A small storefront that basically only sells cookies. They have a couple of staples - the chocolate chip cookie and the sugar cookie. Then they vary the other choices on a regular basis so you can one of 6 varieties to get a different variety every time you come in. The women working behind the counter were very helpful the first time we came in. They made useful suggestions about reheating the cookies if you have any left over the next day (microwave with a wet paper towel for 10 seconds). The cookies are huge (way more than I could eat in one sitting) and super sweet. At $4 a cookie they are a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion. You've all heard the hype just as I have and I finally got to put it to the test. I will say first off that every cookies I had, was good. There was not a bad one in the bunch but truly, I didn't have anything that wowed me. I got a box of six (so I could try each flavor) and was honestly very underwhelmed by their selection. After complaining about the selection to a friend, I was told that they have monthly flavors that are rotated out and that I probably fell on a boring month. Now, I'm not sure if that is the case or not but if it is, whoever picked this month's flavors, needed to be a bit more creative. Again, none of the cookies were bad but I had heard forever that these were the best cookies ever and I think they fell flat to Twisted Sugar and Chip Cookies (which I just had in Boise). read more

Regardless of the industry - business, healthcare, education, etc. the lengths and "extra mile" one takes are completed without hesitation, with nothing expected in return, outside of good outcomes/good karma down the line. A double edged sword and reflects the type of world we live in - random acts of kindness are deeply felt, because there aren't enough of them being spread around or acknowledged enough? Or do we focus on the fact that even though inconveniences or dishonesty exist, there are still people out there who uphold commitments and still willing "go the extra mile"? I ordered through the crumbl app and disappointed to find out after "my dash driver cancelled my order." I just took it as a sign that maybe I should just opt for some vegetables instead and accepted the loss. I called the actual Henderson store NOT to complain, but just to confirm I would be refunded, and determine why my app was still saying my dash driver was "1 minute away" for the last 10-15 minutes. Long story short, I spoke with Christian, the owner, who explained that the third party delivery driver likely dishonestly cancelled my order and kept my cookies. Responding with an "are you serious" but also laughter, Christian and I briefly continued the conversation, mentioning to him I had ordered the cookies after a 10 hour shift at the hospital and i was just trying to unwind with some crumbl. I was getting ready to hang up after he assured they'd take care of it, but Christian went the extra mile to retake my order and personally delivered the cookies I never received the first time, to my door. Crumbl cookies are already delicious amazing, but these efforts are truly a topper, and speak to the integrity of the person running a business. He refused to take the tip I kept insisting on giving him. Just today, someone voicing their appreciation for my role in their care meant the world to me. The product was fine and the staff were great. My reviews for the lack of air conditioning. Why they'd make their staff work in those temperatures makes no sense to me. Crumbl is hit or miss only because the menu is constantly changing. Love ordering these cookies especially when there are new flavors to try. For the first time ever to my surprise quite a few cookies didn't come with the toppings they were supposed to have. The honeycomb had nothing on top of the icing, Reese's peanut butter Oreo didn't have the Oreo on is and the key lime pie is missing the lime! Got there and no one was in line. It was perfect timing. I love trying different flavor they have each week. Everyone in the store are very nice and helpful. The service was really fast. I like how they have a system, after you order you have to wait on the pick up section. They show you the cookies to make sure those are the ones you ordered. I usually go to the Crumbl Cookie on Blue diamond and they are excellent but this time I went to this location on Eastern and was heavily annoyed and disappointed. There were about 15 people in line, the store isn't very big at all so we were all crowded together. The cashier was having a full blown conversation with the lady in front of me about college and school for I kid you not at least 10 minutes. There's a time and place for everything and that was not the correct timing for a conversation while on the job while there's a line out the door. They had their weekly selection and to be honest, I didn't even look at the flavors. I asked the employee to pick four random flavors and then I wanted a single cookie for a fifth flavor. She was very polite and everyone there looked like they were in the best mood ever. But I guess that's what happens when you work at a cookie place. I took the five cookies to my parent's house so we could all try them. Every flavor was a hit. My favorite one was the honey graham flavor (I think that's what it's called). We tried a little bit of each cookie and couldn't eat anymore due to the richness and sweetness of them all. The cookies are amazing, believe me.
