lemon sugar cookie with lemon glaze, a semi-sweet chocolate chip and (get ready) the "brownie sundae"... which is a rich brownie cookie with fluffy vanilla mousse, sprinkles and a cherry on top! All of that *and the snickerdoodle. I'm glazed and giddy!!! Awesome service, super cute and clean inside and early in the morning, parking is a breeze! (It gets busy later, but it goes in waves) Welcome to Brandon, Crumbl Cookies-so glad you're here! I'll never cry over spilled milk again-I'll just dunk one your cookies in it!

My daughter introduced us to Crumbl 2 years ago in Tennessee and we fell in love HARD! We were so disappointed that there were none in our area of Florida but then one opened in Wesley Chapel and now Brandon!! We were super excited! These cookies are huge and you may think they are expensive until you try them! They are amazing! They never disappoint! I definitely like the warmed ones on the other hand my husband prefers the chilled cookie! People complain about the plaza that they are located in, but I have yet to have a problem there. read more

I adore these cookies! For that, I say run don't walk to get you some. Parking is shared with other establishments so it can be a struggle to get one near the front. They do have curbside spots for pickups. I tried to do a mobile pickup order and it said they were full for the day and to go into the store itself. This rubbed me the wrong way a bit because pandemic and kids in the car. This location is very small. The line was out the door but mainly because there truly is not room for more than 4 people to wait in line. The pick up area collided with those waiting and it was a bit of a cluster. You are not met with a cashier asking how your day is and they take your order. Instead we are all basically waiting in line to place our own order on a touch screen that is not cleaned or wiped down between customers. Someone did stop by to ask me if we had any questions while she tried to fold up boxes for orders. If you are paying cash, it slows things down terribly as someone has to stop and take gloves and go through the full cashier experience. Lucky us the people in front of us were paying in cash. I appreciated they were set up for Apple Pay. My six year old loved being able to see through the plexiglass and see how they made the cookies. Once your order is ready they call your name and show you the cookies before closing the box. We ordered six cookies one of each flavor available at the time. 1 x Confetti Cake 1 x Orange Creamsicle 1 x Milk Chocolate Chip 1 x Honey Bun 1 x Buckeye Brownie 1 x Classic Sugar There are no bathrooms, there are no tables inside or outside to enjoy your cookies immediately So far, the orange is our favorite but we only tried two cookies as they are very large and dense (all good things) I recommend their cookies. I had the opportunity to try Crumbl cookies and I was very impressed. I ordered online via their and opted for curbside pickup. Though it was very busy, my order was ready on time. The cookies were absolutely delicious, but my fave was the cinnamon fry bread. It tasted like an elite level snickerdoodle. The cookies were served fresh and warm and I love how they have a new flavor every week. Though the cookies seem expensive, they are quite large so I think they are worth it. I will definitely be returning soon. read more

A great IDEA for a place to get cookies, if you were to get anything besides half-cooked dough in your box of 'cookies.' You cut open the cookie, or bite into one, and realize that the middle has yet to be cooked. Apparently, their employees cannot cook them correctly and this has also happened to us at another location. read more

The cookies are over the top. Everytime we get one we cut one four ways and it's enough for four people. They are overly sweet and rich. The changing flavors keeps people coming back in droves but there have been flavors I've tried I wouldn't try again. read more

What a disappointment I had hoped for a scrumptious cookie but what they are nothing more then a huge cupcake topping full of frosting. Yes - lots of frosting. The cookies have no flavor at all, they put the flavor in the overwhelming frosting. So if you want a real cookie don't waste your money here. read more

Crumbl brand is consistent, if you love the cookies, and ice cream you're going to get what you order at any location. I love that, I like getting exactly what I expect. However, this location is always packed, which isn't a bad thing -- but IMO they're under staffed and stressed. If you've been to Crumbl before, you know their presentation is a huge component for them -- this location lacks presentation, I believe due to staffing. Parking is also horrendous, absolutely terrible. Patrons don't respect curbside pick-up, these designated spots are always filled with walk-in customers, and if you aren't in the one of the (2) spots marked for curbside you have to go in and pick them up, or you'll be stuck waiting on hold to let the staff know you're outside, when it should be as simple as pressing "I'm Here" in the app. The staff gives no extra effort to walk anywhere besides those two spots. It's unfortunate because curbside is a great feature for moms with children in car seats. Three stars is based upon the location, and customer service. Crumbl brand and products otherwise would get a (5) star from me, like the Clearwater location has. read more

Everyone has been raving about Crumbl Cookies so I thought I would give it a shot. The lines were out the door with half the people waiting for their order and the other half waiting to place their order.You have to ask everyone what they are doing to figure out where to stand. Once inside, the smell of fresh cookies convinces you that maybe these cookies are worth the wait.The kiosks to the right on the wall were out of order so everyone had to order from the main kiosk located near the display of cookies.The downside to ordering is they do not tell you if they are out of a cookie. After placing your order you squeeze into the corner (you might as well be a sardine in a can) as you patiently wait for your order. After waiting 15 minutes for my order an employee shouts out that it's going to be over a half hour for anyone who ordered the NY cheesecake cookie.Suddenly everyone around me looked at each other like-was that effective after the order I placed 15 minutes ago or as of this very minute going forward? Let's just say they did not provide an answer to anyone.Instead, everyone started frantically changing their order since they had already been there for awhile like myself.I did the same. I know this place is somewhat new and upon arrival everything is chaotic....but the lady with red hair (employee) was rude as can be to all the customers. My recommendation: if you know you are out of a cookie, you need to take it off the kiosk menu so people don't order it.When it becomes available again, put it back in the menu. All in all, the taste was not worth the wait. I will not be going back. read more

I visited the Brandon location on a Friday night around 10:00 PM. There were about 10 people in line however, each person stepped up to the touch screen and completed their purchase fairly quickly. The staff was polite and the purchase process took about 10 minutes in total. I purchased four cookies for around $12.00. The cookies were big and soft but very extreme. For example, the peanut butter cookie was peanut butter to the max! By the way, this is coming from a peanut butter lover. Same thing with the Oreo cookie, it was super duper sweet. Going forward, I'll likely purchased one cookie as opposed to four in order to avoid over doing it. read more

I am obsessed with these cookies! I love that they don't just keep the same cookies. They change weekly. I have went in and ordered and ordered delivery twice now. Each time the cookies have tasted amazing! They are fresh and or warm depending on the cookie you get. They have been consistently busy everytime I have gone. Definitely don't understand the hype about this place. If you like cake pretending to be a cookie, than go for it. Cookies are under baked and $4 each. The place is very cold and unwelcoming. Or at least the workers don't acknowledge you at all. You order at a tablet and wait for the cookies. The pumpkin cookie was the only thing I enjoyed but it's cause it was more of a pumpkin loaf in the shape of a cookie. Everything else was way too sweet cause of all the soft icing. I've been to Crumbl a few times since it opened. It was very much anticipated so sometimes there can be a long line; I prefer ordering online and picking up in store. So it's not about rotating flavors, it's about your cookies not being fully baked & very messy- we come every week this week we went to lutz location and will be going there from now on. I often buy cookies for my kids from here, but one cookie made my son break out in hives. When I called to ask what was in the cookie the young lady said read for yourself the ingredients should be on our website. The past couple of cookies I have bought made me sick too. I will not be back due to the rude employee. Please put up signs on what you have in your cookies. read more
