Crumbl cookies are delicious! However this location seems to sell out of cookies fast and doesn't always have a full menu available.

Reading other reviews from earlier this morning/grand opening, by the time I got there after lunch, the line was inside and the line and ordering was quick, so a short wait. The parking lot was packed! Very good quality - cookies are delivered warm. The cookies are boxed and presented to the buyer to approve before the box is closed. Now the down side. These are pricey cookies ... I bought the box of 4 for around $16. Also, what was off-putting was the choice of tip amount percentages. Sorry, but if I'm spending that much for a cookie and I'm not even offered a table, there isn't gonna be a tip. read more

The Gurnee location needs a lot of work. First, it's situated in a strip mall with a God awful parking lot design. It's hard to get in and out of. There's an older African American lady who works here and she clearly does NOT want to be here! I saw her rolling her eyes at the customers in front of me. She packed my order and gave it to me. She had no warmth, smile, or positivity about her. I asked her a question about free birthday cookie and her response was not helpful at all. The cookies that I received were a sloppy mess....misshapen, not enough frosting, and some were too soft. I'm going to avoid this location going forward and so should you. read more

The cookies are ginormous! And the flavors are delicious. We bought 6 cookies for $27. They are the size of a donut almost and super sweet. We split 1 cookie between 3 people because it was way too sugary. The flavors that stood out the most were the oatmeal cookie, the peanut butter with fudge and the piña colada cookie. read more

We love Crumbl cookie and have loved them since visiting Arizona in 2019. However, this locations operation needs improvement as it is inefficient. Curbside pickup marks your order picked up even though it hasn't been picked up. read more

Their cookies will make you Crumbl in FEAR. Last week I went to Crumbl for the first time based off the suggestion of a friend. I walked in and the employees were friendly and the place was clean. I looked at the flavors of the day and picked out two of the flavors that looked good. I can't remember for the life of me what flavors they were but trust me, they were good flavors. The assumption that I would even pick bad flavors is frightening and you shouldn't have even thought it. When I took the cookies to the car I realized that I wanted milk so I ran inside and bought some chocolate milk. When I got back to my car I opened up my cookie box and witnessed the most instagrammable cookie I'd seen in my life. I shuttered. Why had other cookies not looked so desirable? What new science had Crumbl developed to create such a beautiful cookie? I was unsure and thought that it could take a lifetime to find the answer, so I took a bite. The first bite is what I imagine John Lennon and Paul McCartney felt when creating the Beatles or what Albert Einstein felt when discovering the Theory of Relativity. I knew this single bite had changed not just my life but would change the whole world. The flavors melted in my mouth and it was quite possibly the best cookie I'd ever had. As one bite turned to two and three and so on, I became fearful of what was to come. Firstly, I was fearful of the cookie slowly disappearing in my hand and there being less and less cookie for me to eat. Secondly, I was fearful of the new harsh reality I faced: living in a world where the cookies had peaked. I now had to go through life knowing I would never eat a cookie better than the ones I had just eaten. For that, I am truly saddened. The Brightside of this whole ideal is that I know I can return to Crumbl whenever I please. My experience at Crumbl was a pleasant one and I will be returning soon. read more

This location is terrible. We ordered our cookies and the app said they would be ready at 6. It is now 6:41 and we still have not received our cookies. They ran out of all pink cookies, they were not prepared for a rush. There is no manager around. All of the workers are young and just standing around. No hairnets? The girls were touching the door handles with the gloves used in the back and didn't change glovesSome workers were just wearing flip flops. I ordered my cookies via the self service option, which was easy and convenient. The cookies were fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that only one person was wearing a hair net, but there were about 10 staff making cookies. The females had their hair in loose ponytails and buns which is the reason for the four stars. read more

i don't live close to a crumbl cookie, so when i'm near one i try to stop. my friends and i had been to six flags, so we decided to stop afterwards. we just did a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 9:30. we got there at 9:25 and we didn't get our cookies until 9:50 when there was only one girl waiting for a pick up order, and 2 people ordering at the cash register. we ordered a cookie cutter since there were 4 of us and a box of 4 cookies to split. the first cookie cutter we were given was dirty and had frosting all over it. we told the lady behind the counter and she threw it out and gave us a new one. when she brought the new one over she threw it on the counter. i'm not sure why she was in such a bad mood. she proceeded to give us our cookies by throwing them on the counter so some of the toppings fell off. the lady also waiting for a pick up order was wondering why she was being so aggressive. once we got in the car, the middle of the cookies were raw, and the upside down pineapple cookie was soggy. i've had these cookies before and normally i enjoy them. i also wasn't impressed with the service. i work in the food industry so i know it can be stressful, but i still want my customers to have an enjoyable experience. i would be embarrassed to have a poor customer review. read more
