This location still had the Dubai Chocolate Brownie, which my local store had run out of--a big win already. Parking can be a little tight, and the store itself is on the smaller side with no seating, but service was quick and efficient. The cookies were excellent, with the quality you'd expect from this Crumbl. We tried two Dubai Chocolate Brownies, one Milk Chocolate Chip, and one Pink Velvet Cake cookie--all three were absolutely delicious.
The cookies are fantastic. Usually I mean they're soft. They're fluffy, but quite frankly, are they worth what they cost per cookie? Probably not part of what makes them so good is they usually serve them to your hot and frankly I could heat up my own cookie. As far as the service, it's virtually non-existent and every time you walk in there it's like you're walking into a factory force where they whip and force people to work. Don't get me wrong. You've never actually seen anybody whipped but nobody ever smiles at you. Nobody greets you. Nobody says hello everybody's working so hard and has a grumpy look on their face. The last two times I've been the only person that ever even smiled and said hello to me was the woman that gave me my order and that was only when she gave me my order. Otherwise everybody just seems completely unhappy and miserable to be there. The ambiance is pretty blah blah as well. Like I said you walk in and everybody's working super hard and has grumpy looks on their face and nobody says hello. Plus the waiting area isn't huge and because nobody ever says hello to you or it seems to be happy to even be there in the first place. It's just kind of a very negative area to hang out in and wait for your $30 half dozen of cookies.
First, the service. There wasn't really any. Only interaction was when they called out your name. And sure, they have devices for customers to order from and its just cookies. But, if someone just announced every once in a while that customers could use the device on the front counter it would've helped taking orders. So there are two devices on far wall to take orders. One was out of order which is basically fine cause we'll they can't pump out the cookies fast enough anyways. Then there is a other device on the front counter that no one knows it can be used. So now it's up to the customers to let other customers know. I also watched the crumbl.tv and find that the names don't always match. And then mine goes away and they haven't called my name. This is confusing. There are quite a lot of staff, all look busy. Two people just scooping cookie dough. Which brings me to the cookie. Since it's my first time I ordered 4. 3 or the 4 appeared under-baked. "Crunchy on outside and soft on inside", I would not describe it as that. It just looks undercooked. Definitely didn't look like some of the photos on this Yelp. What I did like was the tart flavors of the cookies that I had which was I think Raspberry lemonade. Generally though classic chocolate chip was the consensus family favorite, also it was not under-cooked.
Crumbl has a huge fan base and they are all over social media. We thought we would check them out. It's a very small store.. upon walking in no acknowledgement from staff.. I have never been so i didn't know you just order on the kiosks and not verbally with the employees. They have the cookies of the week on the counter.. not covered, no description, so visually the chocolate chip and monster basically looked like the same cookie. We ordered our extremely expensive cookies and they were promptly brought out. They were ok.. worth the price.. eh. I am biased but we have some of the best local bakeries in the area. I would support a local place you actually talk to employees over this any day. I would even dare to say insomnia cookies are a better deal for same if not better cookies. Just seemed like it's more hype than quality.
I'm glad there's a new cookie place in the area. I stopped in today and got a 4 pack that, with tip, was $16. They're a bit expensive but the cookies are huge. Their menu rotates weekly, which I like, so it gives you a chance to try a bunch of different flavors. Today I tried milk chocolate chip (always available), sugar, peanut butter, and chocolate mint. The chocolate mint was my favorite. All except the sugar came warmed and they were the perfect temperate, warm but not so hot that the chocolate chips were too melted. All of the cookies were good, nothing that absolutely blew me away, but good enough that I'll return to try more.
Was so excited when to see that we were getting a Crumbl in the area. Cookies are as described, served warm when indicated. So far we have really enjoyed the chocolate based varieties and their traditional sugar cookie with a thick pink buttercream frosting. Ordering on the app is quick and easy. If you choose a specific window time within the app, then it will not let you check-in early, FYI. You can also walk into the store and order quickly and easily. Cookies are on the pricey side $4 each but can easily be split in 4 servings. Each week they have their milk chocolate chip variety, traditional sugar cookie and then 4 other rotating options. Staff has been very nice and helpful. Stop in and try a cookie!
My husband and his brother recommended that I try Crumbl because I love a little sweet treat. They were 100% right Crumbl is the place to go for a savory and sweet treat. The staff were kind but clearly frazzled because of how busy it was. I will definitely be coming back soon! Whenever I want to treat myself I know where I will be going.
