Rawr. I dislike having to write a less than great review for a business. But I must be honest, this visit was a little upsetting. I ordered on the app to come pick up. Ordering on the app was very simple and quick. When I arrived I hit 'I'm here'. I was literally the only person in the store. Took about 2-3 minutes for someone to come out. When the lady, who seemed to be the only one working', came to the counter she didn't even look at me yet alone say hello. Cool. Ok, I thought for sure she would at least say goodbye or here ya go or thanks for coming. Nope. I got 'Amanda?' In which I said yes. She gave me the box turned and left. So customer service for this visit 0 stars. 3 stars for the cookies. All were amazing, the only small issue what the strawberry cake being stale. Other than that, had she been friendly in the least bit I would have given an extra star. I will go to another location next time. This does not stop me from enjoying the cookies themselves. Hope this provides feedback to the owner that customer service really does matter. Especially when I'm paying $27 for 6 cookies.

I've only been here twice and I definitely need to plan for future visits. This is such a quaint little spot. Very Organized and very clean. You walk in and if there's no line you walk right up to the counter where you can self-order from the screen and even pay. I'm relatively technologically savvy but I did unfortunately stumble when attempting to order because I was ordering only one cookie and I wasn't sure how to redeem my reward. Thankfully a staff member will come over to assist if needed. My experiences were good. The snicker doodle cookie is delicious. Also there's a yummy cookie with toffee. Be sure to check the weekly menu. Be sure to sign up for rewards.

Place is bright, clean and modern. As you enter, you can do self-service ordering. The app was intuitive, there were pictures of the cookies. One thing I wish is that there's info on ordering app about what's in the cookies, how many calories. People are more health conscious even in life's indulgences. Ordered the honey Graham cookie.

I love the variety of flavors and toppings they have at Crumbl cookies and I was super excited when one moved in close to me! We frequent this location and it's pretty convenient if you go late in the evening like we do when the shopping center it's located in isn't a mad house. The cookies are super pricey, but they usually are very very good. I will say they can be hit or miss and I recommend looking at the example cookies on the front counter before placing your order as it will give you an idea of what you're getting. I can say with certainty, that we will be back.

This was my first visit to Crumbl. My husband took me on a rainy night after dinner. Cute little location in the Hilltop area. Simple and clean line esthetics. Easy-to-use touch pad to place your order. You can take a closer look by going up to the counter to see how big the regular cookies are or se the mini versions. I chose the hot chocolate cookie. The icing is chilled hot chocolate with mini marshmallows. You could really taste the chocolate topping is reminiscent of Swiss Miss cocoa. The mini marshmallows balance out the double chocolate. My husband chose red velvet. The cookies are pretty solid, but soft. We'll have to come back and maybe get a 4-pack so we can try a variety of other flavors.

My daughter is addicted to Crumbi, so I take her over to Hiltop once in a while to grab a box. The order ahead curbside has worked great! I have also walked in and it's slick and span clean. Service is friendly and the cookies scrumptious. Price point is higher than it should be, but they are quality. Not sure if it's a fad or Crumbl is here to stay. They are franchising the heck out of them now. Follow them on social media for their latest creations. I'm sure I will be back.

My daughter and I stopped here for a quick sweet treat after dinner. It was a Wednesday evening around 8:30. Of course we Yelped this business to make sure they were open and were pleasantly surprised to find out they are open until 10:00pm. The place was brightly lit. They had two ordering kiosks immediately to your right. I was surprised at how little of a selection they have. I was also a bit taken back by their prices. Also, we ordered a total of 4 cookies (totaling about $19). We were each taking home 2 so we asked to have an extra box. We had to purchase another box. I'm absolutely not complaining about that, I get having to pay for the box, however, I feel it is inefficient to not have a box for 2. They only had a single box or a box for 4. Anyway, no worries. If I'm in the area, I'm not opposed to trying them again.

I've wanted to come here since the last time we were in town. Finally made it out this morning. They are very loud with welcoming you in, feels like I went to Moes, though I feel that's where the conversation ends. Touch screens are how you order, but everything is very simple and straightforward. If you can ask an employee, hopefully you can get one to look at you or come close, they can help you apply a military discount. The actual cookies are huge, and incredibly sweet. I got 6 and my kiddos only took a nibble out of their cookies. I did take bites out of theirs just to try them. The snickerdoodle cupcake, galaxy brownie, Twix and pineapple whip were what we had. Galaxy Brownie was my personal choice and I barely ate 1/4 of it. Really glad we're visiting family so they could also make a dent in our box of cookies. I don't think we'd come back, but it was nice to cross this off the bucket list.

So glad to have finally made it! Customer service and cleanliness of the store are definitely 5 star. The employee was super sweet explaining the process and options since it was my first time. I even asked about the base of a cookie and multiple employees were able to easily answer. Personally, they were good cookies but just not my favorite cookies ever. I tried the milk chocolate and pecan pie. Different, but not extraordinary. I'd be willingly to try other flavors as they appeal to me though.

