There is a delivery fee of $6 and you are required to tip. The minimum is $2. $8 in fees for $12.98 in product. I'd prefer not to tip when the delivery fee is this much and the arrival time is so slow. Tell me why I should change my mind? read more

, I have been a customer of Crumbl cookie for about seven years now I first tried it when I was pregnant with my daughter, and I absolutely adored the cookies and various flavors offered. I have visited several locations but currently the Mesa grand store is the one that I have visited with more frequency because I live closer to that one now. I have had several bad experiences but today's was what did it for me. I placed my order online for a single cookie because it was just me and my daughter driving by so I figured we were to share a cookie, I had no idea that I had a free cookie, so we were pretty excited about that. I walked into the store with a smile who is not excited to get their hands on a delicious cookie, but I also always greet with a "hi" or "hello", it's rare when I get a response back from this team. All the ladies that work there, and I have only seen one gentleman always seem so upset. They handed me the cookie I said thank you and I walked out I got in my vehicle and I handed the cookie to my daughter and as we drove off, she opened the box and we had picked out the banana pudding cookie, she was a bit upset because it normally comes with one vanilla wafer in the center and I didn't have that. and the bananas in the cookie were also brown they looked extremely old which came as a surprise to us given the fact that it's only 11 in the morning and the locations open at 11am. Other times when we have visited the store, not only do we not get greeted or just feels very tense walking into that location, but I myself have witness to employees with each other and getting loud with one another. Other times, like I said, it's just quiet no greeting, no smile, no sense of welcoming. I do believe not. Everybody has good days and sometimes we don't want to be at work, because it has happened to myself. But if we an are in the line of customer service, leave your problems at the door. I honestly have no idea why people go here. Expensive cookies that are mostly tasteless. You can buy those cookie logs in the grocery store and get better cookies. But you get the extra bonus of these cookies being expensive too. There's also an unusually long wait. It's cookies, maybe figure out your staffing/prep needs or get better management. read more

I wasn't greeted or helped upon entry even though there were 4 people working there. I even looked around wondering if I'm supposed to order on a tablet. Well, THIS location used to be my favorite until tonight! I had the brattiest 2 gals wait on me at 9:30 for my dozen party box! We got to the end of my order and I asked them how do I check my loyalty points, since I've been ordering tons of cookies lately I thought maybe I had racked up some freebies! I was distinctly told I would have to go back to the beginning and reorder telling it at the BEGINNING I was going to use loyalty rewards. There was another man behind me and trying to be considerate of everyone's time I said no, I'll do it next time. I go ahead and checkout thru their automated system and after paying it comes up and shows I had $20 in loyalty. There isn't place at the beginning to choose it, it shows it at the end! I am in quality assurance and explained to the gal her mistake in telling me that. The other gal tried to mumbo jumbo her excuse to defend her friend when all they both should have said was, "oh, sorry we got it wrong! We don't have that come up very often and thought it was different!" Something to say we were sorry! Yes, she finally offered me a refund and start the transaction over but that would have held up the other gentleman waiting even longer. I told them never mind, but hopefully they could use this experience to help the next customer. I watched them as they continued to load my box of cookies and as I could tell they were not being nearly as careful with the cookies I commented, "don't leave anything out either as I'll be standing there when she opens them and I will know it!" The one gal that first made the mistake then picked up the icing and went back to frost one of the churros she had "forgotten" to frost and the gal with dark hair (that recommended the cheesecake frosted cookie) actually threw in the chilled frosted sugar cookie! I couldn't believe it and told her that I saw her and that little throw of the cookie would get this Yelp review and a call to the manager! As a trainer and QA I can tell you your people need customer relations training! At the very least a lesson in manners! Good luck with them! I'll look for another location! read more

Crumbl Cookies is one of my favorite cookies shops, they outshine all of the others I have tried (dirty dough, chunk cookies and so on), but the Mesa Grand location always seems to be going above and beyond. On my last visit there was a huge line, almost out the door, and I was getting impatient but as I got up to the register, this cute girl greeted me happily, asked me how I was doing, and made me feel so welcoming! She took my order gave me amazing and honest recomendations about the cookies they had that week. She told to make sure I got the Chocolate Strawberry Cheescake cookie and I am so glad I did because it is now one of my favorite cookies they sell!! After she took my order and made sure I got through the transaction and made sure I claimed my points she insured my cookies would be out shortly. I watched in awe as the workers behind the counter worked seamlessly busting out order after order (and still making all the decorated cookies clean and attractive). When I recieved my order only a few moments later, my order was perfect. The whole crew that night was stunning and made the whole store a more welcoming and happy place. I love this location and am going to keep coming back! They make every visit a dream, and make me feel like the most important customer they've had. They have such delicious cookies, unique flavors, and a fun interactive menu that changes every week, so everytime you go it's new and exciting.