I was excited to try this place, and didn't realize how crazy it would be. It was about 6pm on a week night, and even the parking lot was crazy busy! The line was out the door for the cookies. I had a half hour before an appointment, so I decided to see how long it took. It only took like 10 minutes to get to the cashier, so it wasn't that bad. However, I placed my order and gave her my phone number for the rewards club. She didn't seem to have any issues hearing me, but one of the cookies I got was wrong. I'm not sure if the order was wrong, or they filled it wrong. There is no room for people to wait. We were elbow to elbow. COVID or not, I just don't like being in crowds like that, so it was uncomfortable. It was about another 10 minutes until my cookies were ready. Once I got to my car, I saw that one cookie was wrong. I absolutely hate pecans, and it was pecan pie, so it was probably one of the only cookies in the world I would never want to eat. Also, the cookies and cream cookie was the one I really wanted. If it hadn't been so busy, I'd have gone back in and just bought that one. They come in a really cute box. And I ate a piece of the chocolate chip and peanut butter while they were warm. They were really good! I am a total frosting girl, but the pink icing on the sugar cookie is strawberry or something. It was truly awful. It may be the first time in my life that I threw frosting away. Once I got home, I shared these cookies with 3 people. My husband ate the pecan pie, and he did say it was good. I didn't have any of that one as I already said, because I can't stand pecans. We warmed the chocolate chip and peanut butter back up, and they were still very good. The sugar one, the cookie itself was good, but that icing is just a disgrace to all icing in the world, lol. So, for like $14 for 4 cookies, I was pretty disappointed. I will give it another chance when it's not brand new and super busy. The staff was definitely working very hard, and all of them were friendly.
First thing you have to know about me before I write this review, is that any cookie is better than no cookie. That being said, these cookies are best for folks who like doughy, thick cookies. They are huge, but if you like any crisp at all probably this isn't a good one for you. I I tried the one that has the pink chips in it, I can't remember the name. The flavor was good but the texture was not my favorite. I also tried the banana cream pie which I liked better. The cookie on that one is more like a thick piecrust. I will definitely be going back to try the Oreo cookie and the peanut butter. My friend Meredith loved her chocolate chip. Clean, attentive, great service.
At this point, pretty much everyone has heard of Crumbl. It is a cookie bakery that specializes in oversized, overly sweet, high priced cookies and we love it. Crumbl is good on the occasion, but be prepared to fork over some change. The cookie package is better than paying individually. The four pack takes our family a few days to get through and is more than enough for all to share.

I first saw Crumbl on TikTok back in April. The concept of a new cookie menu every week was intriguing to me, and the cookies always looked sooo delicious. So when I heard they were opening a location near where my friend lives in Rochester, I knew we had to make a stop! The restaurant is small but I ordered on the app and I was in and out pretty quickly. It smelled like heaven in there and their process is really efficient! Now onto to the cookies... they were everything I hoped for and more! They're each very rich and decadent, but the flavors were each so spot on. My personal favorites were the key lime pie and the oatmeal chocolate chip muffin cookie. Knocking off a star because they are not cheap by any means. A four pack will run you $13 or so. However, I didn't mind paying for it since I've been dying to try these for so long, and they did live up to the hype. A location is due to open out in Buffalo eventually but until then... I might just have to take a road trip to Henrietta to get my Crumbl fix if it's a good week for flavors! read more

Deliciously HUGE cookies! I finally was able to stop by the other day and see what the hype is all about. I ended up ordering a six pack of 4 different types of cookies. This week I chose cosmic brownie (this was my absolute FAVE!), chocolate chip, Twix and snicker doodle. The cookies are thick, moist and flavorful. Have to say I'm impressed. I was in the area and decided to check out the new store. At first the prices scared me, being over $4 a cookie. I almost left, but decided I should at least try one. It was fresh, warm, huge and made to order. The freshest version of a cookie you could hope for. Tried the sticky bun, it had cinnamon sugar inside, caramel glaze on top and just melted in your mouth. Definitely will have to try more cookies, as they have over 100 in rotation, switching each week. read more

