We visited CC after eating at one of a zillion instances at Fulin's Asian next door. Favorite sister loves CC and got a cookie for her and a chocolate chip cookie to go for my husband. I am not a fan of sweet and really never have been, so I cannot personally comment on the cookies. The package is adorable, the store is bright, clean, and well laid out. The cookies are super large, and deep, if that makes sense, maybe thick is a better word. Both sister and the hubs loved their cookies. I'll certainly return and get more cookies for him in the future!

This is one of the best desserts around town. Somewhat unique, flavorful, good selections, fresh, and something everyone will like. Their cookies are big, and a bit expensive. I'm not sure who eats a whole cookie, though, they are so rich. As you walk in there are a few iPad kiosks to your right that will guide you through your order. We ordered an assorted four-pack of lemon, berry, strawberry, and carrot cake. After a short wait on the bench near the pickup counter, the thin box was ready to go. I took them home and cut each cookie up like a personal pizza. The whole family sampled each one and enjoyed it. These cookies are delicious. The family favorite was lemon. Second was carrot cake. Strawberry third. Berry fourth. They were all eaten, though. No star deductions for this place from me. They have an innovative business end, great product, great service, and they last for a few days if you can't eat they in a day. I almost took one star away for cost, but sometimes you get what you pay for. This, my friends, is one of those times.

A new cookie place that smells like sugar heaven. Several common flavors and everything is baked onsite. A little pricey, but delicious. They had a huge crowd for their opening day. The cookies are large, moist, and thick. My favorite cookie so far is the cookies and cream cookie. This is Cookie Monster heaven.

First a one star is way too high. I went to crumble cookie with my friends and we were not being rude nor disrespectful and we were minding our own business. The employees were not very welcoming and my friend bought a cookie but they told us they didn't have it but come to find out from other sources we were lied to and they did have the cookie they just denied us service. We did make a tik tok strictly for advertisement reasons and crumble cookies official page liked, commented, and reposted! I will never be returning and cookie fix will receive my business instead!

LETS CUT TO THE CHASE. I came in after the huge trend on these cookies. Let's blow some cash on gourmet cookies and get to the deets.... Ready, set, COOKIE! Location: same as plaza and target. If facing target look to your left :) Shop is very clean and new. Beautiful set up with white walls and a tv menu. You're able to mobile order and pick up in store, order in person or order from the tablets in the wall. Cookies: Cornbread cookie - hard pass. It had a low cornbread taste and had a whipped cream with some type of butter on top. The flavor sounds super interesting but I'd skip this one. Chocolate chip cookie - super delicious. Can't stress enough how good this cookie is. Very dense and big portion. Reese's cookie - still need to try it. Will update! Vanilla cookie - in progress shall update! Parking: free parking in the lot. Make sure to turn off your headlights! Pricing: it's $3.83 for a cookie which is fair in my opinion. I'll come back for that chocolate chip cookie YUM

Cute cookie shop! I started following Crumbl on Instagram about a month or two ago after stumbling across their page. When I heard Huntsville was getting a Crumbl, I was super excited. I happened to come home to AL for my youngest daughter's 1st birthday party, and stopping by Crumbl was a must. I'm super happy I did. Their shop is simple but cute. It looks very clean and the concept and floor layout is very open. I loved this. The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the girl taking my order was talking very low with her mask on so I couldn't hear. I kept saying I couldn't hear her. While she was nice I feel it's important that the person working the cash register speak loudly and clearly. There was also a line and because I couldn't hardly hear her, I felt I was holding up the line asking questions and repeating that I couldn't hear her. The cookies were pretty good, thick and soft. The size was good and the price point was decent. For four cookies I paid something like $11.75 and gave a 15% tip. What I like about their concept is they have a few cookies that are regulars and the rest change weekly. The cookies I ordered were Chocolate Chip, Frosted Sugar, Samoa, and Dulce de Leche. They all had a good homemade flavor and tasted like what they are called. I don't have any complaints about the taste, size or look of the cookies. They were also the perfect consistency of soft and chewy. Overall, I was so happy to finally give Crumbl a try. After tasting their cookies, I'd certainly come back whenever I'm home to try different flavors.

Clean and their staff was all masked. It's not hard to pick which cookie you want. They have them in front of you and on a screen.

Eating a fresh warm red velvet cookie from here was amazing. Don't let the other reviews about price deter you. You can get a cheap box of cookies from anywhere if that's what you want. If you want an experience. If you want a dessert that's made fresh with quality ingredients then come to Crumbl. I will choose quality over price any day. Maybe it was due to COVID but I only hesitate coming back because I didn't have a spot to sit with my girls to enjoy them fresh. More tables please! Store was clean. Staff was friendly. Cookies were delish.