Well, it happened. I have been waiting for close to a year for Crumbl Cookies to come further towards me. The closest for a while was DC. Not any more folks, we now have VA Beach and soon to follow will be one in Hampton and another in Newport News! This location just opened a few weeks ago. So of course they are learning to work like a well oiled machine. Patience is a must while they transition into talkative, plus this is all happening during COVID times. When we arrived this afternoon they were doing very well. Staff was polite, working hard and helpful. We place our order on what appeared to be iPads. I enjoyed that. Less talking, order was in my hands for the most part then. We waited for the order. Our order was up pretty quick. We took our order outside to the Panera across the parking lot, outside seating since there was no seating at a Crumbl. It's pretty much pick up and go. The cookies were extremely delicious. My favorite out of the flavors for the week was the birthday confetti. My least favorite is the chilled sugar. My family and I usually cut the cookies into 4 pieces and share so we can taste each flavor. I think the pricing is fair. If you see how much effort goes into making these cookies. The staff were so helpful and kind. The interior was very clean. Keep up the good work.

For the insatiable sweet tooth (such as your truly), there's no better place for milk and cookies other than Crumbl Cookies. Unfortunately, we were a little bit disappointed this time. The selection is always great. I love that they after different flavors of the week in addition to their more basic cookies. The pumpkin pie roll, because who doesn't love everything pumpkin spice in fall, is absolutely to die for. The cookies were warm, soft and sweet. I love that they sell milk, even if I am lactose intolerant, haha You can also never go wrong with the chocolate chip or sugar cookies. The thing I laugh about most when I read some of these reviews is that the cookies are huge. Like the size of a dinner plate huge. My one pet peeve from this last visit is that they got our order wrong. And instead of just giving us the right cookie, the cashier reaches into our box and takes out the wrong cookie. Then throws it in the trash. Petty much?!

These cookies totally took me to another dessert place in my mind. As a child I always loved to create and bake cookies from a basic cookies recipe. I never seemed to accomplish that despite many any tries. CRUMBLE tapes into my childhood cookies dream. Iced sugar cookies, cookie dough cookies with cookie Ann chocolate chips. Oatmeal, pumpkin spice iced and crowd favorite Double decedent chocolate!! WHAT!!! I never even knew this place existed!! Open the delightful pink box to fine pure joy. Here have your five stars. I can only review from this delivery order. I have yet to visit their bakery. I will grab my super adorable 2 yr old grand son and visit. That will surely elevate me to his most favorite 'Mimi'.!

Oh Crumbl, you have so much potential. I've been there 8-10 times since they opened and they have always given great service and a solid product. Even even they have a line out the door, it can receive your order rather quickly (less than 7 minutes). Also, it's really easy to earn free cookies with their rewards (if you're a regular customer). They have a solid array of cookies. My main issue with them is it seems like most of the cookies are made from the same base, which then makes them feel repetitive/less unique. read more

I feel like I should have my own show...so yelp if you're ready to try something new...I'm your man...first of all I'm definitely not a chocolate chip cookie kind of guy but crumbles cookies has transformed my mind.we stopped in today while vacationing at Va.beach and got the 4 pack,I think it was $14. something with tax.We got two chocolate chips for my wife(until I tasted one)...one peanut butter and jelly which was also delicious and one watermelon. they are huge in size and worth every penny of what you pay..so don't fret when you see the prices...crumbles cookies definitely knows which way a cookie should crumble! read more

Husband just went into this location, and specifically ordered the mini assortment. Let's keep in mind "assortment" would imply different cookies in this situation. He waited for his cookies and was handed a mini box of all chocolate chip. He politely told the female employee that this isn't what he ordered from her, he ordered the assortment. She responded "Oh, sorry. I accidentally charged you for all one flavor and they're all different prices. I can't change them out for you. So...can't really do anything about that" before walking away leaving him flabbergasted. In what world is an error on an employees part somehow the burden of the customer to carry? When my husband asked how the situation could be fixed she said his only option was to buy a whole new set of cookies, the ones he actually wanted. Easy to say we won't ever be coming back now. On Saturday, April 21st 2023, the gentlemen that closed the store WERE AWESOME. I ordered online and arrived slightly late, 5 minutes passed close because I got lost omw there. The boys kept the door open for me, were very kind and respectful. Even after I walked out, I went back while he was shutting the door to ask for spoons and ask about their ice creams available. He answered all my questions, got my spoons and didn't seem impatient at all. Even asked me if I wanted to take home icecream. The back story to they is that we originally went to insomnia cookies for cookies and icecream, but the girl who worked there seemed like she didn't wanna work. Actually, all of them were very involved with their phones and the girl looked annoyed. So we walked out. Although we didn't get icecream at crumble ,only because we didn't want peanut butter, we were so happy with our cookies and customer service! read more

