My friend has been obsessing about crumbl cookies for weeks. So I decided to give it a go while visiting her. We ordered the chocolate cake cookie. It was so rich and sweet, I couldn't finish a whole cookie, I had to save some for later. Their cookies are quite big, you get your money's worth. The raspberry lemonade tasted more like a bubble gum flavor rather than the raspberry lemonade. They ran out of the class pink sugar cookie which is my friend's favorite. RACIST LOCATION I walked in at about 9pm on Saturday night asking for 1 of the Dubai Chocolate cookie sandwiches, an employee kindly told me that they were no longer selling the cookie as it would take to long to make another batch, and suggested a different cookie. While waiting for my order, I watched a man come into the store and ask for the Dubai cookie and the same employee then walked over to the rack and gave him a Dubai cookie. I couldn't help but notice that the white male employee served the white male guest immediately, even though I had literally just asked the same thing. I struggle to find any other difference between the two interactions other than our race. The other two employees in the back started snickering and making comments about the interaction, also recognizing the blatant prejudice. Cookies were delish tho! read more

I really like this crumbl !! The cookies are sooo good!! Sadly, more than often recently my boxes have been dirty upon pick up and it's not very mindful or demure. Second, Just know if they ask does the cookie looks alright, they won't fix it if their is an issue . During one occasion a worker put a sliver of icing on my cookie and it rolled off to the side, she asked if it looked ok and I asked if I could have more icing and they said No, Haha! After a long night shift at the hospital, I wanted to get a Crumbl cookie for my birthday. The hours clearly stated that they were open at 8 AM and it is 8:15 AM and there is no one inside. It is very inconvenient and a waste of time that I drove here and the store is not even open even though it's supposed to be. read more

DO NOT rely on this company at all to have what you order. We wanted to surprise my daughter with the Dubai chocolate cheesecake and ordered them online. The order was accepted. We received a text that the order was ready. Then I drive across town to get them. I go to pick them up and the lady clearly didn't have anything ready. Then she started helping out others. After waiting she comes and said they actually don't have them and they screwed up. She doesn't offer really anything to fix or for the trouble. Then was like I guess we can cancel. Wasn't friendly all. No sorry at all. Not my first bad experience here. As much as my kids like the cookies. I will be advocating around Columbia to spend at our local places and not a soulless location of a good franchise. read more

We love crumbl. The flavor from the last week, the banana cream pie was a definite favorite. The cookies are pretty sweet overall but so yummy. I love getting a variety and trying a bit of each. In Store: Only one employee was handling orders while 5-6 other employers are doing other tasks while there are over 10 customers waiting for their orders. Hoping that this location will be managed better in the future. Waited for almost 15 minutes for a single cookie, while other customers are waiting almost 40 minutes for theirs - and unfortunately for some I was served before them and placed an order after they did. read more

Stopped in here while traveling down I-70 to get my sugar high for the remaining road trip. I've been to others in this chain and this store meets the level of quality and customer service I've found with others. The cookies, as always, were great. Big, tasty and unique for the week. We came on the second day they were open and it's clear they're still figuring it out. Lots of people working, but they're still incredibly slow. I watched multiple groups point out errors in their order. The food is their cookies are delicious! They're HUGE so it makes sense they're ~$4 each. They come out warm and gooey. They also have fun ice cream flavors, but pricy as they sell by the half pint. It's a very instagrammable background but I don't know if this will rival insomnia downtown. read more

These cookies make me happy they are beautiful in the presentation, when you take your first bite they just melt into your tongue and make you giggle inside, cause they burst with flavor and thick enough for every bite to fill all your sugar craving just crazy delicious really worth every penny they cost. read more

I enjoy the weekly variety of cookies offered. My favorite is the sugar cookie which is served chilled. I wish my metabolism was that of a god but unfortunately it is not and I cant eat cookies everyday. Its nice to have a large group of people and buy the large size box of cookies. Stopped on the way home from a road trip from St Louis to KC. Customer service was friendly. Disappointed in the selection and quality of cookies at this location. They tasted like day old cookies. We picked up 10 cookies total and split a chocolate chip when we got in the car and it wasn't even warm. Every week the menu changes (other than the anchor basic chocolate chip) and the selections are creative and delicious! My husband and I are hooked! The cookies are delicious! I love that they have a new menu every week. We've tried several cookies, the only one I haven't liked is the chilled sugar cookie. I ordered a box of 4 cookies on doordash. I was told it would be ready at 8:15. After 8:15, I still ended up waiting in the store for AN HOUR. I didn't get my order until I reminded 2 employees I was still waiting. People would literally come in, order, and get theirs before me! I don't really understand how they have so many employees but it looks like they can't move from their station, so half of them are just standing there while 2 or 3 are trying to fulfill all the orders. Not efficient at all! The cookies were great, aside from some being a little sweet for my taste. I would advise going in and ordering. They clearly don't prioritize online orders AT ALL. read more
