Ordered my cookies online and waited about 15 minutes or more to get my cookies. The cookies are a nice size but a bit expensive. I paid $17 for four cookies. It's a nice treat to have from time to time. I just wish the wait time wasn't so long for cookies that were preorder and paid for. I finally got to try Crumbl cookies. Yay!! The store is clean and the staff is friendly. There was a bit of a line also. I had ordered the Chocolate chip, carrot cake, apple pie, sugar, and smore's cookies. My fav was the smore's and carrot cake cookies... They came warm and were delicious!! The chocolate chip cookie wasn't good though. It wasn't buttery or special like i thought it should be. But it was ok. The sugar cookie came chilled and the frosting tasted like a bag of pennies. A whole bag, i mean $2.37 worth of pennies.. Lol. I called and spoke to someone who said they'd replace it. But when we got there they only wanted to offer the same cookie. I mean clearly you can see by my comment that i couldn't stomach trying another. So the manager was nice enough after some back n forth as to why they can only give me the same cookie, to let me get something else.. I mean i asked her had she tried it. But they said no one else complained. So i just got another carrot cake. I was happy with that. But i feel you shouldn't have to plead a case in this situation. They cost the same amount. I will probably try something else there, but the rotation kinda sucks because if you really like a specific cookie you have to wait until its back on the menu. I may get flack for this, but I truly cannot agree with the raving reviews regarding these cookies. I want to be completely honest. Don't get me wrong, it's okay for what it is which is a step up from Insomnia cookies but I was not impressed at all with the cookie. When I came in, there was a few people in there ordering, and it was a nice environment with space for people to order, and then wait for it. I also appreciate truly how clean it was! I ordered chocolate chip, and a sugar cookie with icing. They were out of a couple things, but we went a bit late around 9/10 so maybe that was it and I totally get it, no biggie and my fave is chocolate chip anyways lol. The chocolate chip was slightly warm, and not hard...but it was a pretty meh cookie. It was just really forgettable for me. Considering I paid 8 dollars for two cookies, I thought I'd truly get a crispy edges, but melt in your mouth middle blown away experience but it was just not there for me. I just can't see it. The sugar cookie was just overly dense, with thick icing that seemed a bit old. They just weren't fresh for me. I really wanted to love it like the reviews, I saw so many thinking it would be insanely good...but I was a bit taken aback when I tried it and was so not into it. The store looks cute, and the staff seemed pretty cool and professional. Again, my rating has nothing to with the staff or environment at all because that was the good part to me. Okay I waited a looong time for this place to die down because the wait to get these cookies on opening weekend were outrageous. It took me a few months but we're finally here. It is upsetting that it did take me a long time to visit this place cause it was definitely worth the hype! Pro tip: Download the Crumbl Cookies app so you can preview the weekly flavors and preorder your cookies. They offer curbside and in-store pickup. First and foremost, these aren't your average cookies. They are huge and thick and as big as your palm. They offer different weekly flavors and I'm assuming that they offer seasons flavors as well. They do have their staple Milk Chocolate Chip and Sugar cookies available every week. Beware, these cookies are not cheap though but they are worth it! They even offer milk to purchase for the OG combo of milk and cookies. We ordered the Milk Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Fudge, Pumpkin Pie, and Aggie Blue cookies. The milk chocolate chip was so moist and chocolatey and the batter was flavorful. The pumpkin pie was pretty good but it tasted more like a muffin. The Fudge cookie was extremely fudgie (if that's a word) and it went well with cold milk. The Aggie Blue was a unique mint chocolate flavor that blended well with their signature cookie batter. These are awesome but don't let yourself get carried away with eating to many. The are huge cookies. We could barely eat half. The staff is great and they work very hard under extremely busy conditions. Tip: if you get the chilled cookies and do not plan to eat them right away when you get home put them in the refrigerator. If you leave them in the box with the warm cookies they tend to dry out a little bit.