My daughter turned us on to this spot... and she is ADDICTED!! I gotta admit, the cookies are very good! We have tried a few and some have been a tad too sweet for me! Don't get me wrong, they still treated amazing! I appreciate that the menu rotates, but I sometimes wish I didn't! These cookies ain't cheap ya'll! But you get what you pay for! I can eat off one cookie for about 2 days honestly! They are a pretty decent size! I can't speak on the customer service or the actual building, because I personally have never been there! A must try for sure read more

This was my second time ever visiting a Crumbl Cookie store. The first time, they were all sold out of the "special" cookies, so we only had the option to get classic cookies like peanut butter and chocolate chip. This time, all cookies were available, so we went for an assortment of one of each for a total of 6 cookies (chocolate chip, pineapple whip, shark (sugar), Hawaiian, white chocolate macademia, and Nutella and sea sat. I was actually kind of surprised and impressed that they were not sold out of anything given the store just opened. My son was excited to cut each cookie into 6ths so each family member could try a piece of every cookie. I think the chocolate chip cookie was the one that started it all for Crumbl, and boy are they amazing! Last time, I was disappointed that we didn't get to try the cookies that are a bit more non-traditional, but this time I realized that all the non-traditional cookies (or most of them) are a sugar cookie with a different frosting. While delicious, I have to admit that I got a bit tired of eating the same cookie with different frosting. My only real grievance with my experience is that I ordered the cookies on-line for curb side service but didn't really see an option to do that when I got to the store. In fact, I showed up towards the end of my 30 minute window for pickup and my order was not ready. That being said, I know the staff was working hard to fill all the orders. As a new location in Hampton Roads, I know many people are excited about having Crumbl Cookies in Virginia Beach! read more

I live near this bakery and was wondering why we would need a cookie bakery!!! I mean we have bakeries all over The Hampton Roads area and so many cupcake bakeries, it just didn't make sense to me. So I went to TikTok and watched a few people review these cookies and had to give them a try for myself. I got the 4 pack $13.98 but you can also get a single for $3.98 and a 6 pack for $19.95. The flavors change weekly, I believe it could be daily, I'm not sure. When you get to the counter to order the flavors are all displayed for you to pick your flavors. I chose chocolate chip, salted caramel and two different sugar cookies, one was frosted. I sampled the plain sugar cookie and chocolate chip cookie when I got home. Well, you can now imagine why I gave them 5 stars...we do need a cookie bakery in Hampton Roads!!! They are chewy on the inside and a little crispy on the outside. The chocolate chip was still warm when I got home! You can also store these in an airtight container on your counter, not in the fridge or you can freeze them for freshness. These cookies are huge and I'm not sure my pics do them justice. The employees were super friendly and the packaging is lovely. Just go and get you some, you will not be disappointed!!! read more

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. What was most concerning was the response when I returned to the bakery to report it. The employee told me the owners had already left, but there was no apology or sense of urgency regarding what could have been a very serious safety issue. I brought the glass back to the bakery and made them aware of the situation. At this point, I believe it is the owners' responsibility to contact me and address this matter. Finding glass in a food product is extremely dangerous, and I hope they take the necessary steps to ensure this never happens to another customer.

The café wasn't busy when we visited there was only one couple dining in, it was clean, and the customer service was great. The employee who helped us was friendly, welcoming, and very kind. Since they were out of the malasadas, I decided to order the banana latte instead. I'd give it about a 7/10. For context, I'm always searching for a great banana latte because I love flavored coffee. One thing that frustrates me is when coffee shops advertise flavors like cookie butter, lemon pound cake, or red velvet, but the drink just ends up tasting like sweet coffee with no real trace of the advertised flavor. I was pleasantly surprised because this latte actually tasted like banana. It wasn't the best banana latte I've ever had that title still belongs to one I had in Las Vegas but it was definitely one of the better ones I've tried. The only reason it wasn't rated higher is because I noticed a sugary base flavor that overpowered the coffee a little for me. I personally prefer flavored lattes where I mainly taste the coffee cut with milk and the featured flavor heavily, not just sweetness. That's purely my preference. The fact that I finished the entire drink says a lot. I've had plenty of flavored coffees that I couldn't even finish because I disliked them so much. This wasn't one of those. I enjoyed it, and I definitely didn't regret ordering it. Now...the real star of the visit was the lumpia. It was AMAZING. Crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best lumpia I've had. I actually tried another lumpia spot recently, and while it was decent, Ohana & Co.'s lumpia completely won me over. It's honestly the reason I'll be back. I have an eye appointment in the area next week, and I'm already planning another stop. I'll definitely be ordering the lumpia again, and this time I'm hoping they have the banana malasadas because that's what I originally came for. I also want to try one of their platters. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend giving Ohana & Co. a try. The customer service was wonderful, the café was clean, the banana latte was one of the better ones I've had, and the lumpia alone is worth the drive.
