The cookies are good, but the staff at this location is just awful. When I walked in I wasn't greeted at all, I'm not familiar with how the ordering works but I stood right at the front counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me. No one did. Another customer walked in and said she wanted a gift card and the worker told her to use the tablet that was in front of me, I said "is that all we had to do to order?" and she said yes. The other customer asked if I wanted to use the device first but I let her use it. After I placed my order I waited on the right side because the left was filled up near the order pickup. When they called my name for the order I walked over but no employees were there, they were all still working on things in the cooking area. They started to call out more order names and pass them out, and just walked right past me as I stood right at the front of the pick up counter. There was a male worker who was passing orders out as well and he had a grossest looking hickey on his neck that was exposed for everyone to see. He didn't ask me if I was waiting for an order, needed help, nothing. A female worker walked past me once more to pass out an order and when she was walking back I said "excuse me, did you call the name Bethany?" and all she did was turn around and grab my box on the table next to their frosting tubs, hand it to me and walk away. No words exchanged, not a sympathetic smile, not even a "I'm sorry". I work in customer service and we strive to give the best experience for our customers, sad to say that they don't care here at this Crumbl. I won't be going back. read more

I was pretty excited to try these cookies. The store is fun and upbeat. I'm a pink girl so of course I loved all the decor. My favorite part of this experience was the fast service. I love that I can order and pay quickly. I must admit, I almost walked away once I saw the price for a cookie $5. That kind of knocked me out of my excitement. But I digressed and ordered the chocolate chip cookie and key lime cookie. The cookies are large in size. So the price was valid, in mg opinion. The chocolate chip cookie was perfection. It was warm and chewy on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside. I ate the entire cookie. The key lime cookie was different but delicious. I loved that the cookie/cream ratio was thoughtful and considerate. The cookies weren't overly sweet. They were on point. I really enjoyed my experience here and would come back. read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Placed order for pick up. Not the type to leave reviews but employer or management really needs to work with their employees on better customer service! I understand rush hours can cause frustration but the workers shouldn't take it out on the costumers. Workers have bad attitudes. Also, what is the point of ordering ahead if when you get there they're sold out. In that case I wouldn't have ordered ahead. We love CRUMBL but this recent time just wasnt it the 2 cinnamon toast crunch I ordered had little to no icing & the cookies were so DRY! Super disappointing for my pregnancy cravings My partners peanut butter was the same experience maybe worse because peanut butter is already super dry. We also have a soon to be 1 year old so we asked our friend to go pick up for us & she loved her tres leches one which we tried as well and it was AMAZING! Tried crumbl today for the very first time. I thought the cookies were expensive at first but to my surprise the cookies were a good size. I only bought 2 (strawberry cake & cornbread) I'm glad I did because the cookies were big. I like how fresh the cookies looked and tasted. I believe they were warm which I really liked. The only thing I didn't like was the icing. If you like sweets then you'll be fine. But the icing was just too much for my tasting. I did place a mobile order at around 8:30 and when my husband got off to pick them up he was met by the employee who almost immediately handed him the cookies. At this time there was only one male employee and there were a few people in the store but it didn't seem to take very long.
