Went in today to get a buckeye brownie cookie for my kiddo-he has a mild peanut allergy. I asked if I could get the buckeye brownie cookie without the peanut butter and the clerk said no. Although she could make it like that-she said she wouldn't sell it like that. I explained that my son has a mild peanut allergy and that I would really appreciate her making the cookie without the peanut butter topping and just the chocolate topping and she said no. Wow!! The cookies here are like half a pound each. They're huge, and at $4.50 a piece, they're also the only size of cookie on the menu. So be sure you're ready to devour some sugar, in large quantity. The flavors they had looked interesting, but they didn't taste interesting. One was cornbread with butter cream and honey, but it tasted like a sweet ass sugar cookie with a little honey flavor on top. The vanilla had an enormous amount of frosting on top, and it too tasted like a giant sweet ass sugar cookie. Surely their Cookie Monster cookie that was blanketed in an inch of green vanilla frosting didn't taste the same as the other right? Wrong... The same... The only cookie that had a unique flavor was the chocolate chip - because the chocolate chunks stood out. The cookies were good, very doughy, and soft, but only one was kinda warm. My suggestion is that they've got to have way way more unique flavors. Maybe a raspberry chocolate, or a peanut butter, or a mint chocolate. They've gotta implement flavors that doesn't taste like all your eating is a giant piece of sugar. read more

This was my second time here. The first time didn't go so well as when we got home our cookies were not cooked all the way through. I called and spoke to a manager and all they said was oh sometimes that happens due to the oven temperatures sometimes. Not happy as I got no sorry no nothing. Today I decided to give them another try. Got some cookies for the Grandkids and it was ok. No ice cream which is what I wanted to try. I must say the mini cookies are deceiving as they are for catering only. Honestly in my opinion they should not be on the counter if they are not being sold. Either way not to sure if I'm coming back again. Most employees that are behind the counters making or preparing the cookies are friendly but both times I have encountered the cashers to be rude. Example tonight! I asked about putting my phone number in, I did so and she says "you have no points" I said yes I am aware I just was entering my number to scan for my reward points. Her response "nothing, just looked at me and completely ignored anything I said. The cashiers are just laughing and talking and we asked and they said almost, however everyone's else's orders are being given. I'm so disappointed. There are so many workers yet we can't get our order don't think I'll come back. Very upsetting. My husband had to ask for the third time about our four cookies and the girl again said almost then she grabbed a box and placed the four cookies in ... so they had them there all this time yet they decided to delay our order. The staff was messing around too much chit chatting and to top it off friends of the cashiers came in and they were laughing and talking they ordered and they got priority over everyone else waiting because they got their cookies right away.
