I come almost weekly but always have to worry about cookies being out of stock. I have to place my order 20 min before i actually arrive to ensure I will have my cookies but even that does not guarantee anything, sometimes they are still out of stock when I arrive. I will wait out until another batch comes out because I don't want to wait for a refund. The times I dont go im probably going to the Hawthorne or Cerritos location. The other stores never have an out of stock issue. Its Thursday 830 pm and this store is out of stock of nearly every cookie but I checked the other stores and none other are having an issue (at most 1 out of stock). This has to be a management issue, at my experience working for Starbucks, the manager was lacking poor management skills and never placed correct or enough supply orders to meet demand. We know she was the issue because all of the nearby Starbucks would talk to one another, managers and employees. Message to regional manager, reevaluate supply & demand at THIS location, oh and reevaluate the store manager. Theres no way this store is profiting more than the others. 2 stars because its the closest to home but have to go out of way to go to other locations due to stock issues. read more

The staff here is awful. No smiles or greeting when I arrived, and they just handed me my pickup order without telling me they substituted two flavors with flavors I didn't order. I didn't notice until I left because my kids and husband were waiting for me and I trusted they got my order right since there was no communication and the store was not busy at all. The flavor I ordered that they replaced was still available after I left, so it wasn't sold out. Not only did they get my pickup order wrong, the cookies were hard and dry. There were 4-6 workers just standing around talking and listening to loud music... Since this was my first time ever trying Crumbl cookies I doubt I'll ever be back. Terrible service and less than mediocre cookies for $30+. I was going to call and complain but I doubt the kids they have running this shop would care. Management, you should look into replacing your staff. They can't make good cookies nor can they even provide a smile or "have a good day". These cookies aren't cheap and it's disappointing that you allow people to spend their hard earned money here when this is what they're getting. Based off of other reviews the problems I had are reoccurring. Do better. read more

Been to several crumbl locations but this by far is the worst. It looks like a bunch of teens running it so you already know you're gonna have bad customer service. While I was waiting to employees asked if I needed help with anything (they were super annoyed) because I had been there a while already, but I was just waiting for my order. I ordered, three minis. One chocolate chip one birthday cake, and one s'mores. They ended up giving me two cookies that were not the ones I ordered. This was my first time trying cookies from Crumbl and they were DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! I like how there is a kiosk to place your order because I would've been standing in front of a cashier for a lot longer than needed trying to decide what to try. It was very easy to use and because of the limited amount of cookie selection made it quick to pick. I thought it was going to take a long time to get my order but before I knew it they were calling my name and I was off to enjoy them. It was a little underwhelming. I wanted to get the smaller cookies but you can only get those if you order the party pack. From a business standpoint it makes sense. Make us buy the larger ones at a higher price and not the smaller ones unless in bulk. They come hot from the warmer or oven. Points for that! Pretty gigantic. Still soft on the inside which I guess is the reason people either love or hate this place. I prefer my cookies a it more crisp. But with how THICC these cookies are I'm not sure it's possible. We got the Kentucky butter cake, classic chocolate chip, peanut butter banana on oatmeal, and the circus animal. Chocolate chip was Classic so was my fave.what's not to like? Kentucky butter is really buttery. Not too sweet. I probably wouldn't get it again since I could taste the butter. But it still like it better than the next two which were too sweet for me. The circus animal was MEGA SWEET. Sugar cookie with sprinkles and thin layer of VERY sweet frosting. Would not get again. The peanut butter banana on oatmeal was good but also too sweet for my liking. The oatmeal cookie itself was good. But there was too much banana frosting. The frosting was almost the same thickness as the cookie. Too much for me. The peanut butter drizzle was just enough. I think I would have liked this if they went easier on the frosting because it was too sweet. Anyway this was my first time here. I'm not sure I'm coming back given how sweet everything was. I was pretty excited to try these cookies. The store is fun and upbeat. I'm a pink girl so of course I loved all the decor. My favorite part of this experience was the fast service. I love that I can order and pay quickly. I must admit, I almost walked away once I saw the price for a cookie $5. That kind of knocked me out of my excitement. But I digressed and ordered the chocolate chip cookie and key lime cookie. The cookies are large in size. So the price was valid, in mg opinion. The chocolate chip cookie was perfection. It was warm and chewy on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside. I ate the entire cookie. The key lime cookie was different but delicious. I loved that the cookie/cream ratio was thoughtful and considerate. The cookies weren't overly sweet. They were on point. I really enjoyed my experience here and would come back. read more

The food is always good at Crumbl every week is a new delightful surpris, the service at this location is always excellent the staff greets you as your walking in they are very helpful and kind and mostly have patience with the customers. The cookies are good, but the staff at this location is just awful. When I walked in I wasn't greeted at all, I'm not familiar with how the ordering works but I stood right at the front counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me. No one did. Another customer walked in and said she wanted a gift card and the worker told her to use the tablet that was in front of me, I said "is that all we had to do to order?" and she said yes. The other customer asked if I wanted to use the device first but I let her use it. After I placed my order I waited on the right side because the left was filled up near the order pickup. When they called my name for the order I walked over but no employees were there, they were all still working on things in the cooking area. They started to call out more order names and pass them out, and just walked right past me as I stood right at the front of the pick up counter. There was a male worker who was passing orders out as well and he had a grossest looking hickey on his neck that was exposed for everyone to see. He didn't ask me if I was waiting for an order, needed help, nothing. A female worker walked past me once more to pass out an order and when she was walking back I said "excuse me, did you call the name Bethany?" and all she did was turn around and grab my box on the table next to their frosting tubs, hand it to me and walk away. No words exchanged, not a sympathetic smile, not even a "I'm sorry". I work in customer service and we strive to give the best experience for our customers, sad to say that they don't care here at this Crumbl. I won't be going back. read more