For anyone that has a sweet tooth, this place has all of the answers! This was my first time coming here and the only thing that I didn't like was the lack of communication from the staff. They all seemed so busy, so I stood at the counter for a hot minute until someone finally acknowledged me and explained to me that I had to place my order using the tablets, because I legit did not know the only way to order was through the tablets. But the cookies were so good, and extremely fresh! And despite me becoming frustrated with the staff, I will still visit here again because the cookies were good and at least now I know for next time how to order.

So i LOVE LOVE LOVE and i noticed this spot creep into the area. And boy was i excited It's a basic cookie shop nothing to crazy. Large with menu and cookie images nice display of the current cookies available cause they switch it up weekly. So me being me i try all of them and go for the party box. It comes with 12 large and they are big enough to split in 2 and still have a nice size. My qualms are outside of the lemon cookies all of them taste just the same perhaps they are all the same cookie base like a sugar cookie with toppings. The staff was wonderful. The service was fast. The place was clean. Presentation was neat and trendy. The cookies I tasted were not good to me. The chocolate chip chunk was bland and not sweet. The chocolate chips tasted like milk chocolate and contributed to the bland taste. The cookies and cream was the best of the three I tried. The toppings made it better. The red groove was bland to me also. My review is purely for taste. It's an opinion because I like and prefer sweet cookies. These weren't sweet to me. A lot of people love these cookies. These are the absolute best cookies I have had in a while. The only downside to this brand is you cannot alter anything. The icing has to come on the cookie you cannot have just a plain cookie. The menu rarely repeats so when you find one you love, the chances of them having it again is slim to none. Otherwise this is a delicious treat! read more

I am so picky with my cookies and let me tell you, CRUMBL COOKIES IS AMAZING!!! I tried the Caramel Pumpkin Cookie and the Chocolate Chip cookie and it was phenomenal. Very fresh and not to soft but also not hard at all. I do wish there was place to sit to eat them when they were hotter but, they are so pretty great. I will defiantly recommend them! read more

A good friend of mine and I love this place. We have ordered from there every week since it has been open. Peanut butter cookies are my favorite and the Nutter Butter cookie a few weeks ago, should be a staple. Thank God it isn't because I would order them daily! The chocolate chip has milk chocolate and not semi-sweet chocolate, fyi. The oreo cookie on opening day was fantastic: tasted like my friends homemade oreo balls...so good. This place does not disappoint..price point is good for the quality of the cookies. Give them a try if you like you some cookies! read more

There's not much to say about the restaurant. (for now) Came inside for a peek and a taste, and was confronted by a long line and a confusing menu. (They don't even list what the have!) I went for the first time today and honestly, I am not too impressed as of right now. The customer service was horrible...SIX people were working and not one of them even looked up or said hi or anything for over two minutes. One girl was helping another customer but other than that, there weren't any other customers in there besides me. After a couple of minutes, a guy walks up from the back and asks if anyone was helping me and I said no and told him this was my first time there and what would he recommend? He said the basic frosted sugar cookie so I gave it a shot. The cookie itself is pricey in my opinion but there is enough you could share it with someone else if you wanted to. But was I impressed? Not so much with the sugar cookie. It tasted exactly like the kind of frosted sugar cookie I could buy 12 of for that same price. I will go back another time and try one of the others but so far...But honestly, after working with the public for so many years, customer service is a BIG pet peeve of mine so I will probably only give them one more chance. read more

Let me just summarize this because I could spend days just trying to describe Crumbl. To put this lightly, THIS IS THE BEST COOKIE I HAVE EVER PUT IN MY MOUTH! That's saying a lot because I have eaten many cookies in my day (I'm saying that like I'm old, which I'm not). The cookies live up to the name Crumbl. You look at it, expecting a hard cookie, but as soon as sink your teeth into it, the cookie just falls apart and melts in your mouth. It's very crumbly and you can taste every single crumb that makes up this beautiful cookie. It has a very buttery taste and isn't too sweet. They have certain cookies that they sell each week. They always have their cookies like their chocolate chip and their chilled sugar, but they switch out some cookies like peanut butter and jelly and Nutella swirl. I tried the funfetti and the chilled sugar and highly recommend both. I will admit that the chilled sugar is a little bit too sweet, but it's still really good. GO TRY THIS PLACE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! read more

The cookies are huge and delicious! I got the double chocolate which was everything I'd lwant it to be. It was moist and super chocolaty. The chocolate chip was very classic and hit the mark. The iced sugar cookie was a little disappointing. They use almond extract so that was a little off putting. I prefer a classic sugar cookie. I would definitely recommend them to any cookie lover! read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. The dining tables are lined up against the windows and extend into the middle of the space. The rest of the interior space is occupied by various tables and stands of baked goods and treats. This visit was my first time ever having food. I ordered the bacon omelet with grits and toast. It was fine, nothing spectacular. It was good enough for me to eat there again but nothing that I'd say you have to go out and get. If you haven't tried the strawberry cake or strawberry cupcake, you HAVE TO- MUST- stop in and try one or both of them.
