We left the cake with them and walked out empty-handed--no replacement, no apology, no effort to resolve the issue. We ended up going to Sam's club buying two cakes($50 total with tax), and creatively combining them to save the party. Honestly, those cakes turned out better than what we originally purchased for $150.00 from La Luz This experience was really disappointing, especially considering the loyalty and money we've given LaLuz over the years.