This was our first time, and we were not sure what to expect. The cookies were absolutely delicious! They are expensive ($4.50ish for one or $16ish for four), but they were VERY large and probably some of the best cookies we have had! They are very rich, and more than I could finish in one sitting, but I'll be happy to dive in and have another half later! My daughter got the vanilla sugar cookie which was sweet with smooth, buttery frosting. My husband really enjoyed his German chocolate, and the chips ahoy one I got was superb! Weird setup. For those unfamiliar, as we were, they have weekly seasonal flavors, look on the app to see what and order ahead. But doing so doesn't mean they'll actually be ready. You'll still have to go and wait in line (after checking in on the app), in a TINY storefront legit like 20x20 including the open baking area. God bless those workers, I would be running into people like crazy get so sick of squeezing in with customers. The prices are also on the app, with tip and taxes we were close to $20 for 4 big cookies but it's in a pretty box and was a fun birthday treat for our eight year old. We recently visited our family in the Rochester area, and decided to grab a Party Box of Crumbl Cookies on the fly to bring to the gathering. Crumbl is in a strip-mall plaza, with plenty of parking. Ordering and paying is all do-it-yourself self-service on a touch-screen kiosk. There were eight different flavors available when we stopped in, some served warm, some served chilled. It was a Monday evening, but still very busy. The waiting area is small and cramped, four or five people basically fill it up. But the wait time was short, the cookies come out fairly fast. This was my first time ordering from a Crumbl, and when they handed me my Party Box, I was unprepared ... my wrist nearly snapped under the weight--it was like a box of bowling balls!! I should have known these were going to be mega by the full-sized ice-cream scooper they were using to make the cookies that I noticed out of the corner of my eye, haha. This twelve-pack of cookies was really like a 48-pack, as each huge cookie can be cut into four generously-sized pieces each. Which is exactly what we did for our family gettogether. The cookie flavors appear to rotate each day, with some staples always available, like the chocolate chip and the sugar frosted. Most of the flavors we tried were pretty tasty, some too decadent. The cornbread cookie we had was excellent, so soft and flavorful. The regular ole' chocolate chip was really good too, baked just right with a chewy-doughy middle. I loved the chilled sugar frosted, as well. (Full Disclosure: I've never met a sugar frosted I didn't like.) But the german chocolate cake was too much, with way too much coconut and caramel loaded on top. And the peanut butter cookie was sort of dry. At $42 plus tax for the 12-pack Party Box, it will cost you at Crumbl. But the cost was fair enough for the quality and the volume of the cookies you receive. One shortcoming of Crumbl is there are no vegan nor gluten-free options on the menu. We have a new Crumbl location in Buffalo NY too, and for that reason, we'll likely not patronize Crumbl more than Insomnia Cookies, as Insomnia does have both omni and vegan choices, as well as some gluten-free. But if we're in the mood for pricey but huge and tasty cookies and don't have our vegan family member in tow, I would eat more Crumbl cookies. I mean, they are cookies, and you really don't have to twist my sweet-tooth-arm all that much when it comes to cookies. ;-) read more

Made a sweet stop here with my SO on my birthday and it was honestly a very nice experience! We ordered at the tablet station and waited maybe 10 mins or so for our order to get called. There isn't much standing room inside so it is pretty squished, but it was also 5pm on Fri so busy was an expectation. You can see the racks of cookie dough being moved around and baked and omg the SMELL when you walk in... Yum. We went with the 4 cookie box bc it is more economical (one cookie is $4 and 4 cookies are $12). They are certainly steeply priced but they're huge, served warm (or cold, accordingly), and delectable! Buttery pancake, red velvet, hot cocoa, and classic sugar cookie were our selections, with all but the sugar cookie being served warm. I recommend following our lead and eating a bite of each in the parking lot when they're at Ultimate freshness. Each one was delicious and had it's own pizzazz- the red velvet flavor was amazing but the frosting on the pancake one had me raving, and the hot cocoa was stuffed with chocolate and topped with marshmallows...I could not single out a favorite one. Very good cookies. Very high price, but if you like to splurge on some fancy treats, this would be nice here and there. We got one of each on our trip there - some were really good, and some were just very big decent cookies. I wouldn't say every cookie is worth the price, but some definitely are, so just watch the weekly lists to find the really good varieties. My biggest complaint was the speed at which the process went - the location is highly overstaffed, to the point where people were elbow to elbow just passing cookies to each other one at a time. The prep stations really need to reduce the number of people and efficiency in the way they're preparing the cookies - the decorating does take a little time but many of the cookies don't require much or any decorating. It took about ten full minutes from ordering to walking out. Overall I do recommend trying them out, and will be back again. read more
