I left with a cinnamon roll donut and a apple danish. I was loving the donut as I ate it while driving to my destination. The sweetness, texture, moistness, and cinnamon flavor was all there. I could have ate a couple more. The next day I ate the apple danish. It held up nicely a day later and wasn't all dried out. It was reminiscent of the apple danishes that McDonalds used to sell years ago, but 10x better. The apple filling was a sweet delight that i can rarely find. I really enjoyed the pastries here and everything tasted way better than they looked. If I would have known the goods were going to be great, I would have bought a lot more. To bad I won't be back out that way until next summer.

Last time there was a bar filled with baked dog treats. Also you can get other kinds of items such as clothing and ornaments if looking for something decorative. The stuff in here is all local. Got to get here if looking for a local bakery. It's not just baked goods, but also has clothing and more. There's lots of variety including dog treats.

Her shop is filled with items from local artisans. Lots of well made items - clothing, ornaments, pins, and more. With this fan favorite flavor, NBC takes their traditional white cake and stuffs it with OREO cookie pieces (along with their amazing cream cheese frosting). The cake itself is a white cake that I would actually argue is a light yellow. To be honest, I was a little surprised they didn't go with a chocolate base flavor with it being an OREO cake. I'm not complaining as I prefer yellow cake. I was initially skeptical that OREO pieces were in it as it kind of looked simply like chocolate cake combined with white cake. I could not have been further from the truth though as the cookie pieces offer a distinct, crisp texture. Further evidence was provided when I found a piece of OREO cookie that had some of the distinct cream filling still with it. One of the best aspects of NBC's cakes is the exceptional moistness of the cakes and that holds true with this one. There's the same great ratio of sweet cream cheese frosting to cake, with the pièce de résistance being a giant dollop on its summit. This is slightly deceitful and the first time I saw the bundt cakes I thought they would need more of their signature cream cheese frosting, but trust me, there's plenty (and I'm a frosting nut). CUSTOMIZATION I sent 3 cake pictures as references to the phone number, and explained which elements I want from each cake. Also, I wanted a heart-shaped cake instead of a round one. I was very picky, I admit, but the team was incredibly accommodating and happy to fulfill ALL my wishes - big and small. I also sent 3 more pictures of characters I wanted to add, and yet again, they accommodated. TRANSPARENCY The communication was so easy and clear. I inquired about the price at our first meeting, and was told that all added decorations are included. (The price would have only changed if I had added another tier, changed the size, or made any other dramatic changes.) This was amazing. I was able to tell them all my detailed wishes, and I never once feared about the final price, since their communication was so clear. OVERALL This is a great business to support and order from. I was very picky in what I wanted for my cake, and they were able to match it perfectly. All my guests loved the cake - looks and taste. And it tasted as good the following days.
